Teresa Isbell is amazing! Always very courteous and professional. Makes you feel comfortable and valued. Knowledgeable, friendly and efficient office staff. All concerns and questions answered regarding procedures and insurance on the spot. They know their stuff! This is the most amazing group of people. You only need to visit once to know this place is unique. Dr. Isbell is brilliant! She hired the best staff and then takes great care of them. Amanda is an incredible hygienist. I no longer have any fear of having my teeth cleaned. She is never in a hurry and I’m her only priority while in the chair. I used to fear going to the dentist and now, it’s one of the few places I feel like a VIP.

Dr. Isbell and her office staff treat me very well. Dr. Isbell has done fillings, made a sleep appliance for my sleep apnea and has whitened my teeth. She uses a special “wand” thingie to numb me instead of the traditional syringe. When I moved to Grass Valley last June, I specifically sought out a dentist who used the wand (my former dentist used one) because it is painless. Not only are the procedures pain and stress-free, the office is very pleasant and relaxing. Although there are many dentists who are closer to my house, I will always go to Dr. Isbell because she is such an exceptional dentist. I would give her and her staff 10 stars if I could! Thank you, Dr. Isbell!

Dr Isbell and her well-trained staff are an absolute breath of fresh air. Even those who hate visiting the dentist, will feel relaxed and well taken care of during each visit. Dr Isbell is extremely knowledgeable in the most up-to-date and advanced neuromuscular dental techniques. I suffered from chronic migraines, severe neck and TMJ pain, and sleep apnea. Through series of incremental adjustments to my misaligned bite and an eventual permanent complete bite restoration with porcelain veneers, my symptoms have improved dramatically. My sleep apnea have resolved and I no longer have to use a dreaded CPAP machine at night, just a comfortable mouthpiece. Plus my smile is stunning and I’ve received many complements. Over the years, I’ve tried just about all possible therapies and visited many top specialists at places like Stanford and UCSF to help my chronic migraines and neck/TMJ pain. I never would have guessed that great physiological dental care would address my problems so effectively. I could not recommend Dr Isbell and her terrific staff any more highly. If you suffer from migraines and similar issues, you owe yourself to see how she can help.

I met Dr. Isbell today. Nice clean state of the art Dental office. She was very nice and explained everything to me during my exam. The camera she used inside my mouth was really cool, she showed me the areas that needed to be addressed. Having her show me and explain why my tooth hurt was a big plus. When she went to numb me, I hardly felt anything, once again, she used a state of the art delivery system. I not only received a pain free experience, I walked out with a new crown in a very short time. The staff were also very friendly, courteous and competent. I would highly recommend her to my Friends and family.

I have been going to Dr. Isbell since she began her career in Sacramento after graduating from the University of the Pacific. Prior to going to her, I must say I didn’t take the best care of my teeth. I guess I was always afraid of the dentist and therefore hadn’t gone for many years. However, Dr. Isbell has always been able to calm my fears about the dentist and has returned my teeth to a healthy state. Her office is warm and inviting. The staff always greets me with a smile and makes me feel at home. Thanks for the great smile you have given me!!

First, let me be honest and say that I am not a big fan of going to the dentist. I have not had a lot of great experiences with dentists and for me to want to write a review about one says a lot. The moment I walked into Dr. Isbell’s office I was made to feel at home. The ladies who greeted me when I walked in were not only extremely professional, but warm and eager to help me. The atmosphere was modern, warm, and actually very calming (which is important for those of us who don’t like going to the dentist in the first place). The reason I sought out a new dentist was to find someone who can help me with my bite, and the alignment of my teeth. I chose Dr. Isbell not only because of the state of the art neuromuscular dentistry that they offer, but that Dr. Isbell and her staff were determined to help me have the smile I have always wanted to have. What I love about this office is that when I go there, I know I am not only surrounded by a very outgoing, and highly trained team, but I am also going to get state of the art treatment with the best equipment on the market. I have had dentists who care more about taking my money rather than caring for the health of my teeth, but that is not the case here. They were upfront about the cost, and the price was right and well worth it. I am excited to see how Dr. Isbell and her staff are going to change my life by fixing my smile. I have also decided that this is the office that will take care of all my dental needs. (FYI..I have to drive out of town a long distance to get to their office, and trust me, it is well worth the drive). What sold me on Dr. Isbell and her staff was a moment I witnessed as I waiting to be seen (I arrived 10 minutes early). I was not trying to eavesdrop, but a woman walked out of the patient rooms with the biggest, most beautiful smile. I remember her saying to the gals at the reception desk, “Look how beautiful I look”. It sounded like she just finished the same procedure that I was beginning. She looked at pictures with the gals of how her teeth and smile used to be, and then looked at the pictures they had taken that day. The patient cried happy tears, and not only that, but her daughter was so moved by her moms transformation that she decided to make an appointment with Dr. Isbell as well. What I loved the most was that the the staff celebrated with the woman and I could tell that the office was invested in her. If that does not sell you on why Dr. Isbell’s office is the best, I don’t know what will. If you are looking for an amazing dental team, a dentist who will go above and beyond for you, and an office that has the latest technology at their fingertips, stop looking, and come seed Dr. Isbell.

Took my young daughter here for her first dental visit and I couldn’t have been more pleased with the experience. Best experience I’ve personally ever experienced in all my years. My daughter was initially very scared but was put at ease with Teresa and her wonderful staff. The service was top notch, I love the natural aspect, too. After getting a cavity expertly filled (no needles or drilling!?!!) my daughter exclaimed “I love the dentist!” Wow- I never thought I’d hear her say that.

There are no words for the care and comfort I felt going to the office. I HATE going to the dentist BUT when I walked in the office it was warm, inviting and felt safe. I’m not sure if it’s an office of women or just people who understand fear and anxiety but they were more than comforting; checking in with me constantly and making sure I was comfortable. I currently live in the Bay Area and had to have work done when I was in Grass Valley on vacation, but I will not go anywhere else. This office is worth every minute of the drive!

I had to have some major dental work done-including getting fitted for dentures. Dr. Isbell and her GREAT staff took GREAT care of me and made the whole experience a pleasant one. While fitting me for the dentures Dr. Isbell noticed that my jaw didn’t set right, as it had been broken. She made sure the dentures would align my jaw so it could finally heal. Every visit to her office was great. I’ve never before ENJOYED going to the dentist-but Dr. Isbell and her staff make is a very pleasant experience. I won’t go to anyone else for dental work and I will refer her to everyone I meet.
