Dr. Sandhar and her team are outstanding! I had to get major work done to a lot of my teeth and Dr. Sandhar was amazing – I am personally very nervous and somewhat of a wimp when it comes to my teeth but the Alta Vista team goes out of their way to make sure you feel comfortable and to know your needs and concerns to ensure you have a positive experience. Great dentist with a great staff! Everybody is kind and professional. Not only do they focus on the results of your treatment, but make sure you are comfortable the whole time. I tried out their recommended teeth whitener this last visit. I was so impressed! One 1-hour treatment at home. Great results with no gum irritation like you get with the over the counter products.

I went in for a deep cleaning today and was greeted warmly by the office manager, Melissa. The oral hygienist was also very warm and friendly, quickly putting me at ease. Felt no pain as she gently and meticulously cleaned my teeth. I enjoyed the experience, and the office decor and atmosphere is very calm and inviting with a lovely view of the trees. Dr Sandhar is an amazing dentist. I highly recommend.

Fantastic Dentist in the wonderful Auburn community. The staff is very friendly and efficient. I love coming to get my teeth worked on here. They greet you by name and make you feel like family. Dr. Aman Sandhar always remembers you and my hygienist Terry is wonderful! No problem is too big or small, they are equally concerned about them all. They take Delta Dental which was important to me and any other services are reasonably priced when insurance isn’t covering the whole amount. If you want painless shots, this is where you need to go! Dr. Sandhar’s technique is amazingly painless. I didn’t even know I got the shot and I started getting numb! Dr. Sandhar and her staff, in my opinion they deserve 10 stars. I had many appointments over the past year. I never had to identify myself when I walked in for an appointment. They were expecting me. I never waiting in the waiting room for more than 5 minutes before they took me back. The entire staff greets you with a smile and puts you at ease immediately. I have been going to the dentist for too many years to admit. Dr. Sandhar is unbelievably good at what she does. She explains everything to you as she is doing it. Makes you feel very comfortable and at ease. I can’t say enough about the great service this company provides it’s patients.

While the office changed hands a couple of years ago the quality of service and professionalism did not change other than for office and equipment upgrades. The hygienists are knowledgeable and getting ones teeth cleaned is not an ordeal. They are thorough but gentle. The new Doctor Aman Sandhar is great, she really knows her stuff and her patients.

Some changes can be challenging. I’ve been a patient of Dr. Donovan since 1987 so after he retired I was a little wary of having a new dentist. So far so good. Dr. Sandhar is nice and friendly. If I could give 5 stars I would. I emailed Alta Vista Dental because I am busy and I needed to find a new dentist. Katelin replied quickly, we emailed back and forth, made appointments, shared past dentist info and within the day I had appointments set and my history was requested by Katelin from my prior dentist. I also was shocked Dr. Sandhar called me to confirm my first appointment the day before! I arrived, the setting of the office is peaceful and beautiful and the inside was neat and clean. First off Rachel was fantastic, she made the dreadful X-rays bearable and she was very thorough. Rachel took photos and used mirrors and did a full set of xrays that I’m not sure I’ve ever had before. We chatted, laughed and honestly I forgot I was at the dentist. Heather was my hygienist and again, she was awesome, we had things in common, she was excellent for my cleaning and I watched HGTV house renovations while she cleaned and polished my teeth, and I will definitely request her again! Dr. Sandhar is fabulous and did an excellent job interpreting what she saw and showed me close up pics of my teeth I have never seen, (everyone should floss more), I really will stay on top of my dental hygiene better after leaving there today! Top notch education that will stick with me! I would 100% recommend Alta Vista Dental from top to bottom. First class set up, staff, dentist and processes. I have confidence in the care they all provided! I’m actually excited to go back!

I called as a first time patient due to some discomfort I had with one of my molars and Dr. Sandhar personally scheduled me for an appointment that same day to take a look at it. Dr. Sandar is very knowledgeable and helpful she made sure I understood what was needed to be done I’ve had many treatments in the last 12 months fractured molar she did a great job crowning that. She did a great job keeping me informed and recommended me what needs to be done. We’re in the middle of finishing an implant that I started months ago her ability to communicate and inform me what needs to be done one step at a time and the work that she’s done on my teeth so far is like an artist. The implant will be finished within a couple of weeks I’ll put out the rest of the information on how this worked out . All the ladies here are very helpful very comforting and very professional, thank you all of you for what you did to help me.

I had the awesome opportunity back in 2019 to work for Dr. Sandhar while I was waiting to get my Hygiene license. It was honestly, so worth it. I’ve been a dental assistant before but when I came out of school, I had to re-learn it all. I learned so much from this office. The office location is conveniently located off the freeway and in a nice area. If you’re fearful of the dentist, DON’T be! You have Melissa, the front office manger who has been with the location for several years and knows just about everyone/everything! I love the team, front and back office. The hygienist’s are courteous and knowledgeable. And Dr. Sandhar strives for perfection. Ever feel rushed out of the office chair and don’t seem to have quite an EXPERIENCE? Dr. Sandhar gives that to her patients. She gives patient’s a thorough consultation and caters to the best of people’s needs. I’ve seen her work and makes me wish I had become a dentist.
