The staff is very caring. The listen to my concerns,my teenage daughter even thought the same. When suggested to floss she listened….a little kindness goes a long ways. My insurance was accepted out of pocket little to nothing love love love…  We was referred from a co-worker now we will prefer this place.

The staff, atmosphere and experience was awesome! They were exceptional at keeping me informed Before during and after my appointment. Including what my other pocket cost would be. I have a background in the dental field and I was definitely impressed with Auburn family dental!! I would recommend this office to my close family and friends.

This is a great place to have your dental work done! i gotta tell you that this is one of the best experiences i have ever had with a dentist. the staff are very friendly and they are very helpful. you can actually watch your favorite television show as they are doing their work! yep, if you need dental work and live on the west side, this is the place to come for quality service. even if you live on the east side, you should give them a try! you will not be disappointed. my name is Jad Wolf and i stand by these guys!

I highly recommend Auburn Family Dental! Dr. Raisdana and the staff are absolutely amazing and one of the most caring staff I have came across. Their office is very beautiful and a welcoming environment. They are all knowledgeable and trained on the newest dental techniques. Very pleased to know I have found a great Dentistry!

From the receptionist to the doctor everyone was friendly and helpful. The receptionist was friendly and patient even when booking my next appointments. She received calls and walk in patients and asked for back up which they gladly helped. The dental hygienist was personable and explained everything before she did it. She also explained the next steps and possible options that might be needed. She even explained the items they had changed as precautions to reduce COVID-19 spread. The doctor was friendly and patiently answered all my questions. She leads her team well and is well organized. I was very pleased with my experience and feel comfortable going back for future procedures.

Two of my grandchild are new patients to this clinic. It is conveniently located. Has great hours of operation And a very nice staff. The dentist is really nice and very caring. I asked my grandkids if they liked this dentist and office and they didn’t even have to think about it before saying YES. I would greatly recommend this dental office

Had to switch here from my normal dentist because they stopped accepting my husbands insurance. Enjoyed each visit and the dentist was polite and informative. Advised me of something I didn’t know and referred me to an orthodontics for braces. I would recommend them. What makes this place awesome…they have an office dog that stays up front by reception ONLY and greets customers. I’m not easily impressed by dentist but this one is a dentist I won’t avoid.

I have always been awful at taking care of my teeth. I’m an adult now, trying to do better. I love that at Aubrun Family Dental I am encouraged to create and follow through with those better habits, rather than made to feel bad about not being good with me teeth. I have had demeaning dentist in the past. They give great advice and I feel I can be honest about my daily habits. Very friendly staff and I love that I can watch Netflix to keep my mind off what’s happening in my mouth. It’s great especially for my daughter. They are also wonderful and patient with her.

So pleased to try out this dentist close to home; the 4th dentist in 10 years. What a great choice! Dental hygienist friendly and informative. Dr. Raisdana is very attentive, intelligent and insightful. She addressed my concerns and referred me for consultation at Endodontics. An issue that 2 dentists in past 4 years did not address. Thanks to her, I am hopeful my pain will be relieved soon. And the dog is so sweet!

So glad I found this place!!! The staff members were so kind, helpful, and professional. They made me feel comfortable throughout my entire visit, and trust me it had been a long while since my last visit, 25 years to be exact. I was more than nervous to sit in the chair, worried as soon as I opened my mouth I would implode, or worse, they would deem me a bad person. That however was not the case. They were so kind and knowledgeable. They explained the process and answered any curious questions or concerns I had. A judgment free environment! I will be returning AND on a regular basis!!!
