I have been going to Dr. Ansari for a number of years. I would give my experience with her, Anna, Evelyn, and Kiosa 6 stars if I could. From the moment you enter the office you feel right at home, the staff is so friendly and welcoming. The office is very clean and there is a nice mixture of professionalism and friendliness. Anna, the dental hygienist, is wonderful, efficient, friendly, warm and actually cares about your teeth. Dr. Ansari is wonderful, efficient, very funny and very good with patients who are anxious about the whole dental experience. So if you are an anxious patient, appreciate humor, need some excellent advice about care of your teeth, then this is the place you want to be. Going to the dentist is not something people want to do but Dr. Ansari and her staff make the experience as enjoyable as possible; I always leave my visit feeling better than when I came in. I cannot praise them enough. So six out of five stars.

Dr. Ansari is an exceptional provider. She has a wonderful bedside manner, always makes me feel comfortable, and really cares about delivering the best dental care. She makes herself available for questions and remembers every small detail. The staff in her office are amazing. I could not recommend her practice more highly!

I loved how welcoming everyone was. On top of that, if anyone thought that seeing a dentist would be painful has not met Anjum, Alexis, Roberto, and Kiosa! They were such an amazing team, especially for a kid who has never really seen a dentist all his life (read: me).

I recommended Dr. Ansari to a very close relative who had not been to the dentist in over 12 years. She was terrified before her 1st visit. All I can say is that Dr. Ansari completely made this person feel completely comfortable and at ease. My relative had tears in her eyes when  thanking me for recommending such a wonderful and caring dentis. She was also taken aback with Dr. Ansari’s knowledge and expertise and her ability to explain the treatment she needed  in a simple way that she could understand . Her words were “I have finally found a dentist that can really help me”

Today I was there for a cleaning. Jess did a fine job – she was gentle with my sensitive mouth. She praised the cleaning work I had done, and told me clearly and tactfully what I needed to do to improve. Dr. Ansari had her usual funny and disarming bedside manner; she found that I needed a crown replaced, but went out of her way to accommodate me with that. I am quite comfortable giving them five stars!

So happy to have Dr. Anjum Ansari as my dentist. She and her staff are very professional, have a great sense of humor, they give free dental goodies, free chapstick and they even went out of their way to get me a Starbucks gift card for my birthday when I had to get a cleaning done. What dentist office does that? Dr. Ansari’s office does!! She and her staff are awesome!! Thank you!

I love having my teeth cleaned by Dr. Ansari. It is always a great experience. I really appreciate how thorough Dr. Ansari is. My gums always feel much healthier and my teeth look whiter. She always makes sure to do a very careful oral cancer screening and exam.   Dr. Ansari also knows how to engage you and make you laugh, so that a procedure goes by fast and easy. The combination of skill and personality of Dr. Ansari makes you visits a very pleasant experience. Highly recommend.

I had my first visit to Dr Ansari’s office yesterday. It was my first dental visit in many years and I was a bit nervous of what they were going to find. The team found some issues but at no point did I feel “in trouble” or like I had done something wrong. They worked with me to get my teeth back to a healthy place and gave me a treatment plan to continue improvement going forward. I will happily recommend her office to my friends and family!

It’s the little things: the greetings when you walk in the door, the calm of the office, the efficiency, the lack of wait. Putting chap stick on during a procedure when they notice dry lips. The professionalism, the thoroughness. This practice, Dentist and all the staff is best in class. I’m fortunate to have found them.

Love Dr. Ansari and her staff. They are thorough and truly care about all aspects of her patients health & wellness. For example, after a near accident on the way to her office that morning, I came in visibly upset and Dr. Ansari gave me an office to regain my composure, then personally called me that afternoon to check in on me and ensure I was OK. The oral care I receive is always explained and discussed prior to service as well as the health of my mouth, potential future issues and preventative action. They help manage cost estimates and are responsive. The office environment is clean, welcoming, comfortable and bright.

I began seeing Dr. Ansari a few years ago. I’m very happy I became her patient. Dr. Ansari has two goals, providing excellent dental care to her patients, and patient satisfaction. When I have an appointment, I don’t feel like I’m just a number, like I did at the larger practice I formerly went to. The staff is friendly, and the vibe is like “Cheers”, everybody knows your name:) On a visit last year, I was having trouble breathing through my nose due to my allergies. I was getting a bit apprehensive, and felt a little silly afterward, but Dr. Ansari was super patient with me! I would highly recommend you give them a try!

Dr. Ansari is great! Everyone there is very transparent about what they’re looking at and what needs to be done. They’re super helpful with any questions you have. Scheduling has also never been an issue for emergency or as-soon-as-possible appointments. The location is also great, easy to get to from MGH and the view from the rooms is great.

Dr Ansari is so nice and she explained everything so well. She really did treat me like how my son would treat me if he were my dentist. For teeth cleaning, I thought that my son was joking when he thought it feels like teeth massage. I usually feel pain and dread my teeth cleaning but Jessica (Jess) did such a good job that I felt practically nothing. Hilariously, Robert (Bob) kept fearing that he was going to hurt me when he had to take my teeth impression to set a tooth into my denture. It was adorable. On top of that, this was the first time that I did not feel like vomiting when an impression was made! Ashley was cheeky and didn’t let me see the bill. She must be on my son’s side in keeping these things away from me. Finally, my therapy girl, Patch highly approves of everyone in the office, even Bob who’s a cat person.

