Dr. James and the staff are excellent. I recently made Artful Smiles my home for my dental needs. I decided to leave a large dental group in the area because I began to feel I was missing the “care-factor”. I felt like simply another number among many. I enjoy Dr. James’ personality and friendliness of the staff. She engages with you during the appointments. I like that she cares about each patient. She seems to really enjoy her profession, and that’s important. if someone really enjoys their profession, they will provide good service. There is a lot of natural light and large windows in each room. It helps to give a relaxing and inviting atmosphere. I’m biased because I love natural lighting. I’d love to have that much natural light I place of work. I will highly recommend Artful Smiles Family Dentistry to anyone. They provide general dental services and some cosmetic services.

My family and I have been coming here for over a year and they are awesome. They are knowledgeable and very friendly. No judgements here. Amazing dental practice with top notch staff! Trusted them for ten years now with my entire family. Needed an emergency root canal on Friday. Tracy (the awesome office manager) fit me in. Dr. James has called me FOUR TIMES to check in with me this weekend to find out how I’m doing!! I cannot say enough about how above and beyond they are at this practice. Professional, knowledgeable and extremely caring! Best dentist ever. Best hygienist ever. Most organized office receptionist ever. Quit looking and book your appointment now.

I’ve been seeing Dr. James for years, and I wouldn’t have it any other way. She is very knowledgeable, friendly, and caring. She will listen to you and make you feel like family while in the office. I get what I need done, and it doesn’t break my budget either. Dr. James makes going to the dentist enjoyable.

Dr James and her staff have been wonderful. I had an emergency over the holidays and my now former dentist was unavailable to help me. Dr James relieved the pain I was going thru until I get the root canal. I have since been back to get the crown and will continue to see her for my dental care. She clearly cares about her patients and you feel at home as soon as you walk in. If you’re looking for a new dentist, this may be the practice for you

I love Dr. James like a mom/sister/auntie! Once she even met me on a Saturday morning to get me out of pain. Who does that? Oh yeah, Dr. James does that. The staff is also amazing. Sometimes I go there just to hang out. Just kidding, but they are so cool, they might even let me, although I won’t. I don’t want to make it weird.
