I was in braces for nearly 2 years, when finally the day came to get them taken off. My orthodontist left my upper teeth with a small gap on each side, as some of my teeth weren’t wide enough to finish my new “perfect bite.” I was very worried about the process of BONDING to fill these gaps, because I really didn’t know much about it. I thankfully found Dr. Sayegh!! He was so gracious, super informative, and very accommodating to my needs and concerns. He shared TONS of photos of examples of his prior work, and I was thoroughly impressed and felt very confident. The procedure itself took less than an hour and when he showed me the mirror, I was over-the-top THRILLED with my new smile 😀 When I looked in mirror, I actually couldn’t remember where the gaps were. I call that successful! I am never one to post reviews (good or bad), but I just had to take a few minutes now to share my HUGE gratitude and recommendations for Dr. Sayegh. I also appreciate seeing how much he truly loves what he does. Having a passion for your work is something you don’t see much these days, but I can see it in Dr. Sayegh. I love my beautiful new smile!!

Dr. Sayegh and his staff are first class in every aspect. I did extensive research before coming to the Doc for my implant. I’ve always taken great care of my teeth and I wanted a professional that would treat me like he would treat his own family. Doc S has a passion for perfection. He and his whole team, MJ, Cathy, Stephanie..everyone – communicate beautifully the entire time. Getting an implant was a little unnerving for me but Doc put me at ease. When is the last time you had a doctor text or call you on your cell to check in to make sure you’re doing good? That tells you a lot about Dr. Sayegh and his team. My comfort felt like a priority. The kindness and integrity the office has extended to me has been extraordinary. One of the dynamics that attracted me to find out more about the Doc was, I kept hearing that when people had dental work gone bad, they came to Dr. Sayegh and he fixed it. I wanted my work to be done right the first time. If you want precise work that’s done affordably with compassion that gives you confidence – Dr. Sayegh is your man. Thanks Doc!

I have been a client of Dr. Sayegh’s since 2013. Unfortunately, I ignored dentists for the prior decade and had a host of issues that needed to be addressed. His thorough examination, analysis, and education for me provided complete assurance that I was in the right office. He delivered on every single dental issue that we have addressed. He is passionate, an artist, and excels in his profession. I can’t think of a better dentist and I have seen dentists in 4 different states over the years of moving across the country. The facility and staff and equipment are first rate. When it comes to health, I have learned to never compromise and only work with the best. I tend to be a “tough customer” and I’m more than happy with Dr. Sayegh; I’m comforted and confident that I put my health in his care. Get in here; you’ll be glad you did.

I have been working with Dr. Sayegh on fixing my teeth and I am very impressed with Dr. Sayegh’s technical expertise and experience as well as the fact that he is very passionate about educating his patients. He always takes his time and does not rush even though he is a busy practitioner. His work is meticulous.  His office is beautiful and clean. All of the equipment is state of the art which is something I really appreciate. His work with the waterlase is a.m.a.z.i.n.g. For someone with extreme dental chair fright, the waterlase experience is so good and you can actually leave the office feeling the same as when you went in – no numbness, no biting your cheek, no novacaine shots. The office runs so smoothly and they keep the appointment times with no waiting delays.  I brought my daughter in today for a second opinion. She is just 11 years old and her orthodontist and the ortho’s in-house endodontist, after consultation, were recommending that I put a crown on one of her front teeth prior to putting on braces due to a tooth deformity that she had since birth. Dr. Sayegh kindly offered us a complimentary second opinion. With his experience, he was able to examine her and determined that she absolutely did not need a crown. He was able to do composite bonding of her tooth to repair the tooth enough to support the braces. I was highly reluctant to put a crown on my 11 year old for cosmetic purposes because I know that it will require several changes throughout her lifetime and it is a very drastic and extreme measure. Dr. Sayegh was able to do the bonding within 20 minutes without any discomfort or novacaine. Her tooth looks beautiful and ready for braces! I was very relieved! I appreciate Dr. Sayegh’s generosity of his time in providing us with a complimentary second opinion when I know that he is very busy!  I carefully looked and reviewed many dentists before choosing Dr. Sayegh’s office even though it is some distance from where I live. However, it is totally worth it and I highly recommend Implant-a-Smile. They are full service dental office and provide a full range of dental services from basic dental services to cosmetic work and teeth implants so I know that they can handle all of my dental needs.  Thank you, Dr. Sayegh!

