My name is Robert Ungar, and I have been a patient to Anderson Family & Cosmetic Dentistry for about 31 years. All the staff all the time seems very nice, friendly, helpful, knowable, honest, spends a lot of time with me, goes way beyond what was required to help me, and does everything they can to be as helpful as possible to me. They give me the solutions and overall results I need. Dr. Rick examines my teeth very thoroughly and answers all my questions to make sure I am comfortable with everything. Joelann has been an excellent hygienist, the best I have ever seen, and is very consciousness, thorough, and a perfectionist. She is also a very good teacher. She has taught me very well how to take care of my teeth. No one before her has ever been able to teach me how to take good care of my teeth. Because of all this, this is why she is so good at what she does. Paige, their Receptionist, is very helpful in making sure I get my appointments at the best times for their dental practice and me. Larisa, their Office Manager, is good at explaining their pricing to me. Amy, their Assistant, make sure I am comfortable while I am at their office. Thank you to Dr. O’Braitis and his staff for taking such good care of me.  I have been a patient of Dr. O’Braitis for over 10 years.   I chipped my front tooth the night before and saw that some bonding that I had since I was a teenager broke off.  Dr. O’Braitis took his time to repair the chip and made sure that not only my front tooth was fixed, but that the two front teeth really matched each other.   The tooth that chipped even  looks better now.  Thanks Dr. O’Braitis.  See you at my next tooth cleaning.

My recent visit to have my teeth cleaned was exceptional. Joelann, who regularly cleans my teeth, is one of the best. She is friendly, professional and does an excellent job. At this time, Dr. O’Braitis did a thorough examination of my mouth, gums and teeth. I appreciated the time he took to do the exam and his discussion with me of my dental health afterwards.

I am new to Dr. Richard O’Braitis’ team after they assumed Dr. Anderson’s practice upon his retirement. I must say, I was nervous to transition to a new dentist after being so happy and comfortable with Dr. Tom for over 24 years. Since I live 50 miles away, I thought it might be time to switch to someone more local to me. I needed several crowns as well as my usual check-up and thought since Dr. Tom had such a high opinion of Dr. Rick, I should give him a try. So glad I did!  Could not be happier with not only Dr. Rick, but also his staff. Everything was clearly explained to me and they made the entire experience from scheduling to consultation to billing as well as the procedure itself, literally PAINLESS (pun intended). The staff is professional and courteous and I am happy to drive 100 miles round trip for the peace of mind that my one and only set of chompers is in excellent hands!

My Daughter recommended Dr. O’ Braitis.  And I fianally have met the best!  He is a genuine caring Dentist.  He is so gentle, and gives the best injections! I can honestly say that I have never received an injection into my jaw that didn’t make me cry, until now.  He had to pull a tooth, no problem! Set a bridge, fantastic!
