I got my Invisalign done and I’ve had a satisfactory progress with great service. Dr. Brian is great, he really cares about his patients. He makes sure that you are happy with the progress and very informative. The rest of the staff are super friendly too and always ensures every visit is a pleasant one. I came across Dr. Zulawinski just for an Invisalign consultation. I have found a provider I trust for my Invisalign treatment and my new dental home at Arlington Height Dental associates. The office is modern and technologically top notch. The ancillary staff is very cordial. Treatment plans are itemized, and costs are clearly outlined upfront. Most importantly, Dr. Z has the perfect physician demeanor. He does everything right to make a patient feel at ease. He takes as much time as needed to go over treatment plans, he provides you with alternatives and listens to your input. Overall, he’s a genuinely down to earth and nice guy. The fact that he intruded himself as “Brian” during our first encounter speaks for itself.

Arlington Dental is amazing! Unfortunately, I don’t frequent here because they don’t take my insurance. However, I’m undergoing an Invisalign treatment plan. Everyone here is so wonderful! They are also handling a decently large client load (I was one of at least 4 patients) while still taking the care and caution necessary to protect patients and employees alike during this pandemic. Ever since I was a kid I always hated going to the dentist and I’m always on edge when walking into a dental office. This time it was different, on my first visit to AH Dental, I noticed how modern and clean the office was with a very pleasant and relaxing environment. The staff is extremely friendly and take great care of you. My hygienist was awesome did a great job cleaning my teeth. Dr. Skaria examined my mouth after the cleaning and she to was awesome! Took the time to explain what was causing the sensativity in my molar and showed me a picture on the big screen. Bad news for me a crown is in my future, but the good news AHDA has my back. Love this place! My daughter and I were new patients today and we couldn’t be happier with the service provided. Everyone (Izis, Elena, reception, Dr. Z., etc.) was so nice and extremely down-to-earth; very personable. We were listened to, had thorough cleanings and were each met by Dr. Z for an evaluation…. professional/great bedside manner, which is hard to find sometimes. Dr. Brian is amazing! He is so incredibly kind and truly listens to your needs! I have had the worst tooth ache of my life for the last 24 hours and i called around noon and told them what was going on and they squeezed me in at the last minute for a 2:30 appt today so that I wouldn’t have to continue being in pain! I have always been afraid of visiting the dentist, especially since I have not practiced the best oral hygiene. One day in December of 2019, I cracked one of my molars and was in excruciating pain. Dr. Brian was able to get me in the next morning to evaluate my dental emergency. After some x-rays were taken Dr. Brian said the tooth had to go. By this time, I was a nervous wreck. The staff that assisted Dr. Brian made me feel very comfortable and did a wonderful job removing the tooth. We discussed my options and decided a single implant would be the best thing to do in my situation. While the bone and gums were healing I had 2 appointments for scaling and root planning to remove the calculus and tarter that built up from years of neglect. The hygienist did a fantastic job keeping me comfortable and making a fairly unpleasant procedure as easy as possible for me. After the bone and gum tissue healed up from the extraction it was time to install the implant. The worst part of the procedure was numbing up the site where the drilling was going to take place, and that was not bad at all. Pulling the cracked tooth was more painful than the implant instillation. If you are afraid of the dentist like I was, rest assured, Dr. Zulawinski and his staff are compassionate and exceptionally professional. I actually look forward to my future visits.

I came here because I read great reviews about this place online for Six Month Smiles, and I came in ready to roll wanting to sign up. Dr. Brian was very patient with me and brought me back to a little bit of reality…discussing that for my particular issue, Invisalign was a safer and more effective option, even if it took a little bit longer. He and his staff were very patient with me (and my impatient self) regarding my questions, expectations and what I could realistically achieve with my treatment goals and with my budget. I have a phobia about dentists. When our beloved family dentist, Dr. Beck, retired, I was very anxious about going to a new dentist. Today I had an appointment with Dr. Zulawinski and I could not be happier.From the moment you enter the door, I was greeted with kindness. Dr. Zulawinski’s assistant, Valya, immediately put me at ease with her gracious and professional manner. Dr. Zulawinski was very gentle and thorough in his exam. He took a panoramic x-ray. This was a first for me! If you’re not familiar with it, I would compare it to a kind of 3-D CT scan.He patiently showed me the pictures and explained what we were viewing. From speaking with him, it is obvious that he truly cares about his patients. He is always continueing his education, learning the new techniques in dentistry, so that he can offer his patients the best. I highly recommend Dr. Zulawinski.

I had gone to some other dentists over the years, but was criticized and humiliated by comment of how I let my teeth get so bad. . At Arlington Dental, they made me feel welcome and comfortable. Everyone I came in contact assured me I was making right decision. They also went out of their way to describe different financial arrangements that as a senior citizen I could manage Everyone I came in contact with called me by name and made sure I was comfortable. The office itself is pretty open with views of outside and lots of natural light—very open and inviting atmosphere. I have been going to this practice for a long time. Dr Lidge was famous, Dr Rokos a dear. Dr Lallas was brought on & then Dr Brian (Zulawinski). Such great professionals. I travel almost an hour to get care in this office as I trust them completely. They explain everything, give you options, explain pros/cons & help you make decisions. Office staff are so sweet & helpful from the receptionists, Dental assistants & hygienists. One time I switched to a dental office near my work because I was working crazy hours- they said I needed all this work. I switched back to this office & they looked at my teeth & they said I did not need it. You gotta be careful out there folks. Feel confident knowing you have the best. PLUS they are personal- they remember you, ask about you & do care. Please take care of your teeth & think about this great office!

Tried ADA here for a routine cleaning for the first time, and I was very happy with my experience. Dr. Zulawinski actually did my entire cleaning, unlike my previous dentist where the hygienist would do the entire thing.
