When I first walked in to the office I was impressed by how neat and nice everything looked. I was greeted immediately and was checked in within minutes. I didn’t have to wait very long to get called in, which is a relief. In other offices I’ve had to wait several minutes (more than half and hour) to be seen. The staff here are all very friendly and knowledgeable. I had a an overall good experience with the dentist as well. He spoke in a calm and professional tone. I felt like I could ask questions but he explained everything so well to where I did didn’t have any. Scheduling my next appointment was a breeze. I was impressed by how fast/soon they could see me again. I am looking forward to getting my work done and will be definitely recommending this office to all my family and friends.

I am so happy that I found Dr Abajian 4 years ago after my dentist retired. I’ve always been nervous and anxious every time I see a dentist but when I see Dr Abajian, I’m quite relaxed, he explains every step of the procedure, so there are no surprises. Best of all, the Novocain shot is tolerable. His friendly staff makes your visit very pleasant. Mona is a gem!

As a child I HATED going to the dentist!!!! But Dr. ABAJIAN changed that horrible dentist trauma into a great experience again. His staff is AMAZING! Elva at the front desk addresses the patients by name, and I love that. They are always cheerful and friendly, I could be having a bad they and their energy changes my day. So, I am a dental chicken, some holdover stuff from childhood, I’m sure, but let me tell you folks, this dental office is really wonderful, the staff is so genuinely lovely, clearly concerned for my health, all about educating me but not making me feel bad in the slightest, they are obviously in this business to help people…I can not possibly say enough about the experience I had. Both my young daughters were seen, evaluated and had their teeth cleaned, as did I. We all had exceptional experiences, and were treated with respect, consideration, kindness, and thoughtfulness. I can’t possibly say enough about this staff. Clean bright calm office, latest technology, just a pleasure and for me to say that, it has to be really really good. I am not a dentist person, and Dr. was very kind and informative….so glad to have found our new LIFETIME family dentist!

I’ve always had the worst experience with dental work, or even just dealing with the women that work front desk with the “I hate my job” attitude. After a traumatic experience left me hating the dentist, I made an appointment with Esthetic Smile after 5 years of not going to the dentist. I expressed all my fears, my past trauma’s, and my hesitation on being back in a dental office, and they have been nothing short of sincere, helpful, and supportive. The girls in the front are really sweet, and in the exam room they are so friendly and funny. I had a deep clean today, which I was terrified about, but Mona made sure I was okay every step of the way and gave me however many breaks I needed. She was so sweet and gentle and actually made me feel like she cared, which is rare to find at most offices. When they went over my pay breakdown for all the work I need to get done, they went over several pay options. Not once did I feel pressured to sign up for a credit card, or do everything at once, or give a hefty down payment. They gave me options, and let me go home to think about it. Never felt like I was just a dollar symbol to them. So far this office has been amazing, and I can’t wait to continue work until I have the best smile possible!

I’ve been going to Esthetic Smiles (formerly Family Dental) for the past 10 years. Dr. Abajian is a terrific dentist! He’s very professional and cares about his clients needs. He will not let you leave the dental chair unless you are fully satisfied with his work. Let me start by saying going to the dentist is my absolute worst thing to do. I had a horrible experience as a child so even now I get anxious anytime I have to go. But this office staff is AMAZING. I’ve been with this dentist for the past 10 years. I refer everyone I know here. Have never been dissappointed. They value my time. They used to be known as “Family Dental”. The name may have changed but they are still friedly as heck. I’ve never had a problem with dentists per-se but these folks are painless. Hard to find any fault with Dr. Abajian or his staff. Let’s face it, going to the dentist is never fun or something you want to do – it’s something you have to do, but when it’s Dr. Abajian, it’s actually something that you don’t mind doing. His office is clean. He’s got state of the art technology that his entire staff is trained on. He takes extra care to ensure that every procedure that he does for you is as painless as possible. He takes his time to explain the procedure and give you options. His staff is helpful, friendly and responsive. I drive up the freeway for hours because I can’t even fathom the idea of having to find another dentist because I know I would never find one as qualified, as competent and as good at what they do as Dr. Abajian is. I would recommend him (and I have) to everyone I know.

My wife and I went to Dr. Abajians office today. We both had appointments. I had X-rays done and a cleaning. Gina was very attentive. Did a great job. My wife had a tooth bonded and was done very nicely. I have been there before but insurance made us leave, I am so happy with their professionalism and not making you do treatments that are not necessary. Dr. Abajian has been my dentist for many years now and I’ve really enjoyed my experience with him and his staff. For someone who is often bewildered going to the dentist, I find myself really relaxed and warmly welcomed as all his staff exude patience, professionalism, attentive listening, and desire for the patient’s utmost care. Today, I had a cleaning and from the get-go the lady who took me in was so welcoming we got into an interesting discussion about the weather (which usually doesn’t bode well in conversations haha) and she carefully listened to any concerns that I had. The hygienist, Mona, also likes to converse, and she is just an amazing professional. I explained to her about an incessant issue, and she was knowledgeable and apparent in wanting to help me – someone who you can definitely confide to with any concerns. In essence, to me, they all work as a cohesive team and are reliable; they relay information about the patient efficiently and accordingly. They are simply a phenomenal dental group, and their willingness to provide professional care coupled with an amazing playlist of background music (haha) all bring about that sought after, positive experience for a mere dental visit.
