I have had several dentist in DE and was not impressed with the bed side manner. This is the best place they have a good bedside manner. Everyone that works in there are friendly and helpful. Dr. Patel is my favorite very polite and makes sure you are not in pain. I would not choose another dentist for my family and I we have been going there for several years now!! With the Covid going on they ensure everyone is safe. All staff are very friendly and always smiling. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in DE and I have recommended them in the past.

Another fantastic experience at the dentist! Yes! That’s the truth about American Dental. Dr. Patel and his staff make this necessary medical attention as comfortable and welcoming as possible. Their professionalism and concern for their patients is second to none. I highly recommend American Dental, and I love the fish tanks!

Love American Dental care. The staff is so knowledgeable and caring. Even going as far as having someone hold my hand when I was a little freaked about the numbing part of a procedure. They are the best. I came in for a general cleaning yesterday They went above and beyond, recommending treatments I need and even calling other offices for me to be sure that I get in. For a girl who hasn’t been to the dentist since childhood, I couldn’t have picked a better place

Been here a few times and they get you in quickly for a cleaning although seeing a dentist can take a little longer. The staff is all very nice, with the exception of one dentist who apparently just left. Other than that, they are better for older children and adult dental needs. Took my younger kids there (8) and she still needs to see an orthodontist (or someone else), because the dentist she saw was not qualified to handle pediatric teeth.

This office is the best dental office EVER. I seriously have ZERO complaints. I’ve been coming here for over 2 years and I was nervous coming from another office that was pretty hard to compete with. Man was I surprised , the staff are awesome as soon as you come in. I am greeted and checked in with ease. The wait time for your appointment is minimal. You can tell that the employees take pride in their careers. My favorite staff is Stephanie Sweet. I hope they give her a raise , as she is always consistent with providing top notch care with a smile that is genuine.  If you’re looking for a dental office look no further, just call and make sure they take your insurance 🙂

American Dental Care is great. I love that I never have to wait to long and always go right back for when my appointment is scheduled. The staff is always friendly. My hygienist is professional, efficient, and leaves my teeth nice and clean! I love the fact that she always makes sure I am comfortable and pain free.

I live in Lewes,and was able to get an appointment today,as there apparantly was a cancellation. I cancelled appt with the Dentist I had here in lewes as insurance does not cover and American Dental does. Kelly was the hygenist that worked with me and she was awesome! Very friendly and knowledeable! She answered all my questions and let me know what to expect. Highly recommend!

This was my first time at American Dental Care. The waiting room was clean and in compliance with Covid19 regulations. The front desk technician was extremely caring, knowledgeable and friendly. The dental hygienist/servicing dentist demonstrated knowledge and utmost professionalism. I definitely choose this office for all of my future dental needs.

This was my first time at American Dental and Kelli who was the dental hygienist did an excellent job with me. I had needed more than a basic cleaning that day and she jumped right in, explaining everything she was going to do, explained as she was working and even worked out a very doable long term action plan for my teeth and gums. Kelli really took the time to listen to me as well as being very thorough at her job, and she really likes what she does too! The doctor came in and we discussed some options for down the road and he was great too, but Kelli really stood out!

On Christmas Day at Christmas dinner, one of the crowns on a front tooth fell off!! Fortunately I had a scheduled appointment with Dr. Patel on the following Tuesday afternoon to discuss the crown which felt loose. When Dr. Patel examined the tooth he determined a crown was no longer an option for the tooth. Dr. Patel discussed the options with me and after examining surrounding teeth, fully explained the options available. After deciding the route to take, Dr. Patel worked with the administrative staff to secure an appointment for me the next morning to begin repairs. This required moving other patients as the repairs would take an entire morning, two members of the dental team, and lab staff! I was given an appointment for the following morning and by 1 p.m. all repairs had been made and the foundation created for permanent repairs. The entire staff, administrative and dental, are great to work with and do everything to accommodate patients and return them to normal. And even in an era of mask wearing, it still is a bit uneasy to be missing your front tooth at 61 years old!!!

Just the atmosphere and employees will help you decide. Super friendly. I could not find one employee unhappy about their job. Ease of process and care. Only con would be pricing. Be prepared to spend. Just overwhelming to find a dentist welcoming from the door. If I could do 6 stars I would. They make sure it’s right the first time. No rush. I love it

I am happy to share my dental care experiences with everyone as I have all my dental work done at American dental Care in Dover. There staff will handle all your dental needs with excellent care. American Dental Care has one of the finest practices in Dover.  They specialize in your needs and do not push other services that you may not need or want.  Each visit of mine has been both professional and thorough.  My hygienist goes out of the way to make me feel comfortable and does a really great job.  At one point I had a TMJ problem and Dr. Patel was immediately there to give me the best advise since I had to wait almost a month to see an oral surgeon.  A really Great Dental Practice with competent dentists and staff.

The staff are very friendly and personable and always seem to exude care and concern. The wait times have all been minimum. I just wished Dr. Patel worked more days in the week so that my appointments are so spaced out. They have made my move and finding a dentist office in a new area a really pleasant experience.

Great office my regular dentist had kept cancelling my cleaning and appointment for a crown. Because of covid it’s been a year and a half since I’ve had a cleaning because of this. I was able to get an appointment right away. Stephanie was my hygienist and was wonderful. I booked to be with her again for my 6 month cleaning. The dentist was great. I have 3 very small fillings that need to be done that I had an idea exactly where they were. Very clean and professional office! Highly recommend!

Everyone was on top of their game & following the COVID protocols which was very impressive, but more comforting to me since I fall into a high-risk category & don’t like to venture out of our house too much if at all. Everyone I asked anything for, no matter how small, you could tell they had a smile on their smile even though they were wearing masks, & to ensure my comfort & protection. My dentist was (sorry I don’t remember her name) top-notch & I would no trouble have her do any future work.

I am 27 weeks pregnant and have only lived in Delaware a year. Due to COVID I’ve had no luck in finding a dentist accepting new patients. I recently started feeling strong pain from a chipped tooth and reach out to everyone I could for a visit & no one could help. I found American Dental, and although they don’t accept my insurance I raced to get their help. The same day I called they got me in within 2 hours. The doctor I saw immediately discussed the importance of the situation being my pregnancy. There was no judgement of my dental health, no bashing, and nothing more than empathy and concern in a thorough explanation. They referred me to an oral surgeon, who unfortunately, was backed up until Mid-March. They went as far as calling the surgeons and begging to get me in sooner to treat the issue. The surgeon got me in 4 hours later & performed the proper procedure to send me on my way. American Dental went above and beyond. I have never been so satisfied with a dental visit, which are my least favorite visits from childhood trauma. They made me feel so important & so welcomed, and made sure I received nothing less than the best and most proper care for my dental health and the health of my unborn baby since it would effect him also. I am so grateful for the polite and friendly team there & will recommend them forever. Thank you guys so much, you don’t understand how helpful you were that day!
