Dr Herr and his team are awesome. They are genuinely cared and concerned with your care. Dr explains in detail your test results and what your options are. And when checking out they are very friendly and courteous. They break down the bill so you can see what you were charged for. Then set up a follow up if warranted. They will call you within 48 hrs to see how you are doing. I highly recommend Auburn dental to anyone that needs a dentist and anyone wants to have a family dentist.

Dr. Herr and his staff are amazingly great. I have had some issues with a cracked tooth which I was able to be seen very quickly to get it looked at. Dr. Herr’s office checked on me afterwards and welcomed me to come back anytime I needed to get everything right which I did and found piece of mind and freedom from pain. I have never experienced the amount of care and patience as I have with Auburn Dental as they worked with me every step of the way.

Great dentist! Auburn Dental Center is a full service dental practice that is conveniently located for anyone in Buford, Winder, Carl or Bethlehem. I visited on a referral and I was very happy with the entire process. Dr Herr DDS explained every step of the procedure and the reasons why it was necessary. Dr. Herr, his hygienist and staff are extremely friendly, professional, and efficient! I currently work in dentistry myself and it speaks greatly of this practice that I come here to have my work done! His hygienist is the best I’ve had at combining both gentleness and thoroughness. She provided proper Oral Hygiene Instructions, kept asking if I was comfortable throughout my cleaning and even asked for feedback when done! I can’t wait to go back. I had a tooth-colored resin filling done with Dr. Herr for a chip that was bothering me since childhood. He was friendly, efficient, explained everything a head of time, and asked for questions when he was done. I looked in the mirror they provided and was very pleased with the color and shape of the filling which far exceeded my already high expectations. Dr. Herr lifted a huge load off of my shoulders with that filling. I’m the only one in my family who can spot my filling! I tried showing it to family members but they still can’t tell where it is even when I point right at it! I went back for sealants and Dr. Herr thoroughly cleaned the biting surfaces of the teeth before placing the sealants which helps retain them for longer. I’m so glad to have an office that does everything correctly and I’d highly recommend them to anyone! Thank you Dr. Herr, RDH and staff!

I have nothing but great things to continue to say about Auburn Dental. They arose to the occasion once again for me today. I accidentally broke my bridge across the front of my mouth. I had to see them on an emergency. They went beyond the call of duty to assist me. They were able to assist me two hours later without me having to schedule an appointment. The staff is amazing and they took care of my need immediately without any excuses. My new bridge will arrive within 3 weeks and I’m so excited. I am a motivational speaker and my smile has to be perfect. I trust Auburn Dental to assist me with perfecting my image. Thanks to Dr. William Herr, Titianna and the complete staff. I was a patient of Dr. Herr’s a few years ago but ended up going elsewhere after a new dentist opened up closer to me and with more convenient hours. After visiting the new dentist a couple of times, I regretted my decision. Yesterday, I returned to Dr. Herr for a visit and was reminded of why I like them so much. They are very welcoming and friendly and I’ve always felt comfortable in their office. Dr. Herr and all of his staff have always seemed very genuine and not pushy at all. I highly recommend them!
