It was initially a shock to discover that my former dentist had sold his practice to Dr. Thai  but that shock turned into a real blessing!  The office has a very nice air and is decorated in good taste.  I was pleased that my hygienist, Janet was still there.  Dr. Thai is an exceptional dentist and his attention to the smallest detail has been greatly appreciated.  He did a beautiful job of replacing a crown on one of my molars. No one likes to have that done but he made the process comfortable. I was very concerned because my teeth were shifting.  Apparently, I was given the  wrong kind of night guard for my upper teeth.  Dr. Thai and his wife Dr. Whang who is an orthodontist tag teamed the problem.  Dr. Thai had the correct kind of night guard made for me and Dr. Whang had a retainer made for my lower teeth.  The combination is working beautifully!  Here’s the bottom line. They really care.  Their office staff is wonderful!  Maria is a doll.  I feel very well taken care of when I go there.

Dr. Thai and his staff are great! I had multiple cavities and a root canal done over several visits and each time the work was flawless. They are always good about rescheduling too if you need to. I was driving from Hollywood to Arcadia to have work done and it was well worth the trip. I plan on going back for cleaning and whitening.

I can’t believe I was lucky enough to happen upon this dental clinic. I came here after my partner was referred to Dr. Thai by the Ivy Institute. Not only Dr. Thai, but his entire team at his dental office are all amazing. Everyone is kind and patient. Dr. Thai is hands down the best dentist I have ever been to. He is well-experienced, honest, detail-oriented, and down to earth. He patiently explains every step of the dental treatment process to his patients, he takes his time to make sure that his dental work is done perfectly, and he will be upfront about everything that you will be going through as a patient. It’s difficult to put my feelings of gratitude into words, but I will never look back after finding Dr. Thai’s dental clinic. Thank you so much for diagnosing and treating my dental problems, it’s been a long journey (of experiencing subpar dental care from other places) and I’m SO SO GLAD it’s concluding at Dr. Thai’s clinic!!

I’ve been a patient for almost 4 years now and (thankfully) have never needed to have any work done aside from semi-annual cleanings. Well, on a Saturday night I chipped a tooth.  I called first thing Monday morning and was able to come in later that day.  Apparently, I had actually chipped 2 teeth and Dr. Thai was able to get them both fixed and looking better than before.  I was worried about the pain because I had the same teeth fixed before and remembered it being incredibly painful.  I felt nothing other than the vibrations of the drills! The entire staff is wonderful so if you’re looking for a new dentist, this is the place!

Dr thai is a honest dentist I can trust.  I have a problem with my molar and he is able to explain all the the pros and cons of treatment and not just try to sell you something.  He truly takes the time to educate and inform his patients about procedures and services.  He is one of the better dentist i have been to in the sgv, after trying a few in the area he is the only one I would trust to work on my teeth.

As a patient at Arcadia Dentaldontics, I can simply say that I have been very pleased on a variety of levels.   First of all, the staff is very friendly and they will work to accommodate your scheduling needs and they take the time to explain what the costs are for your respective treatments.   Second, I’ve been having my teeth cleaned at this office by Janet for years and she is very thorough and is genuinely concerned about my teeth’s well-being. Lastly, Dr. Thai, much like the rest of his team is also thorough as he takes the time to explain what the issues may be with your teeth.  Moreover, Dr. Thai ensures that you understand your treatment options and he does not push you towards a treatment that is either not needed, or a treatment you may not comfortable with.  Basically, he is honest and wants to help you with your respective teeth issues. In short, I am happy to be a patient at Dentaldontics and recommend them without reservation…see you in the waiting room.

I love the staff and dentists here! I have followed them for years through various locations. Great and friendly staff that remember your name, are caring and make sure you have a great experience. I know people drive from really far away for the excellent care you receive here. And their conservative philosophy aligns with mine so I know I won’t get any unnecessary treatments and they care about the preservation of my beautiful smile. Pros: -Great location near freeway -Never busy – they keep a tight calendar, so don’t miss your appointments and if you must cancel, do it way in advance -Excellent staff and oral care -Clean and relaxing facility -High tech – they were able to interact with my full team of doctors (surgeon, ortho) so everyone is on the same page

Dr. Thai is a true patient advocate. Working in healthcare, it’s rare to see a doctor truly care about the well being of their patient and not settling for mediocre. I followed Dr. Thai from another dental office because he really cares about you as his patient. I had to suffer through many dental treatments in my life and I can remember no other dentist that stood out like Dr. Thai. He watched out for me by getting a second opinion when the first specialist couldn’t “find anything wrong” but I continued to suffer from pain. He spoke to the second specialist by asking more questions than I knew to ask as a patient and got my first specialist to refund part of my treatment payment since insurance wouldn’t cover it the second time around. He also constantly reassured me that as his patient I was his priority and would ensure that I received the best possible care from the second specialist. How awesome is that?? Maria at the front desk is amazing. She is very accommodating with the schedule and such a sweetheart. Dr. Whang is the orthodontist and is working with me to straighten out my teeth with Invisalign. Dr. Whang is very patient and easy to talk to. She demands perfection and like Dr. Thai won’t settle for less. The entire staff, from the dental assistants to hygienist, are really great. Dr. Thai is one dentist I will continue to follow and refer to friends and family.

If you want a highly skilled and personable Dentist, you cannot go wrong with Dr. Thai! I am so impressed with how he put me at ease and answered all my questions, he really goes above and beyond, demonstrating how much he truly cares about his work and patients. He spent extra time with me during busy a office day, not wanting to rush the process of getting that perfect color match for a crown, (and being in the entertainment industry it was double appreciated). His staff, including Janet, who does a beautiful job with teeth cleanings, while keeping you entertained with her great humor and fun stories, really makes the time fly. Maria, who runs the administrative side of things, is an absolute ANGEL who helps you navigate the crazy world of “insurance vs. out of pocket” with great compassion and patience. When you combine it all together, you are left with a feeling of, “Wow, going to the Dentist wasn’t a bad experience at all”! In fact, I can’t believe I’m saying this, but it was actually pleasant! I highly recommend this office! I even travel from Sherman Oaks to Arcadia b/c Dr. Thai is totally worth it!
