I am confused how people are saying they were hustled or pressured into anything here. I have been here a couple times and they actually type up a very easy to understand breakdown of all services covered that I though was incredibly transparent. They have made a couple small mistakes but were eager to fix and make it right. To err is human so no complaints here. Very friendly staff and talented staff.

I was referred here by my sister after moving to Phoenix from Chicago.  No one gets too excited about a dental visit….. This office made me feel comfortable and welcome from the front desk, X-rays, cleaning and exam!  The entire office culture is a fun pleasant atmosphere, which makes what can be an anxious visit comfortable. I’m switching insurance providers after my move, and they were very fair on the pricing for the dental work I needed! Finally they are dialed into the new media world of online appt setting, follow up and patient registration.  Solid!

My new favorite place, just went there today and DR. MCIVER is the best. As many of you have posted, he really is good. No feeling in the shot to numb the gums, all staff members are amazing except for 1 I didn’t care for. Kind of ditsy and kept repeating herself. Other than that, my dental assistant was way cool, she has the red in her ponytail and Disney head cover and glasses, she is talkative and friendly and I wouldn’t have wanted any other pair (Dr. Mciver and the Disney hat) working on my teeth. They did it soo fast and soo painless and soo flawlessly. The lady that came in to do the deep cleaning was awesome as well. Jen at the front desk is super friendly and understanding as well. I loved it all. They don’t give you a HUGE price sheet and that overwhelming feeling, they do what’s important first and then figure out what is going to be affordable by helping with a payment plan. Thank you Arrowhead Dental Group, my fear of Dentists is less frightful.

Love love loooove this place! My family & I have been coming here for several years & have had nothing but great experiences. Considering how much I hate the dentist, I never mind coming in here because the front desk ladies are so kind & welcoming & the hygienists & assistants are so comforting & informative. The dentist himself is so personable & nice, I don’t mind having a cavity too much when I know I get to come here.

From the front office to the hygienist chair, this was an amazing experience. They really listen to concerns and it’s obvious they work hard to make it an enjoyable experience. This is the gentlest cleaning I’ve had in years. My whole family will be switching to Arrowhead Dental!

This was my third visit to this dentistry. They are wonderful, friendly and give you all the options and don’t force it down your throat. Each time I go, they recommend something or another and even if I turn it down, they understand. Their staff is well picked and they do a great job cleaning and letting you know what’s going on with your teeth. I don’t know why this place only has one star, all of the good, useful reviews are being filtered so please read those before you take the 3, one-starred reviews to heart. This really is a good place that deserves to be recognized.

My kids were scared to death of the dentist, thanks to previous bad experiences.  Thank God and my parents (they referred us) for this dentist office. Their Pediatric dentist made my petrified children relax and have fun and not scream and cry like the other dentists did.  Plus me and my husband go see the regular dentist here and they are just as awesome. Seriously, I couldn’t have asked for a better dental group, plus they work with you on the money, which in this economy is very helpful.  I will and have recommend this dental group to anyone that needs a dentist from now on.

Really puzzled by negative reviews for Arrowhead Dental. For me it was the best dentist experience I’ve ever had. Staff at all levels are courteous and capable. There were no surprises, every phase of my treatment was clearly explained, from expected costs and insurance issues, the procedures I would undergo, and my treatment plan (and costs) for future visits. Five enthusiastic stars.

Trying to find a new dentist is like trying to find a new stylist lol. I love my teeth and odd i love going to the dentist (probably bc I have zero cavities). Finally finding a dentist who the dental hygienist are funny they don’t dig away at your gums. All the ladies who were in the room today were so awesome I’m sure mainly bc I have my little one with me and who doesn’t love a baby. They were all helping me while I got my teeth cleaned and checked making joke we all were just having a great time. The dentist she was great tooo well again bc i have zero cavities. I’ll be back in 6 months for my check up.

Had an appointment at the end of day and still received great service and was very happy with the entire staff.  I had a deep cleaning and my teeth feel great!! I have already referred family and friends here and will continue to do future appointments here. The dr and hygienist explained everything to me so I could understand.

I would recommend Arrowhead to anyone looking to get dental work done. I can not praise this dentist office enough. Dr. McIver needs a mention because he by far was the BEST at giving a numbing shot EVER. I barely felt a thing because we all know thats what you dread most about a dentist visit. From entering to leaving, this has been the best dentist experience I have ever had. From phone call to checking in at the desk with a welcoming smile, getting x-rays with the wonderful dentist assistant, sharing a laugh through performing dental work with the doctor and being welcomed back as I walked out the door, I had a smile on my face the whole time. I look forward to returning for future dental needs. Thanks!

My kids started coming here first and have had excellent care ! I recently needed a root canal and was very nervous about the whole process .. Everyone was so professional and kind , constantly checking my pain and anxiety . I absolutely love this place and will continue to go here.

Instead of paying big bucks for the old style crown where they drill, put on a temporary crown, bring you back in a week for the final crown, they did it with a better porcelain crown in one hour.  For a lot less than what my old dentist wanted for the old style.  Staff is great, friendly, knowledgable, efficient.  For those who don’t have insurance, go here.  Better prices, better service, better product.

Most incredible dental office! Outstanding overall! I was in and out within 1 hour and I had 1 onlay and a filling done. I was back to work so quickly….I appreciate that so much! Dr. McIver is truly amazing! His delivery of anesthesia was so awesome. I never felt a thing! Love that! His staff is also super professional, timely, and friendly. I was like I was hanging out with friends. I enjoyed my experience so much that I had to write a review. Oh yes.. The PRICE! Almost too good to be true. The work feels and looks awesome. I didn’t pay very much for OUTSTANDING dental work and experience. I live in Scottsdale but will drive to Peoria to have Dr. McIver and staff take care of me and my family! LOVE THIS OFFICE!

The dentist (name escapes me) excellent and very kind and helpful answered all my questions and gave ideas regarding continuing treatment along with his suggestions as to the treatment i had considered, even to say that another dentist might address my concerns as a second opinion. Over all this office is outstanding.

I have not smiled without my hand in front of my mouth for 15yrs thank you so much for making me smile again! A special thank you to Dr. McIver you are a great man I thank you from the bottom of my heart.
