Dr. Bennion and his staff made my time in braces so comfortable and even enjoyable. His assistant are amazing and so kind. He is hilarious and makes you feel so welcomed and comfortable. He definitely knows what he’s doing and I’m so grateful for my current smile. This process with Dr. Andy was so enjoyable and now I am super confident in my smile.

Dr. Bennion and his staff were excellent throughout the entire 2 1/2 years I had my braces. I was the 4th person in my family to go there and everyone else had a great experience as well. Dr. Andy is professional, friendly and talented. The finished smiles that I’ve seen come out of his office aren’t just “cookie cutter” and all the same. They’re tailored to fit your face which makes them the best they can be because everyone is unique. The entire office staff were like friends by the time I finished there and would always ask about our latest trip or whatever was going on since my last visit. I have no hesitation in saying that Dr. Bennion is most likely the best orthodontist in Eugene! I would highly recommend him and his office for a quality job creating that perfect smile.

Our family has had 5 patients go through Dr Bennion’s office, including 2 currently in treatment. We love the staff here. They are friendly, and careful In their care. The office is light & comfortable, and waiting time is minimal. I think that having an office in Junction City as well as south Eugene is very handy. I highly recommend Dr Andy & his team whether you are looking for traditional braces or Invisalign.

Let me start with a disclaimer.. Dr. Fred Bennion did my ortho way back in the day. When my children needed ortho, I interviewed several orthos in town, spoke with family members in the dental field and finally chose dr Andy even though his office is not close to our home or the children’s schools. We are in the home stretch of a long, multi stage treatment (seriously jacked up teeth from genetics and finger/thumb sucking) . The staff and dr Andy have been wonderful. My children are ecstatic with their smiles. The costs reasonable as the children are covered by not one but two union benefit packages. I am not sure what the other two reviews are talking about we have never seen anything like that in the nearly ten years we have been going to Dr Andy between the two children.

Super friendly, time efficient, professional, and worth every penny! I got my braces off today after having them on for a few months and I do not regret it. I love my smile and feel much more confident. I will recommend family and friends to this place as I had an amazing experience. With going to college and work I was worried it would be a hassle to get in for appointments but they definitely gave me the best options.

I love them! Everyone in this establishment was so nice from the moment I walked in there, and every time I have gone back for other appointments. I looked around Eugene for other orthodontists and Dr. Bennion was simply the best, they were very caring and willing to work through financial options that would work for me. They’re the best. 🙂

I am absolutely in love with the team at Bennions office and am super pleased with the way they treat me EVERY time I go in. Something that really stands out to me is that even when I don’t have an appointment for a poky wire emergency, all I have to do is go in there and ask to be seen really quick to get that uncomfortableness clipped really quick. The wait time is never more than 10 minutes and that is a rare wait time. Absolutely love this team! They bend over backwards for their patients! Money well spent on my smile and the care I receive!!

I have loved my experience thus far at Dr. Bennion’s office. He and his staff are extremely kind, gentle and caring. Every time I walk in I’m greeted with a smile and warmth that you can’t find anywhere else. Dr. Bennion’s team is AMAZING! They are all such hard working and positive people and it always makes my experience there pleasant. Dr. Bennion himself has helped me gain more confidence in my smile and is always genuine, friendly and a skilled orthodontist. I highly recommend his office! You’ll be so glad to have him as your orthodontist.

Dr. Bennion is the definition of professional. Him and his co-workers are as nice and caring as can be. I’ve had nothing but awesome experiences with all the great people that work there. When I got my braces on they told and explained in great detail to me everything that I can and should do to make my experience a good one. I feel safe/relaxed in their cozy and nice building. I have had two phases of braces here between 2010 and 2016, and their service has been AMAZING. They are very nice even when I forget to wear my rubber bands or don’t brush very well. I especially like Stephanie and Sunny. My mom says they were easy to work with on the price and to book morning appointments which are easier to get before school than after.

My time as a patient with Dr. Bennion was back in 2012, and nothing really “sticks” in my head – which is good, because that means my experience at his practice was pleasant and un-eventful. I do remember liking the self-check-in, which meant I didn’t have to wait at the front desk. Once checked-in, the wait times to be seen by the doctor were very reasonable and Dr. Bennion himself was very personable and likable. The emailed appointment reminders were aimed at a much younger patient, but that was kind of amusing. If I need Orthodontic work done again, I would have no hesitation in asking Dr. Bennion to do it.

Dr. Bennion’s office has made the braces ordeal a breeze. His staff is timely, making sure my son and I don’t twiddle our thumbs in waiting rooms (although the games available in the waiting room also help!). We are made aware of what is coming up at the next visit so we have a measure of progress. It’s been a positive experience

I am a retired dentist. I was referred to Dr. Bennion by my dentist because I was fracturing teeth. The teeth were fracturing because I was clenching my teeth together at night. Dr Bennion and his fabulous staff took care of me as if I was family. They were thorough, kind and gentle. They also continue to give utmost attention to every detail, including all important COVID-19 guidelines. I am nearing the end of my orthodontic treatment, but Dr. Bennion and his staff have earned a place in my best of the best orthodontic practices in Eugene/Springfield. Dr. Karl Wagenknecht
