I have had some unpleasant experiences with a couple of dentists in the past, and I was a little nervous to see a new dentist. However, Dr. Sheng was professional, friendly, extremely knowledgable, and attentive.  He took his time examining my teeth and going over my x-rays with me. I was also very impressed with the friendly and professional staff. I received a thorough exam and cleaning and left feeling great about my dental experience. Dr. Sheng and his staff exceeded my expectations and I am thrilled to have found a great dentist that I can count on!

I came in to see Dr. Sheng with a broken molar that I recently had a root canal on and was in need of a crown. I immediately felt at ease in the office as the staff is very friendly and the surroundings clean and inviting.  I love the fact that I did not have to wait in the waiting room for my appointment time for longer than a few minutes. Once i was seated in the chair Dr Sheng put me at ease by explaining everything that was going to happen before he began the work. I love the technology of the office as I was able to see a magnified picture of my broken tooth on the TV screen that helped me understand why a crown was necessary. Absolutely outstanding! My son was home from college and had a problem with his permanent retainer which was digging into his lip. Adrienna, who took our initial call, was professional and very helpful. She wasn’t sure if she could work us in, but took our number and told us she would call us back. A short time later she called back as promised and had us come over. My son was in and out in 15 minutes. Thank you Dr. Sheng and staff! We sincerely appreciate it. You really helped make our son’s visit much more enjoyable!

I hate going to the dentist probably bc I haven’t “clicked” with them, but I had such a good time at my dentist appointment. The doctor was super informative,friendly, and really cared about my care. The staff was sweet and friendly and helped me get a referall appointment within two days. I went back today for a cleaning and was even more impressed with how sweet Nicole was who cleaned my teeth. I’ll definitely be going back.

I’ve been going here for a few years now for my dental care even after moving out of the local area, I make the 15 mile drive because the office and staff are so amazing. I recently had to cancel and reschedule a routine appointment due to a medical condition and they sent me a sweet card with a kind note with best wishes to my home. I truly love this office and I HIGHLY recommend!

My family has been going to this dental practice for years.  They are by far the most professional dental practice we have ever gone to.  Dr. Sheng is so skilled and amazing.  The hygienists are fabulous.  From the front desk to the dental assistants, everyone is so nice. No work is done that is not necessary.  5 stars!!!

I wish every visit to the physician could be this efficient and pleasant.  The moment I walked in, I was greeted by friendly faces and I did not have to wait long for Dr. Sheng.  As usual, he was nice, thorough and painless.  The whole staff is great!  Now if my medical visits were like this, I’d be a happy camper.

I am a patient of Dr Sheng since 2012.He is amazing ,caring and very professional.Office is very clean and staf is very professional. I will recommend to everyone because you will not find any better office around here. Dr. Sheng knows what is the better treatment for patient .He is not one of those doctors to make money looking for something.He cares anyone walks from that door and very family oriented office. I have been going to Andrew C. Sheng, DMD for about 10 years. He is an extremely nice person who explains what needs to be done. I am very confident going to Dr. Sheng. I have been going here since ~1991… They are warm, friendly and treat you like a well loved family member…They are very knowable and do a great job. Although we moved further inland, I still drive down to San Pedro regularly for my dental work…wouldn’t ever want to have to go elsewhere.

Absolutely a 5 star plus for Dr. Sheng!  I have been a patient of his since he started at this office and have always received superbly COMPETENT care from him.  Dr. Sheng is a dentist who really CARES for his patients and follows through with their “after-care” after dental procedures.  Example: I needed to go outside his office for a specific dental procedure which turned out to have complications which were very painful.  I alerted Dr. Sheng that I was having difficulties with the work done by the other dentist and he would call 1-2 times a week to see how I was doing…even though he had not performed the procedure.  Now I call that concern, compassion and caring!  I trust him completely.

Dr. Sheng is truly top notch…he’s simply the best! He is very knowledgeable and professional. Equally important, his “bedside manner” is personable and respectful and puts patients at ease. He is highly ethical and obviously doesn’t view patients as dollar signs. The office is very clean and comfortable. Staff is friendly and top notch as well. He inspires confidence with his expertise and gentle nature. He gives back to the community and is an all around stellar dentist!
