I’ve been coming to here for 4 years. My 1st visit was that I found out I need a root canal therapy, I hesitated and consulted 3 different dental. Among them Dr. Wong provided me the best explanation and treatment plan, while the other 2 consultation freaked me out. The therapy was really good and I can tell it requires tons of expertise, Dr. Wong did super well. Since then me and my wife are solid customers, the clinic is clean and ppl are super friendly and efficient.

Dr. Wong, Administrator Tracey and Dental Assistant Erica were very professional and courteous. I had a positive experience from the very start of my visit to the office when I was welcomed by Tracey, to the painless x-rays done by DA Erica–very important to me, as I’ve had painful ones because of my jaw structure–to the very thorough and patient service provided by Dr. Wong throughout my checkup and cleaning. I would definitely return and have already recommended it to a loved one. See ya again soon, Dr. Wong & team

I’ve had some really poor experiences with my previous dentists so I was pretty careful in picking a new dental office to switch to (that was in my network). I saw that the Apex Dental was a relatively small practice (which is what I wanted) and that they had pretty good reviews online. I’ve had two visits so far with Dr. Wong (routine checkup/ general cleaning and a cavities visit) and both times I’ve been treated with utmost respect and care. The receptionists are very friendly and helpful– with them actually giving me a brief run down of what each form I’d be signing. Didn’t rally have a long wait either. And they always give you a reminder call for your appointment the day before. As for my actual experience with Dr. Wong, he was very caring and did not rush the process. He explained every step of the procedure and always check in with me to make sure I was doing alright. He put me at ease during both visits and answered all of my questions. I’m really glad that I switched over to Apex! The location itself is also conveniently in Chinatown and their office is really clean as well.

One of the best dental experiences I’ve had. I don’t like to go to the dentist, but they made me feel so comfortable. The dentist was very nice, and I was out of there in less than an hour. Thank you so much for giving me back my smile. My front tooth was a little jacked up before the visit, now I can smile without feeling like a have a yuck mouth.

Great experience with the amazing Dr. Wong! I made an appointment here to have a permanent crown placed after getting a root canal done elsewhere and I was very happy with my service! Dr. Wong is sooo friendly and spent a lot of time patiently answering the millions of  questions that I had about different types of crown material, the pros/cons of each type, and the cost. He never rushed me, despite the fact that I had shown up 40 minutes late to my appointment. I also felt like he gave me very honest answers and didn’t try to recommend anything just to make money. On top of that, their prices are reasonable, the staff is friendly, and the facility itself is very bright and clean. Will definitely be returning here for all my future dental work!!

These guys are great. Both me and my husband are really happy with Apex dental after having to find a new dentist when our dentist retired and we needed someone who took our insurance. They have great bedside manner and the appointments are always timely and are very careful to explain all of the procedures.

Dr. Wong provided service for my mother and was very diligent in the treatment he provided. Dr. Wong was very patient in the care he provided my mother, who is elderly, and clearly explained the work being performed to help alleviate my mother’s anxiety on her treatment. When my mother went back another time for a different treatment, Dr. Wong was very considerate and checked first on my mother’s wellness from the prior treatment before my mother got work done on a different treatment.

I was lucky to find Dr. Christopher Wong thru Zocdoc.. I am not a fan of going to the Dentist regularly . To my surprise he was gentle and kind..Extremely Professional. One thing I also liked was he gave me treatment choices, and didn’t push a list of expensive procedures that needed to be done. His staff was rally nice and helpful too! Highly Recommend..

I had a few friends who recommended me to Dr. Christopher Wong and trust me, he is as good as everyone says he is. He took his time to explain to me what my options are. He was also very kind and honest. My situation is pretty complex and he even helped me look at what my insurance covers. Also, his staff is excellent, especially the head of the staff (I assume she is). She was very professional and patient and also very nice as well. 

Doc. Christopher Wong is awesome! He is very careful, patient, detailed and most importantly very GENTLE with all the tools going into your mouth! He takes the time to work on your teeth so i never felt rushed or scared of getting hurt. Also, there are no surprises whatsoever on what you feel inside your mouth because he would tell you before hand. He also tried to make me feel at ease by telling me to think about some good memories which I found funny because that’s the least thing I can do at that moment. He is just great. I can’t be happier!
