When choosing a dental professional for restorative and cosmetic procedures, a lot of thought and consideration went into selecting Dr. Pappas and his team.  I have just finished with composite veneers and am so pleased with not only the skilled artistry Dr. Pappas demonstrates in his dental care, but with how the entire staff work together in sync to ensure a pleasant and positive experience.  I can’t recall a time I wasn’t greeted with a friendly hello within seconds of entering the office, always offered a beverage and seen within minutes of my appointment.  Dr. Pappas possesses that wonderful combination of artistic skill and a true caring heart for his guests.  The chairside professionalism and care are top-notch and I can’t think of a better place to receive the highest in dental care.

Wow. What a great dental experience. Dr. Pappas and his super assistant Christina took great care of me. The office is clean and well appointed. You know, nice but not over the top. Christina had everything ready to go. The doctor was on time and he never hurt me. I honestly don’t know what the Arcadia Dental Arts team could do to improve a visit to the dentist. I can’t recommend Dr. John and his team strongly enough. If you want superior oral health care call Arcadia Dental Arts.

A friend recommended Dr. Pappas and his team after our family dentist retired. I was impressed with the team from the moment I walked in.  Pleasant environment, professional and personable staff – everything you would hope to see.  After several visits, I was able to convince my dentist-resistant husband to visit. The team won him over, and are helping him to regain his beautiful smile.   I highly recommend Arcadia Dental Arts for your care.

After 4 years from my first emergency visit, I continue to be a very satisfied client of Dr. John Pappas and his staff. Absolutely the most pleasant, professional & skilled dentist and staff.  Dr. John Pappas is thorough, takes and to explain options. He’s highly skilled and the office has top notch dental assistants and is equipped with state of the art equipment and ultra clean and careful COVID 19 precautions.  The policies and incredible office staff and make it possible  to work with them on scheduling and payment options. I can’t recommend them enough !

I went to Doctor Pappas after a particularly bad experience with another Denist. I was having muscle spasms in my jaw and extreme neck pains and migraines. He explained everything in a concise way and  made me a splint. Since then my pain has diminished 10 fold. If you are look for a dentist who is not only personable but all extremely knowledgable I would highly recommend Doctor John Pappas.

Today was my first visit as I am a new patient and I didn’t even feel like I was at the dentist. The staff was very friendly, offered me something to drink, provided a tour of the office, and explained what would be happening during the appointment. Office is clean. Equipment is new. Dr. Pappas gave the most thorough examination I have ever had, which was followed by a teeth cleaning that was easy breezy. I can’t even find something to nitpick about. I will definitely be referring anyone who needs a dentist to this place. Two thumbs up to everyone at the office for making it a positive experience!

I’ve had a couple of dentists in my life that I thought were pretty good but Dr. Papas and his team have blown me away not only with how caring and nice everyone is but the treatment I have received. Dr. Papas is so thorough and I always leave feeling secure in the dental work he has done. Thank you so much to the team for taking good care of my mouth. Cannot recommend you guys enough!

I can’t say enough about the people here.  Dr. Pappas was incredible warm, thorough, and kind.  He and his staff made me feel super welcome and at east, even after some pretty awful experiences with a dentist in my previous city.  I hadn’t been for a cleaning in almost three years and had some anxiety and fear going in, and I can honestly say they’ve got me for life after today’s visit.  Wonderful people, careful and thorough exam, and generally the best experience I’ve had with a dentist!

You know those people who excel in their work because they love what they do, are endlessly curious, live it, breathe it, & always want to know more? That’s this guy – Dr. John Pappas! While you’re sleeping soundly in your bed at night this guy is pondering how to give you the best dental experience & outcome of your life – seriously! In addition to his outstanding artistry, knowledge, & skill, he’s also warm, personable, caring, gentle, soft-spoken, patient, and humble! He also surrounds himself with staff who reflect all these great qualities.  When you walk into his office, you are treated like family – beloved family. It’s quite the treat! I’ve been his patient for many years, and frankly, cannot go to anyone else at this point – yes, he is just that good!  My current dental plan does not include him, which I didn’t know when I signed up earlier this year, so I’m self paying right now and will switch plans at the end of this year. He has also been a Phoenix Magazine Top Dentist, so he is highly respected by his peers. You just can’t go wrong with this guy. He is simply the best!.

Wow!  Wow just doesn’t say enough.  I broke off a veneer right before a vacation. Not just any vacation, but a family gathering with plenty of photos for memory building will assuredly take place. Well, a panic phone call to the office with less than a minute to spare… and guess what; Dr Pappas personally got on the phone and told me not to panic and that he’d take care of me.  …and you know what, he DID!!! It’s a shame that high quality customer service isn’t more like the customer service that one receives at Arcadia Dental Arts. Not just great customer service; exceptional, above and beyond, fantastic, customer service. Thank you Dr Pappas for taking care of my smile.

This comes with great pleasure to write a 5 star review for my amazing experience with Arcadia Dental Arts! Since moving to Phoenix almost a year ago, I have had the unfortunate task of finding a new dentist. This task proved harder than one might imagine! I had two horrible experience with two different dental offices, until now! I can’t say enough good things regarding my experience, the staff is awesome, the process of becoming a new patient was so easy, the forms were emailed to me, I simply filled in the blanks and sent it back! I was greeted warmly and had a quick tour of the office. Everyone is so friendly, it immediately put me at ease, and made me feel comfortable. Dr Pappas was so nice, very thorough, spoke in terms that I understood, and gave me his best assessment, and options for my dental plan. His attention to detail, and professionalism really impressed me! I can tell that this office is, “All On the Same Page!” It comes across easy, authentic, and naturally, they simply care about their patients, it shows in everything they do! I look forward to getting my dental health, in the best condition it can be, and feel confident in Dr Pappas in achieving that goal!

I used to avoid showing my teeth when smiling due to some dubious dental work performed in the UK. A few weeks ago I finally got around to finding a local dentist to fix my smile by replacing a front veneer (with some whitening for good measure). I couldn’t be happier with my decision to go with Arcadia Dental Arts. Dr. Pappas and his whole team are incredible -professional and friendly to the point that I almost *enjoy* going to the dentist now! They were even able to work with me on my tight schedule, staying late one night to get everything finished up before I left on a business trip the following day. Very happy with my decision and my new smile!

Highly recommend Dr. Pappas and Hygenist Sarah. My anxiety was no match for Sarah’s skilled, confident, professional, and patient approach during my teeth cleaning. She efficiently moved through the cleaning and provided needed education, including several demonstrations, highlighting what I needed to do differently to improve results. There was no judgment, just really helpful information delivered with care (after all, the last thing we dental-probes need is a judgey approach). If the very thought of scheduling your dental cleaning makes your heart race and your brow sweat go see Sarah! You’ll be in great hands!

I never really leave reviews but I felt like I had to leave one on here for Dental Arts. The reason for that is because I had the BEST experience I’ve ever had at dental office. They were very welcoming and made me feel at home. They were very accommodating, and the effort and work they put into the whole thing just showed that they actually cared about your well being and dental health. I would definitely recommend if you are a new patient. Will definitely be making this my new home permanently, as my old dentist office closed down during the lock down. So glad I came here! Thank you guys so much!
