The staff at ARA orthodontics is top notch. They are always friendly and welcoming and pleasant to talk to. They are always sweet to my other kids when they have to go with me as well.The office is inviting and comfortable and they have relaxing music each time I go in. My daughter loves Dr. Rodriguez and she has been going there for almost 2 years. She looks forward to visiting since Dr. Rodriguez is always so nice to her and always makes her feel comfortable. I’m so glad I made the choice to take my daughter here for her orthodontic needs. Her smile is beautiful and I have this office to thank!!!

I have been coming to Ara, for a little over 2 years now ?? I have nothing but positive experiences with the staff and my orthodontist , Dr. Alfrado Rodriguez. I had have had severe overcrowding in my mouth for years and was very self conscious of my smile, but I thought braces and orthodontic care wasn’t something I could afford, I was referred to them by a dentist at Champlain dentistry, and figures I would give it a shot. I was absolutely surprised with the financial options that were available to me, and excitedly scheduled for braces. It’s been a long road , but I have been extremely pleased with my journey . The staff is always warm, pleasant and inviting, they remember your name and are always checking to make sure you are comfortable with everything going on. Dr. Rodriguez is gentle handed and is very professional with his techniques. I highly reccomend them !!

Dr. Rodríguez-Abram’s practice is the best! My wife, two of our daughters, and I all received treatment from him. In the six year span, we were never disappointed with our decision to elect them. His office has a cool tropical feel that makes you feel like you’re on a warm, sandy beach. He and his staff are amazing, being warm and relatable from the start and always remembering details about us and even our other kids that weren’t their patients yet. We have relocated to Modesto, and have very strongly considered making the 1.5 hour drive to Fresno for our younger children’s orthodontic needs.

Very good experience. I love how friendly everybody is. I think its great how Miranda welcomes everybody in by name. I like the reminder calls too. A lot of places don’t do that anymore. The office always looks so clean and is very welcoming. I think its nice how when the kids get their braces off they get candy, toothbrush and a goody bag. Everybody loves goody bags!

I just visited this Ortho for the first time yesterday. I had call to make an appointment because I wanted to transfer my daughter dentist work to CA. I called to make an appointment last week and they were very fast to schedule me in. I had ask to make the appointment on the 5th at a certain time. When I received the email confirmation the appointment they made was for the 4th. Which i did not mind since I had the time. Their office is very nice located and clean. I walk to their front desk and the receptionist was a little serious i did not though she was friendly. Oh let me just say that the reason why I schedule here is because of their yelp ratings and because when I called to make the appointment the lady that answered me was able to answered all my questions and she was friendly. So anyway, I show up and they girl tells me my appointment is for the 5th in which I tell her, no, I received an email confirmation that my appointment is on the 4th. I think they mess up in my appointment day. But even though they did they were able to see my daughter that day. I had to wait appx 15 min. When we went in, the lady took some pictures of my daughter’s mouth, she was friendly with my kids which for me is a big deal. The picture process was a little uncomfortable for my daughter. Then waited a few more minutes for the Orthodontist. What I really really love about him is that, he did not rush to tell me she needed this and that. I had another Orthodontist work on my daughter’s mouth and he wanted to be sure what exactly she need it, for this he wanted to see my daughter’s previous work done before making a decision to move forward. I had gone previously with another Orthodontist here in Fresno and they were ready to work on my daughter’s braces without even seeing the previous work done and I felt that they just wanted my money. This is why I like this place because for them to move forward they want to see what her previous Orthodontist did. I did not felt rush I felt that he did not just wanted to get my money. I felt that he was really concerned of her and the job that he had to do to move forward. I will definitely will go back

Very professional in every aspect. From the front desk to the Doctor himself we have never had a better experience with an orthodontist. You know you have an incredible orthodontist when your children are asking “when can I go see Dr. Rodriguez-Abrams”. He is a very knowledgeable Dr. and his office is current on all modern technology. In addition to being one of the top Dr.’s in his field, I don’t think I have met a friendlier one as well. Very caring, kind staff. Received a referral from Dr. Lamb and was walked over here after my appointment with her from a clean/xray. Received retainer from Dr. Abrams as I had inquired about one while with Dr. Lamb. Helpful, kind staff. Was explained the benefits of continuing to wear my retainer at night throughout the years so that I could keep teeth in place. I’m in my early 30’s now and hadn’t had any follow up with my orthodontist who had retired for about 12 years. Dr. Rodriguez-Abrams was very friendly, personable. I was the last patient that day to walk over there from Dr. Lamb’s office and he took his time with me as plans were made to come back and get fitted, etc.. Very clean facility and welcoming environment. Friendly and beautiful office.

I was scared when I first found out I had to get braces but then I came to this place and they made the experience comfortable and calm. The staff is very approachable and friendly, always remembering your name and circumstance. The office is very clean, modern and calming. I cannot say enough good things about this office. My daughter has been here on and off for treatment since 2nd grade and now that she is 15, her smile has completely changed. The transformation is amazing! You never have to wait a long time and when you are seen, the staff seems like family. They are just the nicest people ever! Dr. Alfredo Rodriquez-Abrams and his team are tremendous. The minute you walk in, you are greeted like friends and family. They take initiative in knowing and calling you by your name. They go the distance and ask you how your day is. It is not like other orthodontic clinic some of my close friends goes to. They tell me they just walk in and out. Sometimes they feel like they don’t even know what just happened. With Dr. Abram, he is thorough with everything he does and he also makes sure YOU (the patient) also understands what is happening and how your progress is. I also love that he has an emergency contact number that you can reach if there is any emergency (ex. broken brackets or, if something just doesn’t feel right). He responds in a very timely matter and always make sure his patients are comfortable and happy. I would definitely recommend him and his team.

I am so glad that I chose Dr. Rodriguez-Abrams to take care of my braces. I have been really impressed since day one. If an unexpected circumstance should arise they are very good at meeting the needs to fix it. I had to have a tooth cut out of the roof of my mouth in the middle of my treatment with them and they were nice enough to put my payments on hold until I came back to see them. They didn’t have to do it and I appreciate that. There is never a long wait time and they work with you on your payments if you need them to. The doctor is always so nice and really informative. All of the staff is always super nice! They also have a great rewards program for being on time and having good hygiene. I would definitely recommend them over anybody else.

Awesome experience with this orthodontist office! I called for an appointment, and the friendly staff told me I could come right away. When I arrived, I was greeted with handshakes and warm smiles from the staff and orthodontist. The office was very clean and new. I was seen immediately without having to wait at all. Dr. Rodriguez fixed my retainer issue very quickly. My dental insurance doesn’t cover orthodontics, and he didn’t charge me at all for the visit. He even gave me an ice cream on my way out! I’ll definitely choose this office for any future orthodontics needs for myself or my kids!

The back staff is welcoming and gentle with both our children making them feel and secure. Dr. Alfredo is top notch in his field he explained the process from start to finish and covered a lot of issues other dentists had overlooked. He even came in during his vacation to fix a broken wire that was cutting my son inside his cheek. I would highly recommend ARA ORTHODONTICS.
