Went in to Ardent care for the first time. The experience was very pleasant. The entire staff is friendly and helpful. Dr. Watts did a great job of explaining everything throughout the appointment. I had to be referred to an outside specialist for a root canal and they even called and helped set the appointment up. I will be returning for the crown after the procedure. A very nice office an atmosphere will be happy to return when necessary. After the root canal a crown was needed, so I returned to Renee at Ardent care. The whole process was great or as great as going to he dentist can be. Had a temporary crown for 2 weeks then had the permanent put on. Fit great and feels good. I was also happy to hear if I need any adjustments just let them know. Thanks Renee & staff.

Dr Renee Watts, Molly her Assistant and Ardent Care have done some extensive reconstructive cosmetic dental work for me over the last two years. 2013-2015 The quality of the work Renee and Ardent Care has done for me is impeccable. Renee and her staff are, caring, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I have had extensive Dental procedures and work done before going to Ardent Care. Ardent Care is the best.

For the first time in my life I’m not afraid to go to the dentist! A friend tricked me into going in by making me an appointment and driving me there. I had not been to a dentist in 3 years. From the very first visit my entire outlook on dental care has changed for the better. The entire office is filled with dear kind ladies that bring you the detailed care that is right for you. I’m so thankful! I had my first crown done today and the entire process was pain free and very smooth. Thank you Dr. Renee and team!! Also, the hygienist Lisa is wonderful:)

Dr. Watts and her team of experts do an outstanding job. From my first visit with Dr. Watts when she carefully prioritized my dental needs being careful to space out items that were either expensive or non-urgent, I knew I was going to be able to trust her. Since then she has taken care of my chipped teeth, crowns, fillings, whitening and even a Sunday morning emergency root-canal! I love that she calls to follow up after a big procedure. And, let me be clear about “her team” – they really are a team. These folks have been together for many years (must be happy with the management 🙂 and from the front desk to the hygienists they are all outstanding in customer service and highly skilled professionals. They use technology to stay in touch and make things like scheduling and confirming appointments a breeze. I also love that they provide pain free procedures! I’ve been a patient for 10 years and am very happy. I give Ardent Care my highest recommendation.

Dentists are like mechanics, the good ones don’t need to advertise. Renee Watts doesn’t need to advertise. I have pretty severe dental anxiety, but Renee and her staff have been incredibly careful with me and it’s made all the difference. I have had a series of fillings and an extraction in her office so far, and I’m surprisingly less afraid of going back to have the rest of my work done. After my extraction, I got a follow-up call from Renee herself to make sure that I was doing okay. Maybe this is normal, but I’ve never experienced this level of care and attention in a dentist before.

My most recent visit was consistent with all my previous appointments — pleasant, professional, and serene. The reason for the visit will make that review astonishing: I was having the last of my “permanent” molars extracted. I have only a few of my front teeth remaining — they will have to go relatively soon, too. However, Dr. Watts and her staff have helped me maintain them so far and have been very understanding of how emotionally charged this change has been for me. I am very grateful for the excellent medical care as well as the compassion shown me at Ardent Care.

Best dentist and dental staff in the area. They are punctual, kind, careful, caring and just awesome people. Highly recommend and will continue to use. If you want a wonderful dental experience with people that care, this is the place for you. You owe it to yourself to have this staff take care of your dental needs.

I have had my fair share of Dental Work. I have attended several Dental offices in the Eugene/Springfield area, and Dr Renee Watts and her staff are by far the most friendly, timely, and professional. Not to mention…just the right touch of Personal. They don’t pry, however, they do remember the little things about you. Highly recommend them.

She has an awesome personality and is interested in your understanding of your mouth and treatment. Her staff offers top notch customer service and always go above and beyond to ensure your visit is an awesome experience!

I recently switched to Renee from another Eugene-area dentist. Boy am I glad I did. While the other provider was competent, I always felt I was being “sold to” while I was there. I felt less like a patient getting cared for and more like a walking potential revenue stream. My experience at Renee’s practice was just the opposite. She provided expert, pain-free dental care. On top of that, she provided a variety of options for care, and allowed me to prioritize them based on my preferences. Specifically, I didn’t feel she was “shopping” for procedures to charge me for. She was instead interested in finding problems that were symptomatic and ensuring I was satisfied. Great communications by her and here entire staff. I felt comfortable and well cared for at this practice. The crown she installed fits perfectly and is as comfortable as my own teeth. She also charged less than half of what I was quoted at the other practice.

Renee Watts and her team are thorough professionals. Dr. Watt’s skills are the best; she knows what she is doing and how to get even difficult work accomplished with as much comfort to the patient as possible. The office is run seamlessly, it is quiet and welcoming. I have seen Dr. Watts for some years, and am more than grateful for her work.

My dental anxiety has been growing for years…a few years ago I told a dentist that i wasn’t fully numb and he kept drilling anyway. Ever since- even exams leave my in a panic state and physical pain. This is there most work that i have ever had done at once and the staff at Ardent Care is the best I’ve ever encountered. I will be telling everybody that hands down this is the only place to go for good dental care at a decent rate that won’t leave you traumatized. I’ll be back soon so i can finish my treatment plan!

Best dental experience I’ve ever had. I used to be apprehensive to go to the dentist. Dr. Watts and her staff are nothing short of fabulous! They are friendly, your appointment is on time, they are thorough, they are careful, communicate effectively and most of all they care! I highly recommend them to everyone for their dental needs. Dr. Watts is a truly distinquished dentist with a superior team. She uses current technologies which makes the entire dental experience significantly less traumatic than it could be. Not one to rate and review I could not resist this chance to wax ecstatic over her skill and concern. If you want a kind and gentle and skilled dentist, she is the one!
