I’ve tried a few different Dentists in Brevard since I moved here for work 19 years ago. Artistic Touch Dentistry is hands down the best around. They are gentle yet through with my yearly cleanings. In the past some of the other practices I visited would recommend work I truly didn’t need. Dr Brazdo and her staff were real with what treatments I actually needed done. They weren’t just trying to make money off of me. When I actually needed a crown it was easy and painless! I would highly recommend Artistic Touch Dentistry to anyone looking for great dental care.

Scheduling an appointment was an ease and Dr Brazdo was able to get me in quickly. Once I arrived, the office was clean, the staff were friendly, and everybody was very professional. The staff and Dr were able to answer my questions and were so gentle throughout my procedure. I’m always a bit anxious when having to get dental work done but Dr Brazdo was so sweet and made sure I was comfortable and explained the steps so I could be informed and knew what to expect. I moved to Florida in 2006. One of the first things I wanted to do was to find a MD and Dentist. My experiences with two other dentists were unpleasant. I am 67 years old and was aware I needed a fair amount work done to get my mouth to satisfactory condition. I felt, before visiting Artistic Touch Dentistry, the the information and suggested procedures from the other dentists were not in my best interest. From the moment I entered the office at Artistic Touch Denistry I felt a calm and pleasant atmosphere. The entire staff were courteous at all times. My questions were answered in a manner I could understand with reference to specific procedures. I am so happy I found this place. I have booked my procedures over the next few months. The absolute best experience I’ve ever had at any dentist! I called as a new patient yesterday and they made sure I could get in the same say with a slight emergency! I have been anxious due to childhood and previous bad dental work. Dr. Brazdo and her friendly, caring, and supportive staff came to the rescue from the moment I walked in. I was treated with respect and sincere care. After my procedures today, I am a forever-patient. A lot of work to be done, but they made my experience superb! READ ENTIRE REVIEW I have been a customer at Artistic Touch since approximately 2019. Though their service is good, one thing that has been troublesome is how long it would take to be seen for my visits. I always schedule a 7:30 AM appointment and get there on time. I would sit, watch other people come in after me and get taken back right away. This never truly bothered me until my recent visit. I called Tuesday evening 01/11/2022 to cancel my 7:30 AM appointment on Friday 01/14/2022, since I had a meeting at 8:45 AM and the visits generally take an hour. I would be cutting it close. The next day, the office called me to reschedule. Since the next 7:30 visit wasn’t until March, I decided to keep the appointment, but told the receptionist I need to be done by 8:30. I arrive at the office a few minutes early on Friday. I entered with another gentleman, who was taken back after waiting for approximately a minute. After waiting another 5 minutes, another gentleman walks in who is taken back immediately. I waited another 5 minutes and still was not called back. I tell the receptionist I can’t stay and leave to make my meeting. I am unsure why this discrepancy in customer service has always existed or why it was particularly worse that day. What was frustrating is that I told the receptionist I needed to be done by 8:30 (this message was obviously not relayed) and the two gentlemen who arrived were seen right away. No one called me after leaving to apologize for the wait, which makes me feel I was never a valued customer. Literally within ~10 min of the post of the review, the owner called me. She was extraordinarily apologetic and asked if there was anything she could do. I am actually speechless by her response, desire to make things right, and reaching out to me on a Saturday, which she did not have to do. All I can say is that I will be returning.

I can’t believe I’m saying that I enjoy going to the dentist haha but it’s true! Artistic Touch has such a gentle and peaceful atmosphere. Dr. Brazdo and her attentive staff are truly focused on their patients and their needs. I was surprised when going to get a crown that there was even a massage chair to make sure I was comfortable! Dr. Brazdo is awesome! Very attentive. I had a lot of major dental work done and she was very thorough and gentle on the teeth, which is my biggest pet peeve at the dentist. I cannot praise Artistic Touch Dentistry enough after my first visit on November 5. Before making my appointment, I’d searched online to find a new dentist and felt drawn to Artistic Touch Dentistry based on what I saw and read. They exceeded my expectations when I arrived at their office. First, the front desk was incredibly sweet and caring when I called to tell them I was having difficulty finding their office. Once I made it, it felt like a breath of fresh air as everyone was friendly and welcoming. Gina put me at ease during the x-rays (not my favorite thing), and Dr. Brazdo spent time with me to explain her findings, listen to my concerns, and create a plan forward based on my unique needs. I moved to Melbourne, FL from out of state. My first visit to Artistic Touch Dentistry was a bit involved. I had an issue with some previous Invisalign retainers, a cosmetic issue and a desire for a whitening procedure. My appointment stretched to almost three hours. We had in-depth discussions regarding the pros and cons of various alternatives, multiple impressions were taken, and a treatment plan was agreed to. I was so impressed that the doctor juggled my needs with all the other patients due to the aforementioned discussions, the staging of ongoing services, and the need for developing a plan. This saved me multiple visits. We developed a plan, we executed that plan of treatment, and I could not be more delighted with the results. In addition, the office staff not only excels at the business side of the practice, they are highly knowledgeable with the medical side of things. I value the the information they provide and their ability to answer my questions and concerns.

I had an appointment with Dr Brazdo after being evaluated by another dentist office previously who had made mention that I needed a lot of work. After my consultation with her she was very professional and thorough. I was treated with respect and felt comfortable with her recommendations of what I needed. I didn’t feel like she was going to recommend something I didn’t need. I had a general cleaning done and also fillings replaced with having little to no pain after. My teenager suffered a dental injury many years ago and the prior pediatric dentists she was seeing at that time did not offer much guidance on what we needed to do. My daughter recently started seeing Dr. Brazdo, who immediately took the wheel and not only took care of any fillings she needed, but also set us up with a whole “team” of specialists (i.e. oral surgeon and orthodontist). I’m used to waiting in the lobby at previous dentist offices for a long time despite having an appointment. It was a pleasant surprise at Artistic Touch, the wait was minimal all around!
