Dr. Browning, Bridgette, Sarah and Karen have been so kind to me since I started going to the practice this month. I had a very BAD experience with another dentist and was in no rush to go to another . They listened to my concerns, prescribed a very helpful medication to get me through the procedures and I felt 100% safe and well taken care of. I highly recommend this practice to anyone. The spa music is a plus!

Went in today to have an old crown replaced. One of the LEAST painful experiences at the dentist ever! Dr. Browning and Karen were friendly, professional, and attentive to my needs. They were specific about what needed to be done, showed me the X-rays, and I even got a peek at my new crown sculpted in the machine. They are upfront about costs and have an in-house financing plan in case you don’t have insurance. Highly recommend!

Went to see Dr. Browning as a new patient about a month and a half ago – have been back 2x since for more work. Just love how inviting and friendly the office staff is. They always are ready to take my temp when i walk in and everyone is wearing their masks. I feels totally safe there. Everything is always cleaned and there is sanitizer everywhere. Such a good feeling to know that i am in good hands when i am there. Besides for that the work that i have had done has been amazing with her state of the art equipment. I recommend her to anyone and everyone that i talk too. I just a crown done at my last visit and left with it the same day – that was just simply amazing!!

I have been a dental patient of Dr Browning’s for a few years and have had routine care as well as procedures. I cannot emphasize enough how caring and diligent she has been, and the willingness to place a high value on patient care and treatment options she presents are articulate and reveal how she has been so successful!! She uses state of the art instruments and machines. She is very patient and offers empathy and smarts. I highly recommend Dr Browning and her staff! Great service and experience….overcame the resistance by someone like me who dreaded dental appointments!

Loved the office staff and Dr. Browning! We moved to the Cleveland area from Santa Fe, NM and we were spoiled by the care we received in Santa Fe. The office was extremely high tech ( crowns completed at one visit)! So, we were thrilled to find Dr. Browning who has the latest dental equipment to make the dental experience most pleasant! I highly recommend…had a wonderful and professional experience!

This was the best experience i have had at the dentist, the staff was very welcoming and kind, very professional and knowledgeable.I was amazed with the technology to have a crown placed the same day, unlike other offices that require a return visit to finish the job. Dr. Browning and her assistant Karen are amazing. I would highly recommend this office to anyone who needs any kind of dental work.

I have been seeing Dr. Browning for the past 15 years, since I was only 16 years old. She has been instrumental in helping me get the treatment plan and smile that was right for me. She is extremely knowledgable and helps clearly articulate the options & process to make sure you are comfortable with moving forward. Her state of the art technology is also a huge bonus! Her new office manager, Mina, has been a wonderful asset that really helps clarify each step of what can sometimes be complex processes. Can’t wait for my little one to come see her!

I’ve had nothing but great experiences while going to see Dr. Browning and her staff. Everyone in the office is positive, friendly and professional. I greatly appreciate the time Dr. Browning and her staff take to explain everything that they’re doing and listen to what I have to say. After seeing many different dentists I can easily say that Dr.Browning and her team are the best I have seen and I will continue to go there and would highly recommend them to anyone!

From the moment we walked in my son and I were greeted by the friendly team. His name was displayed on a cute frame welcoming him as a “new patient.” We were offered coffee, tea or water to ensure our comfort. Afterwards, we were given a tour of the practice and an introduction to the team. This made his day! My 6 year old is a nervous as they come and previous to this visit his experiences were not so great. Tensele did a phenomenal job explaining every step as my son had many, many questions. I’m so grateful she took the time to explain the process every step of the way, which helped relieve some of his dental phobia. Together they counted his teeth. He was beyond excited and intrigued about the pictures taken of his teeth. Thank you for creating the absolute best experience. Dr. Lisa Browning and her team are phenomenal.

I just want to say that this is the best dentists office I have ever been too. I have been to so many places with so many things wrong but here they treat you like family, the staff is wonderful and they explain everything to you in detail, which is wonderful when you know what’s going on. I have new insurance but it’s out of network and believe me I’m not leaving this place, I’m sacrificing and will pay the extra money!!

