I have recently completed orthodontic treatment with Dr Hong. The process spanned approximately 3 years. Dr Hong and her staff were extremely kind, knowledgeable and pleasurable to work with throughout the entire experience. Each and every visit, no matter how routine or extensive, was prompt and professional. Dr Hong and her team consistently created a friendly and comfortable office environment. ***Rates were also very reasonable and her payment plan solidified my choice. Dr Hong was highly recommended by a friend. Staffs are super friendly and wait time is very reasonable. Treatment was explained in detail. Instead of pulling her tooth, she has been wearing an expander with not much pain. My daughter loves coming to see Dr Hong. Thanks for giving her a beautiful smile!!

Dr. Susan Hong and her assistant Cindy are great. There are other assistants here too that I don’t know but Cindy is so kind, sweet, careful and helpful. My son has braces and a palette expander. I’ve been dreading this stage of his life for 10 years but Arch Orthodontics has made the whole experience easy and affordable. I’m so proud that my sons teeth and smile will be something he can be proud of for the rest of his life. Thanks Dr. Hong and Cindy for making everything so easy and convenient. I highly recommend this practice. Yes, they take insurance and they let me make small payments every month towards my balance owed.
