This is my first ever Yelp review for anyone or anything and I can’t think of anyone more deserving of this honour than Dr. Lambrakos! I’ve gotten my teeth whitened by him and my cavaties filled and he makes it hard to understand why people don’t like going to the dentist. Vivian, his assistant, is careful and understanding of my needs when taking x-rays. I always interact with her first and she’s always been delightful. She’s a great listener too. When Dr. Lambrakos comes in, he’s always very personable and caring. When doing any procedure he’s cautious of how I’m doing or if things are hurting and he accommodates my needs, but make no mistake he is still very meticulous. When it comes to my cavities. he’s not only looking at what’s already there but also keeping an eye on underdeveloped ones as well, to make sure my teeth health is always in top shape. I’ve recommended him to my friends in NYC before, and hope that I can reach more people with this review because when you find a good dentist, they’re like unicorns and you need to keep em’! Hopefully if you were looking for a good dentist and you couldn’t find one it’s because something better is waiting for you and that’s surely Dr. Lambrakos!

From the moment you call to make an appointment, they make the whole process seamless, which for me was a little nerve racking due to the fact that I had been to the same dentist for over 10 years. Service : When I walked in, I was greeted nicely by the staff. I did my cleaning with Myra which was fantastic, she talked me through the whole process and was very gentle, more importantly extremely thorough. The procedure starts with an X-Ray followed by the cleaning but what I’ve never experienced before which was great , was a detailed gum health evaluation. They have a small device , that doesn’t cause any pain, that gives you detail on the health of your gum line . I was informed on the spot about my gum condition, they specifically stated that 1,2 and 3 were healthy gums but that the area can go up to about a 6. I found this extra detailed impressive and imperative because gum related issues are a big deal. That said , Dr. Lambrakos was also very informative , pleasant and the location of his office is fantastic , it’s always a pleasure to feel like you’re escaping the city to venture into the little , yet always changing world of Rockefeller Center .

I work in Midtown Manhattan and went to Dr. Lambrakos for a dental cleaning. First of all the cleaning was the best I ever had by any dentist. He tested all my gums for pockets and was very thorough. I later went back to him about a dull tooth ache I was experiencing and he correctly diagnosed the situation and successfully treated. I would highly recommend this dentist to anyone looking for a great dentist. He is now my regular dentist

If there was a 10 star option I would give it to Dr. Lambrakos. He is a superb dentist. He’s incredibly skilled and smart but also very kind and compassionate. I can always count on him to be there for me whether I have a minor or major dental issue. I have lived in NYC for almost 30 years and he’s by far one of the best medical professionals I have ever seen.

Dr. Lambrakos was wonderful! He was professional, courteous and friendly (as was everyone in his office). He took the time to explain the work he was going to do on my teeth and patiently answered all of my questions. While working on my teeth he had a gentle touch so I barely felt anything. He does excellent work and my teeth look amazing thanks to Dr. Lambrakos! I highly recommend him to anyone who needs a dentist!

I have been a patient of Dr. Lambrakos for a number of years and I couldn’t be happier. He is always very pleasant, thorough, and takes his time to make you feel as comfortable as possible in the chair. He always explains the process and lets you know what he is doing. For someone like myself who was always anxious and nervous about going to the dentist, Dr. Lambrakos has made the semi-annual visits a piece of cake (minus the cavities!). I highly recommend Dr. Lambrakos and his staff to anyone looking for a great dental office.
