Dr. Lloyd and all the staff are everything you could ever ask for from a dentist office. They are professional and really good at what they do. They are friendly and treat you as if they have known you forever (even when I’ve only been in the office a few times). They are observant and are constantly making sure that you are okay and feeling well. I have had a lot of work done already, with quite a bit, still to do, and I am actually looking forward to returning to finish everything up.

I started going to Dr. Lloyd after another dentist office took advantage of me. Dr. Lloyd has been so wonderful, calm and helpful with my situation. I don’t love going to the dentist, but her and her staff have gone slowly and always reassure me. I just visited during COVID, and I felt SO safe. They have extra cleaning, everyone was fully protected, special pen cleaners, temperature taking at the door – etc. I felt so safe. All around I love this office and am so thankful I found them.

Dr. Lloyd is wonderful. She is so patient with my girls, she recently gave my youngest her first dentist appointment and she made it so fun for her, now she is asking me to go to the dentist! I was a patient of Dr. Lloyd’s at her previous location and followed her to the temp location and now the permanent one. I would not dream of going to another dentist! Dr. Lloyd is absolutely perfect! She is kind, smart and genuinely cares about her patients. Her hygienists are friendly and careful! My work location has changed so I needed to get a new dentist, to make things little easier on me. Ashley Lloyd’s practice came strongly recommended by two people. Easy to schedule. Great start to the day. I was greeted nicely and taken back right away to begin an exam. Since this was my first visit, Jennifer did a great job asking questions and learning to get my dental history and preferences. She gave great feedback and tips to improve my personal dental care. Dr. Ashley Lloyd came in and introduced herself before she checked my mouth. They even fit me in to make good use of my time and gave a great price so I went ahead and had a custom mouth guard mold made too. I’m impressed with the options and services the practice presented. Also, pretty cool that it was a women-only practice. Impressed with my first visit!

I have been seeing Dr. Lloyd for several years now and I can say that I absolutely love everything about her practice. My wife and I just moved from to Raleigh from Nashville, where we left a holistic dentist who we loved. We were both really anxious about finding a dentist in Raleigh who wouldn’t give us a hard time for not wanting fluoride, amalgam fillings, root canals, or x-rays (unless critically necessary). After interviewing several dentists in the Raleigh area, we settled on giving Dr. Lloyd’s practice a shot… and we are SO glad we did! Julie, the wonderful team member at the front desk, was very patient and kind as we explained our preferences. She also moved a couple things around to allow my wife and I to have back to back appointments to help manage logistics with our 2 year old daughter. Our dental hygienist, Deborah, was incredible as well. She was very pleasant and knowledgable, and she even allowed our daughter to watch my wife get her teeth cleaned. (They have a child playroom, too!!) Finally, Dr. Ashley was awesome as well. Five stars all around!!!

I live in Maryland and was visiting my daughter in Raleigh when the crown of my implant came out. I was devastated and wasn’t sure what to do as I couldn’t wait a week before getting back to Maryland to have it re-cemented. I called Dr. Lloyd’s office and talked with Julie. She was amazing and set up my appointment for the same day. Dr. Lloyd was very thorough; she took an x-ray to make sure there were no issues with the implant and then cleaned the area and re-cemented. She was great! I highly recommend Dr. Lloyd; she and her staff will take great care of you.

Dr. Ashley Lloyd is fantastic! She is gentle, considerate & knowledgeable, and her office & staff is always professional. I’ve been going to her for over 5 years and wouldn’t consider going anywhere else. She is also great with my 8 year old. He is terrified of doctors in general and she takes this into consideration by providing lots of explanations of what she is doing and a toy at the end as a reward. His previous dentist was gruff and had little patience for a frightened patient – so Dr. Lloyd is a god send in this respect. I was a little concerned about visiting her in her temporary location, but it was only 5 minutes away – so no big deal considering the payback of having a caring person waiting for me on the other end. I don’t mind a few more minutes if I get great service.

This entire office is AMAZING! It’s rare these days to find people who care about the individual instead of just chasing the money. With Julie and Jennifer, every visit has always exceeded my expectations, but my last visit was above and beyond even the highest standards I have come to expect from them. I broke a tooth and had been up all night unable to sleep. I called and spoke to Julie first thing when they opened and she told me to go ahead and come right in. Upon arrival, Julie turned me over to Jillian who took me right back. My stress level immediately lowered because I knew it was going to be taken care of. Dr Lloyd came in and assessed the situation. She was able to stabilize the tooth and seal it so that it wouldn’t cause me anymore issues until my next appointment. If you’re looking for good honest people who care, not JUST the dentist, but the entire staff, this is the right spot for you. I would enthusiastically recommend them to anyone looking for a new dentist.

Dr Lloyd is a wonderful dentist for adults and children. My son has seen here since before he was 3 and he enjoys going to the dentist because of her manner and skills. Having moved to Raleigh a year ago, I was a little behind on the routine dental checkups. I wasn’t putting it off, but honestly, every time I asked someone if they liked their dentist, everyone replied with mixed reviews…why did no one in Raleigh love their dentist? Anyway, I turned to Yelp and found lloyds office was conveniently located and had rave reviews. Had my first visit today, and I have zero complaints with my new dentist, office staff, office and hygienist. The office is very nice. There is free wi fi, and a kids play room and work area. Reception was friendly and prompt. My hygienist was talkative and thorough. And dr Lloyd was very knowledgable and pleasant. Easy peasy. All in all, anyone looking for a good dentist, feel free to ask me:)

A few years ago, our long time Dentist closed down her practice and we were devastated. It takes a long time to build trust and a rapport to your dentist. I am a bit of a nervous patient and have rarely seen anyone who wasn’t my childhood dentist. But we relocated to Raleigh this year, and one of my crowns started to be lose on Monday. I got an appointment with Dr Lloyd on Wednesday. It turned out that this crown and tooth really needed to be extracted, and it got a little complicated. But from the moment I walked in the door, the receptionist, Robin, and Dr. Lloyd put me at ease. They spent a lot of time with me, did the most amazing work, had wonderful recommendations, and it was the first time since I can’t remember when that I didn’t even think of needing laughing gas. I have found my dental home!

The ladies in this office are incredible. I was having a devastating tooth ache and they were able to fit me in on a busy day and we so accommodating. I felt like everyone was really taking their time with me, which was so calming given that I was already a nervous wreck about the whole thing and was in a lot of pain. Instead of waiting out the long holiday weekend, Dr. Lloyd called around and was able to get me in to see another dentist that she recommended and trusts that afternoon for a last-minute root canal. I found this office in a panic and in pain, but we will be coming back regularly now for the rest of our dental care!
