With a chronic condition, I’ve had my fair share of encounters with various health practitioners. I would rank my experience at Always Smile Dental as the top one by far. Everyone is so friendly at the office, from receptionist, to Dr. Malakov, to the hygienist. They open on Sundays, which is super convenient for working people. One time I got to my appointment and was waiting for only about 10 or 15 minutes (considered short if you are familiar with health services in the area), and Dr. Malakov personally came to the waiting area and apologized to me for the delay as it was a busy day. Even though the action may be small, the gesture showed respect for patients’ time and warmth. The doctor and hygienist also are very encouraging. They aim to give you a great experience so you will WANT to take care of your dental hygiene, not just because your dentist will scold you if you don’t. They even went a step beyond to ensure that the oral surgeons that they refer their patients to provide adequate service at a reasonable price. In my experience at other medical offices in the area, there are preferences and favoritism when you are the same ethnicity as the doctor and/or staff. That’s not the case here at all. Everyone is welcomed and treated with respect.

I brought my children to see Dr. Alevtina for the first time, and we truly loved our experience. Her office and treatment rooms were immaculate and both she and her staff were friendly and went out of their way to ensure we received the best service possible. She was incredible with my children and they can’t wait to see visit her again. My 12 yr old son even said that “she treated him and his sisters as if they were her children”. This resonates with me because initially, they were really afraid of the dentist.

The kindness and overall incredible demeanor of the doctor along with the rest of the office is unparalleled. I felt comfortable in their hands and left the office fully educated and informed. Dr. Alevtina Malakova is incredibly knowledgeable and her sincere and genuine personality made it a great visit!

This doctor was great, she was thorough and explained everything to me. I didnt wait at all, I scheduled with my husband and they were accommodating. I had to get an extra procedure and she made sure the copay was within my price range. I would highly recommend.

I went to the Dental Office in Queens 91-23 Queens Blvd (Suite B) Elmhurst, NY 11373. Right next to Queens Center Mall. My experience there was amazing! Great and friendly service. Dr. Malakov, Dr. Tina and Grace (Dental Hygienist) are the best! Couldn’t be more happy with the way my smile looks now. They are extremely profesional, the place is also very clean and comfortable. I fully recommend this Dental Office. If I could I’d give 6 stars but I can only give 5.

Always Smile Dental is the absolute best. All the staff are incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and skilled. I was initially worried about going to the dentist after years of not going but Dr. Tina gave me a great experience. Whenever I didn’t understand something, she would take the time to explain in detail to me and even drew out diagrams. She was quick and responsive when it came to emails. And honestly, I’m a little sad that she will be turning her focus to the branch in Queens, but at least her father is equally as amazing. He completed two root canals for me without much difficulty and quicker than expected. This place can be a bit crowded on weekends but it’s worth the wait.

A very short wait time! Was seen very quickly. Alevtina was very thorough and very nice as well. Her father who also works there saw me as well and was also very thorough and explained everything in detail. I’m always skeptical of dentists telling you that you “need” things done but rather recommend a couple things that I might want to have done. They in no way said I needed them right away and it was my choice whether to get them done or not.