I also had not been to the dentist in years, and a co-worker highly recommended Dr. Ansari. Needless to say, I needed some serious work done. . . fixing about 6 old cavities and 2 new. Being only very recently out of graduate school, I was not in the very best place financially. Dr. Ansari and staff understood, and were able to problem solve. We were able to determine which work needed to be done right away, and which could wait until I got a new dental plan at the beginning of the new year. I have visited their office MANY times in the past few months. Dr. Ansari is incredibly knowledgeable, skillful, and also humorous. I often find myself laughing in a dentist chair!- something I have NEVER experienced before! The first time I went in I said, “I am not the biggest fan of dental work.” She replied, “well, nobody is, but people sure do like to keep their teeth!” Dr. Ansari’s humor coupled with her extraordinary expertise was apparent from that moment on- making me feel comfortable right away. Her staff is also very welcoming, professional and wonderful to work with. I highly recommend Dr. Ansari’s office to anyone and everyone!

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Ansari’s office for almost three years. The office was recommended to me by a former coworker. So, everybody hates to go to the dentist, right? If more offices were like Dr. Ansari’s, people may change their minds. The front desk staff is friendly and cordial – while the setting is professional, the warmth of the staff makes you feel like you’re visiting friends. And this is very important when you know that in just a few minutes, someone’s going to be sticking their hands and many metal instruments into your mouth. Timing-wise, I’ve never had to wait longer than a few minutes for my appointment, and only once has an appointment needed to be rescheduled. Very reliable. Anna, the hygienist, is super efficient and gentle. I have absolutely no complaints with her work. She is also very sweet and a joy to talk to (even when your mouth is hanging half open!) Dr. Ansari herself is not only very professional, but kind of hilarious, too. It’s much easier to have instruments all up in there when you’re laughing. She is very good with her timing – often waiting until you are fully numb before proceeding. She also will combine procedures to save you extra visits. Her assistants are always at the ready and are able to keep up with her speed. All in all, the office is run tightly, business wise; but that doesn’t stop the staff from being personal and friendly. It’s the best of both worlds – you don’t necessarily want to stay longer than you have to, but at least you’re having a good time while you’re there.

She is very kind, matter of fact,great with all my dental needs. I tried another dentist ,due to insurance,who messed things up and came back to Dr.Ansari who was able to correct the mistakes. No matter how far I have to travel I will always be her patient.

I just had my first appointment and I had an excellent experience here; everyone was very kind and supportive. Dr. Ansari explained everything in detail and communicated with me in a way where everything made sense to me- unlike many dentists I’ve had before. The office itself is very clean and inviting. I am so thankful to be a dental patient here!

Dr. Ansari is the most caring, patient-centered dentist I have ever met. Her office is a judgment-free zone; she met me where I was, without criticism, and helped me get to a better, healthier place. I could not have achieved it without her. You owe it to yourself and your health to visit her!

Late on a Friday night, my upper right molars were aching so much, I just wanted them pulled, they hurt so much. I texted Dr. Ansari around 11 p.m., and she called me back immediately, and texted me as well. On Saturday morning, she called me and we discussed what was going on, and she made an appt. for me first thing Monday morning. Thankfully, everything turned out great, all due to her advice. This is extraordinary in today’s world. Dr. Ansari is caring, and compassionate, and truly goes out of her way to help her patients!

I had a excellent experience at Dr Ansari’s dental clinic . Everyone is professional & friendly. I had an Excellent care from Dr Ansari. Everything was clean & sanitized. She explained to me in detail what’s needed to be done. She showed me the before and after picture on the screen of the work that needed to be done then how it was done. I trust her judgment. I wish I started with her a long time ago. I called for an adjustment of the bite. They gave an immediate appointment. She did it and sent me to the hygienist to clean some stain on my front teach. No charge. I am very pleased with her human touch. She is adamant that her patient would leave her clinic very happy. She’s very smart professional and honest in her diagnosis. That’s all what I need from my dentist. I would recommend her to all my friends

A very welcoming practice with friendly staff and low key atmosphere. I have a crown done and after a few weeks it was bothering me. I called the office, within 10 minutes Dr. Ansari called me back and made space for me to go in the office that same day. We set appointment to put a replacement within a few days. She called and followed up next day to check on me and make sure I was doing well. Great professional and yet warm service. Thank you!

Dr. ANSARI is so professional, I like it there every is so friendly. I was looking this morning for a new dentist, then one of my friends advise me to go to Dr. ANSARI. Honestly once I saw her and talk to her I felt like I knew her from along time. She is very nice, she explained to me to plan that we gonna go through. I have a lot of issues that I need to fix In the future. I fell so comfortable that she going to take care of me. Her assistant and the receptionist are nice too. The clinic is clean . The music is so relaxing. I am so happy that I am now her patient. I really recommend her.
