Dr. Harrison’s staff rocks! My family has been going there for about a year now (and we are not easy clients). I just had a 6-month cleaning and the hygienist was top notch. She was gentle, thorough, patient and respectful, even when I told her I hadn’t been flossing at all! She non-judgmentally explained what damage that had done since my last visit and what would happen if I continued in that direction. I could tell that she genuinely cared if I let things deteriorate to periodontal disease and she respectfully impressed the urgency of things. The front desk staff is amazing at trying to get every last penny out of insurance before billing us. I try to give them money and they won’t take it until all avenues have been exhausted. They are completely trusting that we will pay what we owe. I’ve never experienced such respect and effort from a dentist office!

I wish I could rate her higher! I have been to some butchers here in town, and require some special handling. Dr. Harrison happily met with me before we did examination so I could meet her and some of her team, and give her some of my horrific dental history. If Dental Anxiety is a thing, I have it. I’m a victim of Manzella and Eltzroth. Dr. Harrison was extremely considerate, and did everything they could to make sure I was comfortable and treated gently and respectfully. Also very progressive. I can’t recommend her enough.

Dr. Harrison is very knowledgeable, friendly and gives practical instruction. I’ve been seeing her for about 5 years and my experience has been very good. Her staff are also friendly and well-trained. The office is closed on Fridays which I personally think is awesome for workers to have a four-day workweek. I would recommend Dr. Harrison to anyone seeking a new dentist.

The office is state of the art with regards to dental & safety standards. And all the staff is very competent & friendly. They go out of their way to make sure that you are very comfortable as their patient. Dr. Harrison takes the time to explain things so that you understand the reasons for the dental procedures she recommends. She makes you feel part of the decision process & plan. Highly recommend this dental practice!

Ashley took wonderful care of my husband. He is in recovery and was treated with the respect and compassion he needed to complete this healing journey. I highly recommend her. Beautiful office, and fantastic staff.

Dr Harrison was able to get me into her office on a moments notice to repair a filling that had fallen out ( the filling was done by a different dentist) Her office and equipment are brand new and top notch! Her office staff and dental assistants were courteous and professional! I am very happy to have had this repair done here and am going to continue to use them for my dental work from this day forward!! Thank you!

Best dental experience I’ve ever had. The office staff is extremely friendly. Dr Harrison was very kind, informative and assuring. I specifically appreciated how involved I was in my treatment plan. The whole experience was just exceptional. So happy I found this office! For the first time ever, I actually look forward to future dental appointments.

5 stars, 2 thumbs up, fabulous! Dr. Harrison, the front office gal, and all of the hygienists and techs are friendly, professional and beyond competent. The office is clean and cheery and in a great location off Humboldt Rd in Chico with plenty of parking during my morning appointment times. Any time I have questions about my dental hygiene or even about billing/insurance, I always get an answer. I’m pleased with the care I receive and would recommend Dr. Ashley Harrison to all of my friends and family.

Dr. Harrison and all of her staff were amazing!  I’m a big chicken when it comes to the dentist because I have extremly sensitive teeth, not only did she explain to me why this was but made notes in my chart for future cleanings to use “sensitve” gels and warm water to make my cleanings a more pleasant experience.  My new patient intake was extremely thorogh and consisted of many queries and insights that I’ve never had a denist take an interest in or feel the need to discuss with me.  Overall I was over the top pleased with my experience and so thankful I found Dr. Harrison!

I am new to the area and had been experiencing a toothache, I called many dentist offices that could not find the time to fit me into their schedule. When I called Ashley Harrison and explained my situation, they were able to schedule me in within a day- even offering to get me in that same day. Ashley Harrison is a great dentist, she made me feel comfortable and explained everything to me in detail. I appreciated everything. They have a great staff here!

Dr. Harrison is an amazing Dentist. I had a lot of unwarranted anxiety which prevented me from getting dental work for years, and I couldn’t have picked a better Dentist to get me back in the groove! From the initial (and convenient) email appointment scheduling with the Office Manager, Christina, I had a great feeling about my appointment. Upon arriving, I was taken aback by the generosity of the staff and the beauty of the modern office space (taking home decor notes over here!). The RDA Jen was great at easing my mind while she explained everything to me in a thorough and genuine manner. When I had to have dental work on my first ever cavities, Ashley made me feel so comfortable with her descriptive yet compassionate nature. I can’t recommend this dental office enough!

How can i start? Everything went just perfect! The staff was wonderful and Dr Harrison and her Dentist Assistant Vanessa were amazing! Im so so so so grateful and satisfied! I am definitely going back. I got my tooth chipped due a medical procedure and i was so self conscious about it and Dr Harrison just fixed and look like nothing happened! I am amazed. I would give 10 stars if i could. Highly recommend 🙂

Top notch experience! From the first call with Haley to Vanessa handling my x-rays/intake to Dr. HARRISON. I had an incredible experience. I was treated with respect and empathy and Dr. HARRISON informed and educated without overwhelming or shaming me. I felt genuinely cared for and would recommend this office to anyone that is anxious about dentistry.

Dr. Harrison and her team have to be some of the best professionals around. They are friendly, incredibly patient, understanding, and knowledgeable. I’m typically terrified of going to the dentist, but she makes you feel so at ease. She is very concerned that you’re getting the best treatment possible. I highly recommend. Plus, I got a hand written card which was so great!

Dr. Harrison and her staff are friendly, down to earth, accommodating, and professional. She  explains everything that she is going to do in a way that is informative without leaving you feeling like an idiot, and rapport is easily established. Dr. Harrison makes sure that you understand everything that will happen, and does not rush through appointments. I had a crown done today with Jenn’s help, and the entire experience was great. The office is exceptionally clean and modern, and very comfortable. After experiencing debilitating dental pain misdiagnosed by another Chico dentist for months, I am now pain free and don’t dread going in for appointments. I do agree that pricing is a bit high in comparison with other local offices, but you truly get what you pay for. The equipment is state of the art and the expertise and bedside manner of the staff more than make up for it. I’m 100% sticking with Dr. Harrison’s office and encourage you to make a switch if you’re not happy with your dental provider.

The office is absolutely beautiful. I was just in for a cleaning and everything ran on time which is very important to me. Dr. Harrison is very knowledgeable and communicates all the options available and any concerns.

I’ve only been to 1 visit so far (husband has been to 3) but this office is hands down more thorough in care and assistance with insurance than any dentist I’ve been to, including San Diego where we’re from. Dr. Harrison is knowledgeable beyond just teeth showing interest in all around care. Her staff worked diligently with our insurance to get everything covered and when we had a overpayment on our account offered us to pickup a refund check the same day. I would highly recommend this office.
