Dr. Michelle Kim was very attentive and thorough. She listened patiently as I listed my concerns and addressed each one with further diagnosis and explanation. I appreciated the level of detail that she provided with her explanations; it helped disambiguate a lot of the concerns I had with my dental health. The front staff was pleasant as well and I was seen at my appointment with little to no wait. I had a great experience here.

Extremely positive experience. From booking to insurance authorization to the actual appointment. Dr Kim (husband) asked great questions to understand why I was there and what I needed before diving in. Once we covered that, I felt heard and relaxed. I think this was the best dental office experience ever. I love that it is in a house and not white sterile office. It really makes a difference.

Every time I visit Arch Dental Care it’s a great experience. While nobody likes going to the Dentist, the office staff, dental assistants and Doctors are all very friendly and personable. They turn a normally nervous provoking situation in to one that is comfortable and relaxing. Actually look forward to my 6 month visits. They also do a great job with sanitizing/sterilizing the environment and follow all Covid protection protocols.

No one likes going to the dentist but I’ve had several visits with Dr. James Kim now who has been helping me fix some old neglected issues and I can’t thank him enough. A combination of poor dental care as a child and shoddy work when on Medicare left me with a number of problems that kept building up and I always felt too overwhelmed to address. Dr. Kim worked with me to identify which issues I should prioritize first and which could be put off a bit longer. I really appreciated both the attention to detail he has and the time he takes for each patient. I didn’t feel like this was a place where they just try to get the maximum out of your pocket, but genuinely want to help you address your concerns. Before getting a permanent crown I also asked about teeth whitening, Dr. Michelle told me several options, including whitening at home with retail kits versus theirs depending on my budget. I decided to have it done and it was so worth it! I’ve always been self conscious about my smile and teeth my whole life and I’m just beginning to shake some of that off thanks to them!

Lat week my first experience at Arch Dental care, it has been a very good experience! The clinic follows covid measures very well, dentists are very helpful, professional and patience. All the staff wear masks and you have to call and wait in your car when you arrive. They take temperature at the door and every staff was very friendly. I also noticed that they have an air purifier in the room. I went there for a teeth cleaning session and a check-up for cavities. Dr. Michelle was very professional and did the teeth cleaning for me. Despite my teeth needs a lot work, (it has been a good while since the last time I visited a dental!)I don’t feel any pain or uncomfortableness during the session. I highly recommend the clinic whoever needs someone to take care of their teeth.

Now I know why they have nothing but five star reviews They deserve it. I got there 15 minutes before my appointment and I was welcomed in. I got to know Jenny the hygienist she was very friendly and she’d been there she told me since 1985, that should tell you something right there A dedicated professional, that was great to hear. From then on, Cindy took some x-rays, and the equipment was top of the line. Dr Mitchell was awesome very friendly, and called me back shortly after my appointment to inform me what my insurance might cover and what they might not so I was already up on that. So glad I came across this little Gem for dentist office, and they were only a couple blocks away from my business. Excellent customer service is very much appreciated these days thank you to everyone there. Sam K

I have had the pleasure to meet some of the amazing team here at Arch Dental including Dr. Kim. For this  being my Third visit ever because my family referred me to come here 3 weeks ago, I must say I am EXTREMELY IMPRESSED!! Everyone is AMAZING because everyone takes care of you here even during COVID-19 they take care of all the precautions. In the multiple dentists I have been to in my life, the Dr.’s and team here at Arch Dental have set the bar very high and super happy that I have found my dentist!! Thank you all for making my last long over due visits super great and easy.

Working with Dr. Kim has been the best experience I’ve had with a Dentist/Dentist Office. Dr. Kim is friendly and up front. All the staff I have interacted with have been friendly, helpful, and flexible. I had had negative experiences around unexpected billing in the past and Dr. Arch Dental has been up front and affordable the whole way.

Dr. Kim and his team exemplify hospitality and kindness in every way. I needed to go in for a last minute appointment and get an express set of retainers and night guards and they made it happen flawlessly. In addition to getting them quickly, they fit and feel much better than my previous set. Arch Dental offers the best customer experience, on par with a Ritz or Four Season. Plus, there’s such a positive and good vibe in the office! I’m actually excited for my next cleaning, thank you all!

Dr. Kim is knowledgeable, kind, gentle and exceedingly skilled. I went to Arch after a way too long gap between dental visits, and even though I ended up needing a root canal after the first visit, I still felt happy. Here’s why: the staff was gentle, clear, open and kind throughout my visit. (Read: They did *not* make me feel ashamed at all for not having been to the dentist in a while. I mean, isn’t that fear what keeps most of us putting the appointment off? ) I knew exactly what was happening and why. Additionally, since chemotherapy makes my mouth extra sensitive, Dr. Kim and the staff were extremely aware and consistently careful with the water temperature and the fatigue in my jaw muscles. No dentist had been that attentive before. I didn’t need to remind them about my underlying condition; I filled out the paperwork and he did the rest, making sure to check in with me during all parts of the exam to make sure I was ok. That’s not a small thing, especially for someone who spends so much time interacting with very busy, very rushed doctors. I just can’t highly recommend this office enough. Oh, did I mention the puppies??????? THEY HAVE 2 PUPPIES AT THE FRONT DESK. GAME OVER. (They belong to the receptionists and hygienists.) WHY ARE WE EVEN CONSIDERING A NON-PUPPY OFFICE? Seriously, I found Arch Dental here on Yelp (the dentists, not the puppies ) over a year ago. The office space is bright, light-filled, and there’s always classical music playing. I’m still a patient at Arch, and now so is my husband. When you go in, remember to hug a puppy.
