Dr. Aria and his staff are very professional and are well trained. Dr. Irvani is very kind, gentle, and very knowledgeable. The office is very clean and all staff members practice sterile procedures. The office equipment is new, clean, and on the cutting edge of technology. Dr. Irvani is very honest and he doesn’t overcharge. He will work with you on payment options. I had a lot of work done by Dr. Irvani, including, implants and putting nice crowns to straighten my teeth and make them whiter. Before going to do Dr. Irvani, I didn’t like to smile because I was embarrassed by my yellow and chipped teeth. Now all my teeth are straight and white. Dr. Irvani not only gave me a beautiful smile making me look 10 years younger but gave me the confidence to smile and talk to people without being embarrassed by my teeth.

I’ve been having issues with some veneers that I had put on 15 years ago. Been a struggle dealing with them breaking and just simply falling out. It happened again this morning and I called Dr. Irvani’s office because a friend of mine referred him. Awesome! He not only got me in the same day but stayed late to accommodate me. He did this for a new patient and that goes a long way with me. The staff was pleasant and friendly and Dr. Irvani is an absolute professional and a perfectionist. Exactly what you want in a dentist that specializes in cosmetic dentistry. He fixed up my broken veneer and put a plan together to repair the others so I only have to see him twice a year for cleanings. Nobody looks forward to a dentist’s appt … let’s be honest about that… BUT… Dr. Irvani and his staff make it as comfortable as possible. I’m stoked that I found a new dentist I like! You have a client for life now! (every 6 months) lol

Since being with Dr. Irvani, teeth have ceased to be a subject of conversation in our family. After going through many dentists, we found someone who could finally fix the many difficulties my wife had faced over the years. Not only Dr. Irvani always resolve issues, but he also makes sure to offer long-lasting solutions. On top of being extremely talented, Dr. Irvani is also very gentle, patient, and never comes across as someone forcing a choice on you. I have so much trust in him that I recently brought to him my mother from France. I’m confident she’ll get the best care. The rest of the staff is equally professional and nice, and they always make sure you get the most comfortable experience. I can’t recommend enough Dr. Irvani. He’s the best!

Dr. Irvani is by far the kindest, most skilled dentist in the business. He’s been my dentist for 15+ years and I have complete trust in him and his wonderful and friendly staff. His office is beautiful and inviting (great vibe) and has all the latest dental instruments. Dr. Irvani listens to my issues and goes above and beyond my expectations. He has transformed my smile and I couldn’t be happier with my results.  If you are looking for the best, look no further!

Dr. Irvani is a rare gem. I cannot imagine going anywhere else for my dental work. I have had such an incredible experience each and every time regardless of the type of appointment. When you think you’re only halfway done with your root-canal; you’re actually done! His work is always painless, and more than efficient. All of the staff are friendly and make you feel comfortable also.

Dr. Irvani is the man! I chipped my front teeth surfing on Friday. I left a message on Saturday and he called me back immediately and offered to come in even though the office was closed.  I didn’t want to make him come in on his day off so he made an appointment for me on Monday at 9 am. He was really sweet and kind. The price was totally reasonable and he made my teeth look BETTER than before. I honestly can’t thank him enough.  He is a great doctor and human and I’m glad I saw him. I will definitely be coming back when I’m ready for Invisalign. Thank you Dr. Irvani!!!!

Dr. Irvani is the best dentist ever!!! To rate his office with five stars doesn’t do it justice. The office staff is always very friendly and accommodating. Dr. Irvani is extremely qualified and competent. I’ve been going to him for all of my dental needs for the past 15 years. When I first went to his office, I went for a second opinion. My previous dentist had given me a long list of things that needed to be done. When I saw Dr. Irvani, he said that all of those things weren’t necessary, and all I needed was one filling. Today, I went in for a root canal. I was extremely scared and nervous because my last root canal, almost 17 years ago, was a nightmare! About halfway through the root canal, I felt a jolting pain as the dentist was drilling. I will never forget that feeling. It hurt so bad, I almost passed out. However, my root canal today with Dr. Irvani was quick and absolutely PAIN-FREE!!!! I couldn’t believe it. I highly recommend that anyone with a fear of going to the dentist must go to Dr. Irvani. I promise you will be pleasantly surprised. I have recommended several family and friends to go here.

