Dr. Amy and her staff are a group of wonderful, kind and generous people. I have never had such wonderful customer service and of course fantastic work on my teeth. Dr. Amy and her staff transformed my smile, and gave me back my self confidence when it comes to my teeth. I highly recommend this business to anyone who might be looking for a new dentist. You won’t regret it.

Dr. Amy was absolutely wonderful and her staff are amazing and so easy to work with! Everyone is so polite and helpful! Dr. Amy is very knowledgeable and will have you fixed up in no time! Was recommended to Thompson DMD couple of years back by a friend. I switched from my other dentist and have been happy ever since. Kind and respectful. Clean and top-knotch. Amy is a fantastic doctor and she goes all out to provide the latest in dental care. Carrie was my dental hygienist yesterday and she did exceptional work. Also explained the blue light thoroughly to check for possible irregular cells in my mouth that could lead to cancer. Wonderful people! Wonderful service! Highly recommend!

I had another pleasant visit with Dr. Thompson and her fine staff. I was seen within a few minutes of my arrival and was on my way in less than an hour. I feel that Dr. Thompson and her staff has a genuine concern for my total heath and welfare. I have been a happy patient of Dr. Thompson since 2009.

The entire staff is friendly, the office is nicely furnished, and I really like Dr. Amy. I was referred to her by a co-worker and I’m glad I went. The In-house Savings Plan is not only saving me money but it offers me immediate routine services and discounts on other services I might need throughout the year. I had a very pleasant first visit.

This place is amazing! I love coming here because they always have new gadgets to enhance my dental care and are super professional. We’ve had some hiccups but it’s how the staff and Dr. Have responded which keep me coming back. Especially Dr. Thompson, she really cares about keeping her clients.

Well, i Wrote a review about nine days ago. But now I do not see it posted with the other reviews. So in actuality this is my second review. In reality it is no different than my first review. When I first read several previous reviews by other people, I read with incredulity their comments about how pleased they were and what an incredible experience it was, and how enjoyable it was, to go to the dentist. I thought surely these reviews were being written by Dr. Thompson and or her staff. I mean who would find it a pleasant experience to go to the dentist? Nonetheless, I sought dental treatment and thought I would try Dr. Thompson. So I made an appointment and went for my first visit. It became a 45 minute consultation from which I departed feeling somewhat overwhelmed with the courtesy and customer focus and professionalism displayed by not only Dr. Thompson but by her entire staff. I actually felt good about the plan ahead and looked forward to my next appointment. Over the course of the next couple of years I saw Dr. Thompson regularly and still do (not as often as she would like) and in each instance, it is a pleasant and enjoyable experience. I am a very satisfied and pleased patient of Dr Thompson. I strongly recommend her without hesitation. She is a class act and her very capable, friendly and professional staff will make you feel welcome the moment you step into their facility.

I cannot express my gratitude enough on how well the staff and Dr. Thompson’s services were for me and my girls. Having recently moved from Atlanta, I stumbled upon a dentist going off knowing who we know and not really researching or reading reviews. Huge mistake, I am recovered from a not so professional experience to being under great care. You know it must be good when the kids do not complain, as kids always tell the truth especially being that the dentist office is not exactly a field trip. The staff really took care of my needs, explained every detail of my procedures being done for me and my kids, gave great recommendations for care they were not able to provide (Orthodontics). The administrative staff is very accommodating in scheduling, they work really hard to find what is best for you and explains the insurance coverages very well. I am a very satisfied new patient.

I’ve been a patient for going on 9 years now… There is no other dentist that I would want caring for my teeth than Doctor Amy… She also has a top-notch team of office hygiene and assistance personnel… together they run a very professional and welcoming practice …I don’t feel like a patient when I come for my appointment I feel like a member of the family! Thank you for all that you folks do!!

I have been a patient for many years and have always had great service. I have had the pleasure to have Brittany as my hygienist during most of that time. She makes me laugh and not dread the cleaning. I would recommend Dr Amy and her team to anyone.

I have never had such a wonderful hygienist as Carrie. She explains every part of the procedure in detail and makes me feel at home and at ease every time I come for my cleaning appointments. I can honestly say she cares as much about my teeth as I do and I love her for that! I recommend her to anyone looking for a wonderful hygienist with tons of dental knowledge and compassion.

I have been going to Thompson Family Dentistry for the last few years. And I have the best Dentist Hygienist, Carrie Crutcher, she is a very knowledgeable and professional person. She is up to date on any new concerns about your oral health. She has not only given me a winning smile when I leave there, she also keeps me informed of ways to keep a healthy mouth. Evan and I (Julie) always have a great experience when we go see Dr. Amy and staff. Why go to a pediatric dental specialist when you get primo care from Carrie- the best hygienist ever!! She is so good with kids. Evan adores her. My husband’s hygienist is Brittany and she’s great too! Dr. Amy is patient with her patients, something I really appreciate, and always on the cutting edge of dentistry. I’ve never felt rushed when speaking to her about a concern. I’ve been going here for 10+ years. I would recommend this office to anyone.

This last visit was right on par with the rest of my visits! Always a great experience! I felt very welcome as I always do, and every member of the staff from the front desk to Dr. Thompson took the time to chat with me beyond what was required for the dental visit. Everyone is genuinely interested in me as a person and my kids. Dr. Thompson and her staff always take the extra time and care needed to get things right with my teeth, and that I am comfortable during visits and satisfied with finished procedures. I would recommend them to anyone!

I can’t exactly remember how I discovered Dr. Amy a few years ago, but now I wouldn’t ever consider going anywhere else. Not that dentist visits are riotously fun, but Dr. Amy and the entire staff go out of their way to make me feel comfortable and appreciated, and to work with me on the best possible plan (where long-term needs are an issue). Highly, highly recommended.

My family has used Dr. Amy for years!! She and her staff are so patient, kind, and helpful! My daughter is extremely nervous over any dentist/doctor visit and they are absolutely amazing with her. They are so patient and understanding and do everything possible to go above and beyond to help her relax and feel comfortable. I could not imagine any one more compassionate than Dr. Amy and her staff. They are absolutely the best!
