If I could leave 100 stars, I would! After spending my childhood with a horrific set of teeth and years in braces, I slowly started developing some weird fear of returning to the dentist – and I didn’t. I spent YEARS (probably over 10) avoiding the dentist. I had been here once before for a root canal (because I obviously had been neglecting the dentist) but still, didn’t keep up on routine work, despite the need to. I’ve been spending the last few years paranoid about my teeth, each year I feeling worse and worse, and eventually so embarrassed it had been so long, that I kept putting it off now out of shame. I finally decided to come in since I knew my mouth was in bad shape and knew my fear was keeping me from being healthy. From my first call I was taken care of with such kindness, and as I explained that I was moving and wanted to get in while my insurance was active, they even worked me in same day so that we can see how much work needed to be done. From the moment I sat down I was clearly nervous and uncomfortable and didn’t want to be there because I just didn’t want them to see how bad my mouth was. I was afraid that any dentist would shame me, make me feel bad or judge me which was the biggest reason I never wanted to see a dentist again. All of my anxieties (which is totally a real thing) went away the moment I got to Arcadia Dentistry. Every single person I met with made me feel so important, made me feel comfortable, and also made me feel understood. I NEVER felt like I was shamed or judged, in fact, it was CLEAR that their only objective was my comfort, my mouth, and MY HEALTH. From my paperwork, to scans, oral exams, reviewing what needed to be done, and especially the deep cleaning, EVERYONE, I MEAN EVERYONE completely EXCEEDED ALL EXPECTATIONS! I didn’t expect to get over my fears, I just wanted to get in and out – but any fear I ever had is gone! I never thought that I would be laughing and joking and getting to know such a talented and down to earth staff. Dr. Milana is truly the best, and his staff is BEYOND AMAZING. You won’t feel more comfortable (emotionally or physically) anywhere else. I recommend Arcadia Dentistry to ANYONE and everyone. I wish I knew long ago that my experience would be so great, but now, I look forward to starting fresh and going back to see them all! THANK YOU ARCADIA DENTISTRY! You’ve changed my whole view and I already feel amazing!

Dr. Milana and his staff made me feel at ease from the moment I walked into the office…which is a big deal for me since I’m usually not that excited about going to the dentist…. 😉 I have recommended Arcadia Dentistry to some people at work and they’ve had good experiences as well.  It’s a very nice new office, in a convenient location to boot.

I love Dr. Milana and all of his staff. They are all professional; personable and make you feel comfortable … well.. as comfortable as your gonna get or be ..HELLO! This is a dentist. WHO really says, ‘Gee I can’t wait to get drilled in the mouth!’… yeah. No. I even had a little coupon for a whitening kit for my first cleaning and xray visit. Love that. I am all about having whitey whites. After you run out of whitener, it’s about $10 to fill the syringes for more whitener. I have nothing bad to say about the office or the staff at Arcadia Dentistry. They all take their time with you , the patient and never rush through what can be a stressful process.

What an amazing experience. Dr. Milana and his team are totally awesome. I will definitely recommend their Office to all of my family and friends. The entire team is dedicated to patient care, education and helping their patients maintain a healthy smile and life style. I discovered that a healthy mouth is more than just a smile. Very patient oriented everyone makes sure you fully understand what your dental needs are and go out of their way to help come to affordable conclusion. Loved every visit, actually (and I can’t bieve I’m about to say this) looking forward to next several visits to get what I need done underway. Keep up the awesome work.

Over the past several months, I’ve had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Milana many, many times.  Not many people would say having dozens of dental appointments as a pleasurable experience.  But, Dr. Milana and the staff at Arcadia Dentistry are top notch!  Cynthia is always so friendly and helpful booking my multiple appointments to balance my schedule and Dr. Milana’s availability. Any and all of the dental assistants are fantastic to work with.  And what can I say about the man himself??  Dr. Milana is a blast to work with – taking the time to explain my options and walk me through every step of my multiple procedures.  And, he answered my (millions of) questions with the right level of detail every time.  He really takes the time to make you feel like a key part of the whole experience.  I cannot say enough great things about this office.  You will NOT regret choosing them!!

I have a pretty severe fear of the dentist and Dr. Matt has been great.  They have been so flexible with my crazy schedule and have taken care of some necessary dental work over the past year.  Although it’s not my favorite thing to visit my dentist multiple times a year, at least you can feel taken care of and in good hands!

As a patient at Arcadia Dentistry for over 14 years, I can affirm that Dr. Matthew Milana is professional, listens to your concerns, and his work is meticulous–all within budget. Recently, I had fillers done on my teeth and am very pleased with the results. The entire staff is the epitome of excellent customer service–not only being friendly, but having everything prepared for the appointment; minimizing any wait time. This is essential for me, as with many professionals, because appointments need to be nestled into our already busy work schedules. They do well in working with tight schedules. I am so happy with this dental office. I have been seeing Dr Milana for over 8 years and I trust his advice on what should be done if any dental issue arises. He is easy to work with, answers all my questions and pays great attention to detail. It is always obvious that he cares a great deal about his work.

Finding a dentist after having moved to a new city can be daunting. Look no further, the Arcadia Dentistry team was PERFECT. The scheduling team worked with me to be available on the dates that worked with my schedule. My dental hygienist’s cleaning was pristine. Finally, Dr. Milana was extremely diligent and thorough with his work. He went above and beyond to ensure that his work was done in compliance with my time restraints, even when that meant staying in the office late and coming in to work the day after his new baby was born! I can’t say enough wonderful things about this office!

Today was our first visit with Dr. Milana and his staff. They were outstanding! They have a beautiful, well-kept office in Arcadia…the staff is super friendly and warm…they use the latest technology and couple that with good ol’ fashioned customer customer service and you got a winna winna chicken dinna! The doctor and his staff were extremely professional and informative.