Best dentist ever!! Long term patient for over 15 yrs. All of my grown kids are now patients. Dr. Irvani does all his own procedures from root canals to implants, collagen gum process, veneers, and the standard fillings and extractions. Always kind and takes the time to answer questions. Wonderful hygienists and front office staff too. Yes, I tell anyone looking for great care to call.

I have been going to Dr. Irvani for about 15 years. Prior to that, I had problems with dentist after dentist. I have never had a problem with Dr. Irvani. I have a small mouth and extra-long roots which other dentists always struggled with. He Is gentle, understanding, and very good at what he does. He is an exceptional dentist and I highly recommend him. I had a fairly big phobia going to dentists but after about a year of going to Dr. Irvani, I have not had the anxiety that I always used to have. I am confident that you will not need to keep on changing dentists if you try Dr. Irvani. You’ll be set into the future.

Dr. Irvani is the kindest and gentle dentist that I have ever met. His office has the most state of the art equipment to perform the most state of the art new smiles. I had major decay under my “perfect smile” false teeth bridges. Unfortunately, they all needed to come out. In one afternoon session, the doctor removed the bad teeth, performed bone grafts as required, and installed (5) threaded posts that the new “perfect smile” teeth will attach to. When it is all done I will have a very white, very straight smile.

Dr. Irvani is fast but very meticulous. I was used to spending 2-3 hours at other offices but Dr. Irvani really knows his stuff. Everything in his office is streamlined so that there is no waiting or delay. He gets things done right done the first time and with no waste of my valuable time. I just had a crown done at this office and from the time I walked in until I left, I was in the chair for a total of 35 minutes and the procedure was virtually painless. It is so difficult nowadays to get away from your job even for a couple of hours, so I truly appreciate how he values my time. My boss more so! In fact, most of my co-workers go to him because of that. They get to get their work done during lunchtime and come back to work. He and his staff are always upbeat and genuinely happy to see their patients.

Dr. Irvani has been my dentist for 8 years and I can’t begin to thank him enough for how well he has managed the correction of years of shoddy dental work. He always explains what he is doing, is extremely gentle, and does beautiful work. He is able to do all the work so there are no referrals to other specialists. My mother is 89 and he has taken care of her teeth as well for many many years.  Nedda, his hygienist, is the sweetest person imaginable.  She is always gentle, thorough, and personable. If there are any issues she always has a non-invasive solution. The office staff is courteous and helpful. They all employ the latest in technology so my appointments and care are always current. Highly recommend this practice.

I have been going to Dr. Irvani for several years now. I have always had a great experience and feel valued by him and his staff. Today’s’ visit is a perfect example. I called this morning as soon as the office opened, mentioned that I had a sudden severe toothache, and asked if they could work me in as soon as possible. They offered me an appointment immediately after I got off from work. I arrived a few minutes early, and they took me in right away. I was X-rayed within 2 minutes, and Dr. Irvani came in to see me only a minute or two later. Sadly, I will be needing a root canal. This does not surprise me based upon previous experience. I have been through this rodeo before (on a different tooth), and before the previous root canal, Dr. Irvani spent several minutes explaining why I need one, what the process would be like, and what I could do to help minimize the pain and unpleasantness. He took plenty of time to reassure my nervousness and I went to the endodontist feeling prepared and reassured. And every piece of advice Dr. Irvani gave me was spot on….the root canal itself (at least for me) wasn’t as scary or painful as the media would sometimes lead you to believe. And much less painful than the toothache that preceded it.  So though I am less than thrilled to be having another one, I am pleased that I received treatment so quickly and can look forward to feeling better tomorrow.

I had five cavities filled by Dr. Irvani today, it was a very quick and painless experience. He was also very gentle and nice.  Melanie is my hygienist and she is so wonderful and informative. Thanks to them I have a healthy clean smile again and I’m feeling good about coming back in 6 months for another cleaning! Also, the office is nice and clean and Pat at the front desk is very helpful. Thank you, everyone, at the office for a great experience!!

I have been going to Dr. Irvani for over 25 years now. He has an excellent staff, competent hygienists, and friendly receptionists. Dr. Irvani experienced, patient, and an awesome dentist. I truly appreciate his conservative approach to dentistry and his honesty.  I am so appreciative of his attention to detail while working on my teeth. The staff is wonderful as well.  The ladies at the front desk are SO very helpful and accommodating.  They always make the extra effort to call me when appointments arise from cancellations.  Their warm and friendly attitudes are appreciated.