My previous dentist told me I wasn’t a good candidate for implants because of the condition of my teeth. Dr. Sayegh said I could and should get a dental implant in my lower jaw toward the rear. I had a temporary bridge there for the longest time and I was starting to have issues with it. He set the post in my jaw with very little discomfort. Later, he finished the job and I couldn’t be happier! The fit is great! I can bite normally and, after a week of being careful, flossing is normal again. Dr. Sayegh is the consummate professional. I always feel comfortable in his office and dental chair. He and his staff are always very careful not to cause discomfort. The front desk staff are always warm and accommodating. With the Coronavirus pandemic, everybody in the office is extremely careful to avoid transmission. Customers enter at the front, get our temps checked, answer questions regarding health and, after our treatment, leave through a back door to conform with social distancing and we sanitize our hands right before exiting.
Any time i have a question, I am always welcome to ask it, then he answers it to my satisfaction. Going to this office and having Dr. Antoine Sayegh handle my dental care was the smartest thing I did for my health in years!

I‘m so happy I found Dr. Sayegh. He is very thorough and meticulous with his work.  He is warm-hearted, and genuinely cares about his patients. He and his staff made me feel very at-ease from the first moment I walked in for a consultation for an implant. He took time to explain every detail to make sure I understand what the whole procedure involves. Mj also took time explain to me about my insurance coverage. Everything went very smoothly from beginning to end.  Dr. Sayegh even made a house call in the evening to make sure I’m okay after the procedure. I was weary about the typically long process, but with Dr. Sayegh I got a new tooth in just 3 months. Many thanks to Dr. Sayegh and his awesome staff for turning a potentially scary experience into a pleasant one.    My husband will also be getting an implant from Dr. Sayegh. His case is a little bit more complicated than mine, but he’s in excellent hands. I highly recommend this doctor to anyone.

I can’t be more satisfied with my smile after having Dr. Sayegh and his staff taking care of my teeth. Dr. Sayegh himself took his time examining my teeth after receiving my dental hygiene. He caught a small cavity and took care of it without me  feeling a thing. I always get afraid of hearing the drill, and I would wait for the pain to kick in after hearing that sound. But, I did NOT feel a thing. I was still waiting to feel the pain, until he told that we were done. His skills and experience are well demonstrated in his practice!! He also offered me to close the gaps in my teeth using resin and they looked amazing afterwards. It’s like magic. After that, he made sure that my bite was on point. They have lasted for two years so far, but I also take a good care of my teeth. Check the pictures out! The staff is very welcoming and friendly! Cathy and MJ worked with me and they set up a payment plan for my treatment. I am a college student and I cannot afford paying the entire amount at once. I have my dental hygiene cleaning with either Vinnie or Dominica. They are both amazing and they both take their time writing good notes while cleaning. Steph is always assisting Dr in providing the best service. I think they make a great team. One more thing, I text Cathy/MJ for my appointments. I am always at work or in class, so communicating through texting is very convenient for me. Highly recommend! Check his website too!

Dr Sayegh and his staff have been so wonderful. After a very bad and difficult bone graft/implant experience at our previous dental office, Dr. Sayegh managed to turn things around for my 17 year old daughter and take her case from a bad situation to great one! Dr. Sayegh is Confident, Experienced, Patient, and provided a genuine caring approach with my daughter who today loves her results and smiles bigger than ever!  For 8 months she was a broken very sad patient who’s bone graft was in the midst of failing.  Her previous Dr. performed a bone graft, which became a failing bone graft, turned into the need for a gum graft which in turn put her through lots of pain, sadness and depression.  Her previous doctors approach was good in the beginning but turned not so pleasant when he realized he was dealing with a situation he had never come across.  In the end, reaching out to Dr. Sayegh and deciding to have him treat her and finish her case where her previous Dr. left off was the best decision ever.  He didn’t rush the process, gave her lots of TLC and showed her the sensitive side that teenage girls with a missing front tooth needed.  As a parent it is the worst case scenario to see your teenage daughter loose her confidence and suffer in pain. She had lost her beautiful smile and confidence for over a year BUT now she smiles again bigger and better than ever! Her result are better than I could have ever expected. Thank you Dr. Sayegh for making our experience and results truly a great one!

Dr. Sayegh is easily the best dentist I have ever been to. I am not originally from Southern California but I needed to find a dentist down here to get work done on my teeth while I am attending university. I was nervous at first to go to a new dentist however every visit Dr. Sayegh makes me feel so comfortable. He is extremely professional and competent in what he is doing and eases my nerves. Dr. Sayegh always sees me right away as soon as my appointment starts and is fast and efficient. His staff is always warm and welcoming when I walk in the door. In addition, Dr. Sayegh is extremely fair in the prices he charges for his services. He is an extremely generous man and his first priority is always the patients health and comfortability. I would highly recommend Dr. Sayegh and his team to anyone I met. I have been very satisfied with my decision to attend his dentistry while away from home.
