I live an hour from the dental clinic of Dr. Felipe Felix Fernandez but the distance will not stop me and my family from continuing to be patients of this dentist that we greatly trust for our dental care.  Dr. Fernandez is very knowledgeable and well-versed with the latest in the field of dentistry.  Recently, I and my husband had deep cleaning done and we were amazed by the skillful use of laser by Dr. Fernandez.  The laser emits concentrated light energy which destroys bacteria and removes unhealthy tissue.  This was our very first experience with laser in our dental treatment and was indeed a postive one.  Dr. Fernandez is not only a well-trained dentist but he is also very compassionate.  It is very apparent that his desire to provide optimal care  to his patients is also shared by his professional staff.  I highly recommend Dr. Fernandez to anyone who is in search of a dentist that they can rely on.

Dr. Fernández, Bridget and Rose have made visiting a Dentist office an enjoyable experience. They take great care in getting to know you and establishing a good rapport with you, you are not just another number here. I can honestly say I have found my forever dentist!! They do amazing work, take great care of you and do it at a reasonable price, what more can you ask for? Our previous dentist made our kids uneasy about seeing another, until we went to Dr. Fernandez. My daughter needed an assessment form to be filled out for school and dreaded going to the dentist so much she filled it out herself and hid it from me. Knowing Dr. Fernandez and Bridget for years now, and knowing I had only a day left to turn in the form, I ran over to the office to see if an afternoon visit was possible. Dr. made her feel so comfortable and explained every single step before he did it. I’m happy to say she will be back in a couple of weeks for sealants and cleaning. And I won’t have to worry about how I’m going to get her there! Thank you Dr. Fernandez and Bridget!!!

I’ve had multiple visits with Dr. Fernandez now and it’s always been a great experience. Dr. Fernandez is very patient, takes his time with his patients and is very accommodating with questions. He’s also very nice, and always tries to make sure that patients have a pleasant experience no matter what the procedure may be. The staff here at Artesia Dental Care are also very friendly and helpful. If you’re looking for a dentist that truly cares about his patients, look no further, come to Dr. Fernandez!

Hands down the best dentist visit I have ever had ! It’s my first visit & that’s all I needed to know Dr. Fernandez will be my go to dentist. Not only am I extremely happy with the care given to my teeth with a cleaning, but he also showed and explained exactly what my is happening with my teeth & what he would recommend I do. He gave thorough explanations of what my options are, and there was no pressure into making a rapid choice for a follow up procedure. His staff is friendly & efficient. So glad I found this place !!

I had a semi-acute issue and a lot of other places I called were booked for a few weeks in advanced and would not schedule me. I called here and got the messaging system and didn’t leave a message, figuring that they would be booked as well. I received a call back from Bridget, one of the staff members shortly after asking if I would like an appointment. I work all week and could only come in at very specific time after work, and Bridget was kindly able to get me an appointment to accommodate my schedule. On the day of, I arrived and Dr. Fernandez and his staff were so courteous. They listened to my problem, did their assessments, explained everything thoroughly and provided excellent care! No judgments or reprimands, which I find that other dentists often give off (often unknowingly). I really appreciate the patience, compassion, and excellent service Dr. Fernandez and his team offered. I will definitely come back in the future for my other dental needs!

Came to Artesia Dental Care today for the first time, and it was great. Not only Dr Fernandez but the entire staff was very professional. No waiting time. Our appointment started punctual. The evaluation was very thorough and explained to me in detail. The cleaning was done very carefully and he took the time to work every detail. After the cleaning I got a few cavities treated and again the process was done carefully and I felt no pain at all. I am happy to have finally found a dentist that I feel 100% comfortable with

I had an urgent issue that needed a consultation, but it was not an emergency. Dr. Fernandez was able to see me the next day and examine me and determine that I needed to be seen by a specialist. He referred me to a colleague Endodontist in the area to get me specialized treatment. His referral and follow up helped to get me seen and treated quickly and timely. I was followed up by him within a few hours to make sure the referral and treatment went well. I saw him after the specialist and got follow up treatment for maintenance and was advised very professionally of issues that may arise with the tooth that was worked on and advised of other things to be addressed. I appreciate a meticulous practitioner that treats the patient for current needs as well as educate and advise on future care. Dr. Fernandez has continued to be very meticulous and informative of current and future treatments so I can get the most out of my care and also my benefits. He’s still very courteous and makes sure his patient and their needs come first, no matter what situation. Thanks again!

I rarely go to the doctor and even more so to the dentist, however, when I do, I come see Dr. Felix Fernandez which is quite a long drive from home. Dr. Felix makes it convenient and allows you to schedule appointments on weekends. Great service from a true and honest professional. Facilities are high tech with digital x-rays and DirectTV right on the screen watching the Food Network while getting your teeth cleaned. Just kidding… but he does have digital cable. I always put Dr. Felix to work since he does have to work quite a bit on my teeth since I rarely visit the dentist. He never complains and does a great job. Looks like it’s that time again to pay him a visit.
