HIGHLY recommend this practice. As someone with a lifelong phobia of dentists, everyone here made me feel comfortable and by the time I left, I was actually excited to come back for my next visit. The staff all really empowered me to take greater responsibility over my dental health in a way that felt very positive instead of shaming me or using fear to make me schedule a follow ups like other practices.

I’ve been going here for several years after my old dentist retired. Went in for me biannual cleaning. Ashton was the dental hygienist that worked on me. Great gal and very informative. She gave me great tips on gum care and additional preventative measures to help me out. I would highly recommend going to Aqua Dental!

The entire staff has treated my family with superb professionalism. They are very detailed oriented. They take the time to provide quality care in every visit. Our visits are dated back 3 or 4 years ago with my wife being the first client then to our oldest daughter and next will be our youngest daughter for her braces, too. I guess that speak for itself in terms of our family’s satisfaction. Go Aqua!

Dr. Pradeep and her staff are always friendly and professional. I’ve always had a ‘fear’ of the dentists office but at Aqua Dental, it’s been a great experience and that fear/hesitation has gone away. One visit at Aqua Dental made choosing a dentist in Austin easy. Dr. Pradeep and her team are the most trustworthy and effective people to put in charge of your oral health. During my first visit, Dr. Pradeep went over every item in my patient history form and discussed each one with me. Although this took a while, it was the first time any medical professional put so much effort into understanding my history and teaching me about how it would tailor my treatment. This alone solidified my trust in her. It’s genuinely a pleasure to go for routine cleanings and procedures.

Great Service and great staff! The Doctor took the time to explain everything and all the people I met and spoke with were extremely nice I wish I would remember everyone name. At check out again everything explained with a lot of detail they even took the time to see all of my coverage with my insurance for any future needs. I would recommend this place to my family and friends!

Dr Pradeep is the best dentist ever! She and her staff are calming and personable. I recently had vertigo and didn’t expect the symptoms to arise during my dental appointment but it did. The entire staff went out of their way to help me through a very uncomfortable and disorienting experience. I refer friends to Dr Pradeep every chance I get.

My wife and I highly value our experiences with Dr. Pradeep. My wife has a fear of dental work and has found setting and staff very gentle and supportive. Dr. Pradeep explains all procedures and when intervening techniques are required, all options are discussed and patient objectives respected. We would go to no other dentist in Austin

Dr. Pradeep is amazing! I went to see her for Invisalign and after my treatment was up, I still had some concerns about one tooth that I felt was out of alignment. I knew I was being picky, but she was patient and understood exactly what I was talking about and offered solutions. She said she would work on refinements with Invisalign until I was satisfied. I’ve had a filling from her as well, and hardly feel a thing. She is gentle and kind. Her hygienists are awesome as well. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
