Service has been great so far! I left my toothpaste package once and they saved it for me when I came in for my next appointment. The dentist is very friendly and always professional. I had my tooth fall out from a root canal and we were leaving on a trip. I called and transferred to her cell for the emergency and they worked me in no problem. I had a filling that was taken care of by them and afterwards had severe sensitivity. They adjusted my bite which helped, and gave me a prescription dose of fluoride toothpaste. She wants to be kept updated on the tooth. I just had another filling done today and barely felt the shot, I think it was mostly the location lol. However I was out in 40 minutes! I have 1 tooth left to be taken care of. They also accept carecredit, but my dental insurance is good so I’ve only used it this once.

I visited this office for the first time for a cleaning and it was a pleasant experience. The staff were very nice and welcoming being. Being that I was a new patient they made me feel really comfortable. I didn’t feel rushed and there was absolutely no wait time although my appointment was at 8am. They took plenty of x-rays and pictures of my teeth. The staff were very prompt, knowledgeable, and explained every detail. The fluoride at the end of my cleaning was really good and lasted all day. Dr. Carpenter polished my teeth with the fluoride, compared to the typical mouth wash that I’ve received from other offices

I had an old deep silver filling and was dreading having it taken out and replaced, but Dr. Carpenter and her assistant made the visit easy and comfortable. The crown fit perfectly and I was amazed at how perfectly and actually painless the removal of the old filling and insertion of the new crown went. I have been seeing Dr. Carpenter for many years now – she is by far the best dentist I have ever seen. Besides being a great dentist, she is an amazing person – always friendly, talkative, and truly an all around wonderful person. Her office is very comfortable, spotless, and the staff is always fast and courteous. In all the years I have been going to Dr. Carpenter’s practice, I have never had to wait more than a few minutes to be seen – they are extremely prompt and space their appointments so you are seen when your appointment is scheduled, and you are never rushed. I highly recommend Dr. Carpenter if you are looking for a great dentist that is also a wonderful person. I rarely every leave any kind of reviews, but Dr. Carpenter is worth it!

She is a very professional and talented dentist. However it is a real disappointment to me that she does not explain what she is doing or about to do to me. I am setting there and the only way that I know she is about to stick me with a needle is the smell of the gell she used to help deaden the pain before the needle. All through the hour or so procedure her only words were were vibration. When I felt a sudden pain, she asked are you okay. Then without any warning stuck me with another needle. I ALMOST JUMPED OUT OF THE CHAIR and walked out the door. I want the doctor to explain as she goes, we are going to be numbing you up, you are going to feel a pinch, what are you doing with the drill in my mouth. My wife and I both use Dr. Carpenter, she has no complaints. The results and care from the Doctor and the office are GREAT. If the narrative is not necessary for you Dr. Carpenter would be a great dentist for you

It’s not too often if really ever you can say that you enjoyed your visit with the dentist. In this case seeing Dr. Carpenter was truly a pleasure. She and her staff were extremely friendly and unlike other doctors, she took the time to properly examine and fix the issues I had with my dental health. I saw her just yesterday and by night’s end referring my good friend to her. (Keep in my she lives 45 mins away from the office but a great dentist is rare)

I’ve had a lot of horror story dental experiences in the Houston area. Either dirty offices, over priced services, or rude employees. After MUCH searching I have finally found an excellent provider! First of all, Dr. Carpenter’s office is beautiful! She did a great job on it and it’s very welcoming and comfortable. I love that she has a TV for you to watch while you’re getting your cleaning! Her office staff is great. I live about 20 miles away and she’s worth the drive! Parking is free & easy at this location too! I don’t mind going to the dentist at all now and would recommend Dr. Carpenter to anyone!

From the time you walk into the office you feel comfortable and serene. The waiting room and receptionist is very welcoming. There are drinks available along with current magazines and a television that sets you at ease immediately. Everything is clean and pristine and in order and to me a perfect dental office. I went in for a cleaning of my teeth and ended up needing to have a filling replaced. Dr. Carpenter was able to complete that work right away and I didn’t need to come back for another appointment. Dr. Anne Carpenter is a dentist with patients in Houston and Greater Texas. She specializes in both general dentistry and cosmetic dentistry and is a member of the American Dental Association, Texas Dental Association, and American Association of Women Dentists. A Houston native, Dr. Carpenter completed her dental degree at the University of Texas Dental Branch. Her practice now uses 3D imaging, inter-oral cameras, and a process for sterilization that exceeds OSHA standards. She is available for general dental consultations and teeth whitening procedures. Dr. Carpenter has been in practice since 2002. When she is not treating patients, she enjoys the outdoors, traveling, movies, and spending time with family and friends.