The staff was absolutely amazing. Ashtyn was my dental hygienist and she was wonderful, explaining everything as she went along. Everyone was very welcoming and friendly. Dr. Lisa Browning was very knowledgeable, nice and informative; she found a lot of things that need attention that I never would’ve known about, so I look forward to all of my future dental needs! I thank Mina for my treatment plan for my mother and I. Just excellent service!!! And my mother was extremely pleased as well!

Great first visit to Dr. Browning’s office after our former dentist retired and recommended her. She and her team do an excellent and thorough job. Even more, wife was also happy. Healthcare change trepidation avoided..

I have been to numerous Dentists and by far Dr. Browning is is the best of I have seen over the past 60+ years. She does an incredible job of explaining different options in terms that the average person can understand. In addition both Dr. Browning and her staff are very knowledgeable and very patient friendly. I highly recommend Dr. Browning for any of your dental needs.

My whole family, kids included, have been going to Dr. Browning for many years. I cannot say enough about her and her practice. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. The hygienists do a great job and answer all my questions. They are great with my kids too! Dr. Browning is very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional and always takes great care of us! My kids love going to the dentist because of her. I always have a great experience when I go there; they truly care about their patients. I would highly recommend her to anyone!

How much fun did we have at Dr. Browning’s office today?! This was my daughter’s second visit to a dentist so I was a little nervous that she would be scared. Everyone there was so warm, inviting and informative. Thank you to Dr. Browning and the entire staff for such a pleasant visit!

I’ve been going here for about 4 years now if not more, and I LOVE IT. I recently moved to jersey and I STILL come back here just to meet with Dr. Browning. Her entire staff takes extreme care with every patient. The staff here actually explains and shows you what they are doing/why they are doing it, or different options you can choose from to find what’s right for you. Truly I would not go anywhere else. I’ve had cavities filled, veneers, my gum line fixed, and great referrals for my orthodontic care as well. It’s rebranding over to a new name, but it’s still the amazing people that worked here!!!

Dr Browning and her staff is absolutely amazing. Dr Browning listens to you and takes her time with you when she is doing her procedures. She educates her patients as she’s working on the so they always know what going on. She’s so gentle and will always make sure you are comfortable. Her staff goes above and beyond to assist with billing and insurance questions or concerns. If I could give more that 5 stars I would. I love Dr. Browning and her staff.

I have seen many Dentists over the years but Dr. Browning is clearly the best I have ever seen. She is extremely professional, explains in a clear and easy to understand manner what needs to be done as well as why and the options available. In addition Dr. Browning’s staff is extremely professional and welcoming at all times. they are very easy to work with and understanding of the different issues of Dental Insurance. I highly recommend your seeing Dr.Browning if you need a great Dentist!

I’ve known Dr.Browning 10 years and she’s extremely dedicated, compassionate and amazing at what she does and recommend her to anyone needing dental work. I’ve seen so much growth and knowledge in the practice over the years.Whenever I go into the office everyone is very friendly and family like atmosphere. I couldn’t think of anyone better to work on my teeth.

In all of the different cities I have lived, Lisa Browning and her team is hands down the best experience I have ever had. Like many, I used to be very anxious about going to the dentist to the point that I would procrastinate on my cleanings to avoid the high anxiety I would get each time I entered a dentist office. I ended up calling Lisa Browning as an emergency visit for my first time there (procrastination caught up to me and I had to deal with a broken tooth that later would reveal an infection) and have now seen them multiple times since addressing the emergency to get to the root of what was going on. I was just recently laid off of my job as well but that was not a problem with the Care Credit financial plan they offer patients if finances are tight. Marilyn at the front desk was beyond a life saver, making this whole process a breeze. Each time I went in to get more issues addressed, she would walk me through the whole financial process (since like some, I am still trying to understand this whole insurance thing and/or financial plans). Each visit she would print me off my estimate and we would go over each number until it made sense in my head. From Lisa, an amazing dentist, to Marilyn at the front desk and all other staff- they make each trip to the dentist not only anxiety free but also joyful. I absolutely recommend!!
