All staff at this office are exceptional. I’ve never had any issues and all members are always chipper and so nice. Dr Davis has the latest technology (no more bitewings that hurt my small mouth) and provides not only great dental but always is so down to earth and happy. I would never even consider going to any other dentist because Dr. David and her staff make sure that any major work is completly perfectly. Absoultely love love my dentist and her exceptional staff.

Dr. Davis and her staff are a professional, caring, cheerful, knowledgable, empathetic team. I am always seen on time. This shows a respect for my time as well. My dental visits whether it is a simple cleaning or more complicated one–I had a crown prep this visit–is always done with great concern for my comfort during the procedure. I also love that I get a follow up phone call from the office the day after the procedure to check on my well being or if I have additional questions or concerns. I feel heard and I appreciate them touching base with me. I have recommended Dr. Davis to friends and family because of her dental expertise and my positive experience.

Having gone to a plethora of dentists over the course of many years, Dr. Davis (and staff) are by far and away the very best I have ever experienced. I recently completed an extensive treatment plan and could not be more pleased with the outcome. Simply put, she is an extremely gifted practitioner. In addition to her obvious artistic ability, she possesses a gentle touch and administers as close to a pain-free injection as anyone will ever receive. Assistants Erin and Suzy work very well together with Dr. Davis and help make each visit as comfortable as possible. Donna (the hygienist) has treated me a couple of times already and I give her a top (5 star) rating as well. She is very experienced and leaves your teeth sparkling clean. I never really knew what clean teeth were until she cleaned them! Jennifer (the treatment coordinator and business office administrator) possesses exceptional communication and managerial skills. A true professional in every sense of the word, she oversees a practice which is outstanding top to bottom. Highly recommended!

I went to see Dr. Davis around two years ago to replace a bridge. I remember she asked me if I could change anything, what I’d do. She helped me decide what would work best for what I wanted within my budget and today the transformation was complete!! I seriously could not be happier. I have actually ENJOYED my visits with her and every one of her staff. Dr. Davis clearly takes care of whom she hires and every person there made me feel like I was among best friends. I have been a patient of Dr. Gina Davis for over 15 years now and there are many reasons why that is. First of all, Dr. Davis is an outstanding dentist and at the top of her field! She is knowledgeable, personable, patient, honest, and straight forward. On occasion, I’ve had to go to other dental specialists for various reasons and nobody comes close to the service she and her office provides. I have never, ever in 15 years had to wait more than 10 minutes in her office, if that. Her staff, who most had been with her for years, are the best! Jennifer, at the front desk, is friendly and efficient. Susie, one of the assistants, is the sweetest, most emphatic lady I know. Let me put it like this, THEY ALWAYS PUT THEIR PATIENTS FIRST AND DO WHAT IS IN THEIR BEST INTEREST. We’ve been visiting Dr Davis at her Artistic Family Dentistry practice for about 9 years, even though they are not in our dental insurance preferred provider list. Both my 5 and 8 year old’s have no reservations about visiting, as she and her staff take their time to ensure that clients are always comfortable. I have always feared going to the Dentist. I found Artistic Family Dentistry online and was very nervous to make an appointment. When I called they were very nice and had appointments available the next week. I went to my first appointment and was very surprised at the atmosphere. It was calming and did not seem like I was in a Dentist office. When I went back we first sat in a room, at a table, to go over my history. It was nice to not have to sit in a laid back dental chair and talk about my history. From there, we went to the room and the hygienist looked at my teeth and did x-rays. She was very gentle and constantly asked if I was ok. Then the dentist, Gina Davis, came in to look at my teeth and go over any issues. She was very nice and I felt comfortable with her. I think I have found my new dentist!

I just started coming here around a year ago. Found them through mail advertisement and decided to check them out. So glad I did! Nothing but excellent customer service and professionalism from the moment you walk in the door. This is a modern office with clean rooms and beautiful decor. Hygienist really know their stuff and make you feel very comfortable during cleanings and more complex procedures. Dr. Davis is great at what she does! The building says Artistic Dentistry outside but she is also very focused on good dental health and hygiene not just pretty teeth. My only concern has been that they are “out of network” with each of the dental insurance companies that my jobs offer. This means visits are higher than “in network” dentist. Even with that being said…I KEEP GOING BACK. A good dentist is hard to find!! Trust me when I tell you that Dr. Davis is a good one!!

Dr Gina and her staff have provided the most honest and thorough dental cleaning and exam I have ever revieved in Charlotte. Dental insurance is a joke so you really can’t blame a doctor for what insurance will try to get away with. Dr Gina and her staff take their time to provide me with the most pretty smile and will only try to provide me with only dental care that I need. I am glad that I chose this dental practice because they will take as much time to evaluate your entire mouth and they even provide cancer mouth screening to prevent disease. Furniture doesn’t really cost that much when you are trying to establish an entire dental practice and I believe that the furniture is only for client comfort not for the dentist or her staff to sit on.
