Dr. Sharda and all his staff are true professionals. They always balance your care with your budget. Never attempting to perform procedures that may not be quite needed, and in doing so, you can always trust when you are told something does need attention. The dental hygienist, too, are knowledgeable and happy to answer any questions. I drive 35 minutes to see Sharda. Who knows how many dentists I pass along the way. But I’ve been using his services for 8 years now and don’t intend on ever changing.

I love this facility. From the time you walk in you feel a warmth from Shelia the receptionist. She is so nice and very caring. She even pretty much remembers your name. All of my previous dentist visits in the past have been pure horror stories from fillings that weren’t needed, a tooth extraction as a child that was not needed, to waking up in the middle of a complicated wisdom tooth extraction. I like this dentist. She immediately saw that I was not expecting what was needed to be done that same day and that I was extremely uncomfortable. She worked with that, answered all of my questions and was understanding of my anxiety. On the day of the actual wisdom tooth extraction, she told me everything that was going to happen and made sure that I felt as little pain as possible and was even willing to communicate what was going on during the procedure. Whenever I would tense up, I was gently reminded to relax and breathe. At no time was the approach ever condescending or arrogant. It takes a lot for me to say it coming from such bad experiences but I do indeed like this dentist and while I hope to never need another tooth removed, I would not hesitate to let this dentist do it.

Dr Penumalli is terrific. She is my regular dentist. One of my old crowns come off from prior to my becoming her patient.. I called this morning, and they scheduled me for an 11:30 appointment. I got in as soon as I got there, and she was able to take an impression, and put in a temporary immediately. I will have my replacement permanent crown in 2 weeks. All of my previous appointments with her have been on time and terrific. She and her staff are always friendly and extremely competent. I highly recommend her to my family and friends
