Professionalism is all that needs to be said. From Dr. Loveless down to the girls at the front deck, everyone is there to take care of you and make what is an unpleasant visit into a tolerable visit. This was my third visit to them In the past few years and each and every time has been smooth and felt like I was the only patient in the office. I would highly recommend this group if you need some oral surgery done. You will not be disappointed. The entire group is there to make sure you are treated in a first class way and make sure your visit is a comfortable one.

While I was not at all excited to be getting my wisdom teeth removed, everyone at this office made the experience the best it could be. The receptionist was extremely nice. Dr. Loveless was awesome too. My favorite though was Amy. She made me feel super comfortable in a time when I was terrified and also made sure I knew what to do in the days following my surgery. Thank you all so much!

OMG … where do I start!?! This place is AMAZING!!!!!My initial call to book my appointment was the best interaction I have EVER had with a receptionist, she was sooo nice, compassionate and extremely knowledgeable! Dr. Tyman came in, introduced himself asked me did I have any questions or concerns, he patiently listened as I rambled about my concerns and at the end of my rambling he assured me of everything I was worried about then went in to tell me EXACTLY what to expect and every word he said was exactly what and how he said it. Even during the extraction he kept me calm by telling me this is the sound I was telling you about( as he worked) the time it took was exactly what he said which was like 5 minutes!! Melanie Melanie Melanie!!! The dental assistant Melanie was THEE BEST, hands down!!! When I say she was so personable and HILARIOUS but still very professional! She did her job extremely well! She went over literally any and everything to expect, answered all my questions happily! When I say funny I mean stomach hurting laughter without even trying it’s just her personality which is much needed in the kind of field that she work in. Most of us are nervous and/or in pain so her humor help keep us distracted! When I was finished I found myself laughing hysterically while still numb with gauze in my mouth!!! I recommend Archway oral surgery to anyone that need dental work!!

I have taken two of my kids here to get their wisdom teeth removed. Dr. Loveless has been so awesome with them. The staff is very professional and knowledgeable. They treated my kids very good and made sure they knew what was going to happen before, during and after their procedures. Post op care was very clear and if I had a question I could call them asap to get answers I needed. I would highly recommend Archway Oral Surgery. I will definitely be taking any other kids her for their oral surgery needs.

Dr. Loveless did a great job on my wisdom teeth removal. It was a quick appointment and the staff working at Archway were friendly and kind and explained everything to me in detail. Michelle, the assistant in my surgery to Dr. Loveless, was amazing and made me feel so comfortable. She was great! I would 100% go here again for any oral surgery needs.

My experience with Dr. Loveless and his superb Archway OS team is the “Gold Standard.” St. Louis and South City is blessed to have a professional of Dr. Loveless’ caliber–his CV is very impressive and his demeanor and skills are second to none. Additionally, he’s the definition of a 21st century Renaissance Man–he created the furniture and artwork for his warm and inviting practice and his inspiring devotion to faith and family shines through. His team made my tongue biopsy the most easiest and pleasant patient experience ever: 1.) His practice’s website live chat consultation site was friendly, quick, and easy–I provided my issue, info, and set-up my appointment within 20 minutes–chatted on a Wed evening and scheduled a Fri afternoon appointment that same week–very impressive!!! 2.) Archway OS’ website was so easy to navigate and I was able to complete and sign the “New Patient” form within 15 minutes 3.) The Archway Office patient waiting area has a very warm and inviting atmosphere and the Front Office team was extremely courteous, professional, and friendly–I felt very much welcomed and at home and was set at-ease. The ladies checked me in quickly and my documents were thoroughly processed. 4.) The practice has state-of-the-art equipment and professional personnel. X-rays were taken the first five minutes I entered the office and all my questions were answered. Dr. Loveless’ demeanor was very friendly and invested in my well-being during and after the process–he thoroughly described my condition and the procedure. After the convenient payment method and associated administrative actions that his staff reviewed with me, he and his assistant quickly performed the tongue biopsy (5-10 minutes) and I barely felt any pain. His staff gave me a treat of Ted Drewe’s custard afterwards as well as sending me off with a “Goodbye/Well-Wishes” upon my departure. The prescriptions and guidance he and his assistant provided me were spot-on for the following 3-4 days of my recovery. Bottom Line: Archway Oral Surgery is an outstanding practice! Dr. Loveless’ team was able to schedule me within two days of chatting on their website and my experience has been the best I’ve had at the dentist. I arrived 10 minutes before my 1:00pm appointment to take care of additional paperwork and was out by 1:45pm to eat my Ted Drewe’s custard and and soup and mac & cheese at a nearby well-known Macklind eatery (prior to picking-up my pain and mouthwash PX at the nearby Walgreens). STL is very fortunate to have Dr. Loveless and his excellent team of professionals!

I had a very painful impacted wisdom tooth. Archway was quick with getting me in for x-rays and getting a plan to get things fixed for me. Got lucky and they had an opening at their Washington location 5 days later. Very friendly and helpful staff. Compared to prices and availability I was seeing elsewhere they were cheaper and still did a great job. I am happy with the choice to go with them.

Dr. Loveless is amazing! I’ve had so many bad experiences in the past that I have anxieties. Dr. Loveless assured me it would be a very simple procedure. He honestly was done before I even knew he had started. He has a very gentle touch. The rapport between him and his staff is great and calmed me down. I had no pain after the numbness wore off. No issues. I would highly recommend Dr Loveless and his staff! This has been the most pleasant dental experience I have ever had!

I had only been to the dentist once in the past 20 years. Went in to have a lower wisdom tooth extracted. I ended up getting the lower and upper tooth removed per thier recommendations. Even with this unexpected addition, the experience was great. The staff was awesome and made me at ease with the process. If I had to do it again it’ll be through them

I discovered Dr. Loveless by searching for an oral surgeon on my own, and reading other people’s reviews easily persuaded me to make an appointment. Having an impacted wisdom tooth removed was my first surgery ever and how everyone at the office treated me made me feel so confident about having it done. Dr. Loveless and Caleb both made sure I was completely comfortable and didn’t feel a thing during my surgery. They took the time to really make sure I understood all of the aftercare I’d have to do. It was all a great experience; from the phone call making an appointment all the way through my surgery. I even made an appointment the same day to go get my other two removed with Dr. Loveless. I highly recommend making an appointment with him if you’re needing work done. Super clean office with friendly and professional people. I couldn’t have found a better place!!

My mom was very nervous about having oral surgery, but Dr. Loveless and his staff made it a very pleasant experience. (Her words!) Dr. Loveless was very friendly, quick, and efficient. His prices were very reasonable. We were worried when we were told that he didn’t accept Medicare, but his cost was approximately 1/4 of what another dentist told us. Mom’s experience was much easier and less painful than we had been led to believe by another dentist.

I am terrible when it comes to anything with needles or blood, so going into my wisdom teeth surgery I was petrified. Turned out I don’t think I could’ve picked any better place or doctors that could’ve made me feel any more comfortable or less anxious. You can really tell everyone at Archway is there for the patients and not the money which is so refreshing to see! Will definitely recommend anyone I know who is doing an oral surgery to go to Archway. Thank you all again for your amazing work!♥️
