Awesome experience. The culture that they provide here is amazing, no long waits. when your scheduled they tend to you at that time. Before i had a phobia of dentist (because of past experiences with certain offices), however Dr. Myrna Altavas and her amazing team has restored and given me ease of mind whenever i come To my appointments. I cannot express my gratitude with them.im actually excited when i come to the office now. So my advice dont delay and head over to Altavas dental. You wont regret it.

I highly recommend going here! Compared to my previous dental clinic that I have been visiting for years, I felt like Dr. Myrna Altavas is a lot more caring. She and her assistants instructed me on how to brush properly and how often, which has prevented me from getting more cavities. I recently had an appointment for tooth fillings and once she was done, my teeth looked cleaner compared to when I first got my braces of 3 years removed in 2017 when I was almost 15. On one of my upper incisors, there was a white area on my teeth that my previous dentist told me in 2017 was probably acquired while I wore braces. My previous dentist was unable to get rid of the white spot and just recommended a new gargle brand. Due to the pandemic, I was unable to visit a dentist from March 2020 to September 2021 and needed a few more fillings. Here at Altavas Dental Group, it took about half an hour to get my five fillings done. She showed me my teeth in the mirror and it was like how my teeth looked like prior to my braces. Minus all the crookedness and underbite from when I was 12 of course! (I didn’t get my first cavity until I was 17.) After my first visit in October 2021, Dr. Altavas also told me that she wants to see me every 3 months until I can show her I can maintain my teeth well. Overall, I’m very satisfied with how my teeth have been taken care of and how kindly all the staff have been treating me. I’ll surely be coming back here in the coming years.

Dr. Altavas, is kind, gentle, as well as very skilled and thorough. Her office creates a relaxed “Spa-like” atmosphere, that promotes a soothing and calm experience. Her staff is professional and courteous, always. She stays up to date on her education and skills, and ensures her staff does too. I was very impressed that Dr. Altavas has a solid “plan of action”, for her staff, in the event of an unforeseen emergency, and that her staff practices with their AED between the required certification classes.
