I was looking for a new Dentist in Omaha and was fortunate enough to find Amber Allen Family Dentistry. From the point I called to schedule my appointment through the point I paid my bill it was first class. The staff is friendly and very informative and always smiling…what a change! I have wrote less then 5 review on businesses, I generally just don’t come back if the service and atmosphere is sub adequate. I would highly recommend “Allen Family Dentistry” to anyone wanting to take an unpleasant Dentist experience and make it very manageable! Give them a try!

I have been seeing Dr. Allen for my semi-annual dental visits for the last six or so years.  Dr. Allen and her staff are very caring.  Sometimes dental hygienists can be very rough when doing a cleaning, but not with Dr. Allen’s staff…  they really make sure you’re comfortable, while still doing an amazing job.  I would highly recommend Dr. Allen’s office.

My daughter chipped off over half of her front tooth playing laser tag! I called Dr. Allen in a panic, and she fit her right in and put her back together again. We’ve been seeing Dr. Allen for years and have always trusted her and appreciated her and her staff. Today was just icing on the cake and further proof that she goes above and beyond for her patients! We simply can’t recommend her enough!

After several years of neglecting my teeth with one of the reasons being a fear of dentists, I decided it was time to buckle down and take care of them.  With so many choices in the metro area it was overwhelming to find one that I trusted.  A friend of mine actually referred me to Dr. Allen, so I went to my first initial visit based on their recommendation.  Once there, they earned my trust, by taking the time to listen to my fears and most importantly, to explain all my issues and all my options to treat those issues in plain and simple terms with no pressure.  Dr Allen and her staff treated me with the upmost respect in a non-judging and relaxed atmosphere.   After several visits for a detailed treatment plan, I could not be happier with my experience and the results of my restoration progress.  I also like the materials they use.  They use porcelain crowns and bridges instead of metal or Mercury that can feel harsh or leave a funny taste sometimes.    Dentists are like barbers or hairdressers.  When you find a good one you stick with them forever and Dr. Allen will be my dentist for many years to come

I used to be very nervous going to the dentist but Dr. Allen is very gentle and always walks me through what she is doing. I’m much more comfortable going now and appreciate the good service I’ve received over the years. Her staff is great as well! They obviously enjoy what they do and I appreciate the time they take to take good care of me while I’m there.

Dr. Allen and her staff are all excellent at what they do. I found her office when I moved here 6 years ago, when I was needing to replace my childhood dentist from my small town in northeast Nebraska. I was impressed by her beautiful office and kind staff, and have never thought about going to another dentist since then. I have had some semi-emergencies in the past, and I have always been able to get right in to be seen. I trust her and her staff, not just with my care, but with the care of my family, as well. Everyone in this office has treated me so well since my first visit, and I don’t hesitate to recommend Dr. Allen to anyone looking for a dentist.

I’ve been searching for a good dentist after moving to Omaha and I’ve finally found one!  Dr. Allen’s office is one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at a dental office.  Clean, comfortable, and calming, this practice hits all of these areas with excellence.  The Hygienists were very helpful and didn’t look down on me for not flossing. 😉  Instead they helped me with setting smaller weekly goals to a more healthy mouth.  I’d recommend Dr. Allen’s practice to anyone looking for a superior dental experience.

I have general anxiety about dentists after a bad experience with another dentist’s office staff. I have been putting off the dentist for that and financial reasons. I had been doing research for regular and cosmetic dentists and Dr Allen kept coming up and had such great reviews. I wanted someone close to my office and this is just minutes away. I was really nervous, but Dr Allen and her a staff were FANTASTIC. I really appreciate how kind, understanding they were with me, and explained step by step what the plan they had to get my teeth looking the way that I wanted. For once I left the dentist office without the massive amounts of anxiety that I was used to leaving with in my prior experiences with the dentist. I really feel like I found an office that I’m not going to dread going to, even when its for not so fun things (such as cavities and root canals) . Looking forward to my next visit.

I cannot share enough about my wonderful experience with Dr. Allen and her team! With individualized attention, Lindsey, Courtney, and all welcomed, accommodated, and informed me from the time I walked in until I left. I was so unhappy and embarrassed about my smile. Over the years, spacing had increased between my front teeth. I had visited several dentists, and the recommendation was Invisalign or braces, which would help, but at age 58 I was hoping for something more immediate. On the verge of giving up, I visited Dr. Allen’s practice. She listened attentively to my story/hopes, examined my teeth, and did not mention Invisalign nor braces to start. She instead showed me a few before and after pictures of enhanced smiles. Dr. Allen offered cosmetic bonding as an option and said that if I did not like the outcome, she could even reverse it. When I saw my smile after treatment, I was tearful and so happy with the improvement. You must visit Dr. Allen and her haven of professionalism and compassion!

Dr. Amber Allen and her staff are exceptional! The staff is very polite, kind, and genuinely concerned with the health of your teeth and gums which helps to put you at ease. They do a very thorough cleaning along with a comprehensive test of the health of your gums.  The office is clean, stylish, and comfortable.  Did I mention the staff is awesome?!  Hands down the best dental office.  I wouldn’t trust my teeth to anyone else!