The staff is very friendly and professional. They take great pride in their work and make great strides to optimize your dental health. For over ten years my wife and I have been coming here to Dr. Irvani who is one of the best here in Southern California. His credentials are impressive and it definitely shows when you experience the work he does! I would recommend Dr. Irvani to anyone looking for not just a good dentist but a very good one indeed!

I was visiting California from Maine and had a tooth break. I was able to get in to see Dr. Irvani the next morning (a Monday) and by Friday I had a new crown in place, a procedure that would normally have taken at least twice as long. Dr. Ivani’s friendly and efficient staff handled all the details the first morning, tracking down my insurance info and informing me of my options, and the doctor’s easy-going manner put me at ease immediately. And I never felt a thing, even after the extensive preparation the tooth required. The man is a wizard with a drill. I’m very happy with my new crown, and though 3,000 miles is a long way to go to see the dentist, I’m tempted to become a permanent patient. Thanks to all the office staff, assistants, and especially Dr. Irvani for an amazing job.

(…) I have serious anxiety issues with dental work and after a few years of avoiding the dentist, I was forced to get some dental work.  When I found Dr. Irvani I was skeptical, but I cannot stress enough how awesome he is at his profession.  After 2.5 years of getting my teeth in order with root canals, fillings, cleanings, etc- I just completed my first implant of 2 with him.   He is AMAZING.  His bedside manner is down to earth, he cares and he is just overall exceptional.  He takes the time and is gentle with all procedures.  He explains everything and the best part he listens to you about your fears and does not criticize- unlike my past experiences.  I can’t say enough great things about this dental office.  Go see him, he won’t disappoint.

Dr. Irvani has a wonderful bedside manner and is patient and understanding. I am a very nervous person when going to the dentist and he is very compassionate about how I feel during any procedure. I have had root canals, fillings, and an implant with him and all of those visits were exceptional. He gives the best shots as well- don’t even feel them.

The staff and Dr. Irvani are amazing. I am 37 years old and ever since I was an adult and started going to the dentist on my own I had yet to find a good dentist until I found Irvani about 3 years ago. I wish I had known about him 17 years ago. But, in the three years, he and his staff have been wonderful. They provide what is needed for your oral hygiene and only what is needed. When something is done whether a cavity or a crown it is done right, professionally, and efficiently.  I highly recommend Dr. Irvani.

I used to be so insecure when it came to my teeth, and because of Dr. Irvani, I can finally smile confidently! The staff is A+ & I can’t rave enough about how great of a dentist Irvani is. His chair-side manner is fantastic, he’s patient and explains everything in detail. I had Invisalign for 14 weeks, then gingivectomy because I had a gummy smile, and last but not least I got veneers on my top teeth. The process was easier than I expected and painless! I couldn’t be happier with my smile. What I loved most about Dr. Irvani, is that he is very conservative when it comes to dentistry. There are no lies, if you don’t need something he will tell you that it’s not necessary. If you’re looking for the best dentist in town with quality work, your search should stop here.

Dr. Irvani is an amazing dentist. Very gentle, kind, and thoughtful during your treatment. He explains everything he is doing to alleviate you of any discomfort or concern.  Going to the dentist is always stressful for me, and I have no qualms about my visits to his office. I am more relaxed on his chairs during my procedure than I have ever been in my years going to the dentist.  He doesn’t look to find extra issues with your teeth and even recommends cheaper options if possible to save you money.  His staff is also fantastic and makes you feel like one of the family as soon as you walk in the door. I am new to the area and highly recommend Dr. Irvani.

I’ve posted before about Dr. Irvani but I would like to say again that he is an amazingly skilled and knowledgeable dentist with a gentle touch. I was always a bit self-conscious about my front teeth so he gave me some different options to fix my smile explaining each option thoroughly. I was able to make an informed, good choice and I’m so happy with the result! He’s truly a talented artist. Recently, I had a dental emergency and he squeezed me in even though his schedule was full. He still managed to be caring and patient while he took care of me and my crown fits perfectly. I have zero discomforts.  His staff is top-notch and I completely trust Dr. Irvani and his team.  It’s because of him that I can smile with confidence!
