My first visit to ARC Dental was for a routine check and it was anything but routine. Dr Rachel gave me a very thorough exam and cleaning. She takes the time to educate you about your oral health and is filled some pretty cool dental facts. You can tell she is truly passionate about being a Dentist. My visit did not feel rushed at all which is rare if you’re used to going to a bigger dental practice. Their assistant Edith is awesome too! She was very friendly and took practically painless Xrays. The office itself is clean and nicely decorated. It has these large windows they seat you in front of that overlook the water fountain which make for a peaceful visit. You get the red carpet treatment from beginning to end at this place. I highly recommend this practice to all of my friends and family.

From the moment I entered the office for my first dental visit at A.R.C dental, I was captured by the clean, modern office decor, as well as was greeted by the friendliest dental assistant Sarah who immediately made me feel at home. Throughout my dental visit, Dr Tambunan had the calmest, sweetest and most professional bedside manner and made me feel completely at ease. Being someone who always dreaded going to dental offices, I never knew that dental visits could be so pleasant until my experience at A.R.C. Thank you so much Dr Tambunan and Sarah for taking the time to address all my concerns and issues and for such a pleasant experience! So happy to have ARC as my new dental home and I most definitely recommend to everyone !!

It had been more than a decade since I’d gone to the dentist. I was dreading it and kept putting it off for years. I’ve never had a dental visit that wasn’t incredibly unpleasant. A terribly painful toothache forced me to finally go and I can’t express enough how thankful I am to have found the good people at A.R.C. Dr. Rachel called me personally as soon as I submitted an inquiry. She was concerned because I said I was in pain and fit me in immediately for an appointment. I had such a wonderful experience that I went home and told my wife about it excitedly. She made fun of me for sounding so cheerful after a dental visit but made an appointment for herself as well. When she came back from her visit, I made fun of her because she was even more excited than I was. She wanted to challenge me to a teeth-brushing contest to see who’s teeth will be better at the next cleaning. Dr. Rachel had inspired her to be better about taking care of her teeth. Their office is bright, inviting, and comfortable. Everyone we’ve met here seems genuine and caring. She also gave us advice about our toddler and his teeth care. If you’re in search of a kind and passionate dentist who genuinely cares, look no further.

I have had the experience of seeing both Alvin and Rachel to perform basic cleaning and up to fairly seriously cavity filling. Both of them did a great job fixing me up, and it’s very obvious right from the beginning that they truly care about their craft and their patients. Alvin and Rachel went above and beyond to identify, diagnose (I mean really give me all the details), and repair my dental issues. I have never experienced that level of care from any medical professional before, and received it from both of them! Edith was also a pleasure to work with during my multiple visits and always got a laugh out of me.

Highly recommended coming to ARC Dental. Dr. Rachel and Dr.Alvin are the sweetest nicest people I’ve met in a long time. They explained everything before doing anything. When your here you feel like part of a family. Very professional and make you feel at ease during your visit. The office is beautiful and very clean! Glad I found my forever dentist!!

I know, I know… going to the dentist is a drag, right? Not with ARC Dental Health. Dr.Rachel, Dr.Alvin and Edith are so pleasant to be around and make your dental experience a breeze. I’m the type of person who likes to know every little detail and make sure that I know what is going on. I didn’t even need to ask for them to explain procedures, billing, or x-rays. They did all of that on their own and didn’t miss a detail. Dr.Rachel is by far the most gentle dentist. I was nervous about shots since at my previous dentist I had a numbing situation and the shots hurt even after the numbing gel. BUT, I felt NOTHING when Dr.Rachel was working on me. The dental office itself is clean, spacious and very modern. It definitely makes your experience more comfortable!

First time coming to this Dental Office and it was an incredible experience ! The staff is lovely! Everyone is ready to help and beyond friendly. I haven’t had a good experience at a Dentists office in a long time and over here they make sure you’re comfortable! Definitely recommend coming this way! Wonderful owners and very insightful.

What a fantastic place to call my new Dental Home. First of all, I am so grateful to Dr. Rachel for being open for business during this pandemic and being available to help me with my emergency tooth problem (half my tooth cracked off!) My stress regarding my broken tooth immediately disappeared when I walked in to a sparkling clean, modern, beautiful dental office with breathtaking views of the mountains. Most dental offices I’ve been to have felt claustrophobic and stale, but here everything feels light and airy and open. Their dental chair was more comfortable than my own bed! Everything that was touched and used was covered up with plastic barriers that are all changed between patients so I am confident knowing that they take hygiene and safety seriously. During my crown procedure I was given a something to keep my mouth open and sucks out my saliva at the same time so my spit didn’t spray into the air and all over my face and neck at all. It was very comfortable for me and it was the first time I went to the dentist and didn’t get wet all over my shirt or had water and drool drip down my cheek to my neck. There were so many little details that impressed me that I can’t remember anymore but it all added up to a superb experience.  The best part is, Dr. Rachel is such a nice dentist who is very patient, meticulous and gentle. Thank you so much for being here for me and my tooth! Really looking forward to coming back to get my new crown and get my teeth cleaned.
