Guys this place is AWESOME! Exceptionally clean and modern. Staff are warm, friendly and welcoming. Everything they do professionally exceeds keeping their patients safe during this pandemic. I work in the medical field, so I am a little more alert to things than others. If I could give this place and the staff 10 stars I would. I came to Augusta Endodontics by recommendation from a co-worker and also because Dr. Emanuel Ngoh is in my insurance network. When I researched online I called and made an appointment. Attended my consultation and when Dr. Ngoh walked in I was like remember you from when I was kid attending at the Deans Bridge location and I honestly was scared because of bad dental experiences before and I shared that upfront. We talked about my dental issues and scheduled my appointment for my root canals. The day of my appointment I was anxious/scared/nervous and admitted it when I walked in. From the moment you walk in the door you’re greeted with kindness and care. The ladies at the front door are so sweet and soft spoken and that’s the experience with everyone you encounter during your visit. My root canal was like a dental spa treatment and I felt immediately relief of pressure that I have been experiencing for 2 months. You truly receive 5 star care. In the waiting area there’s a message that states we don’t just take care of your teeth we take care of the person. You truly model this in every aspect of care. I appreciate knowing that the office staff prays together and prays for every patient they are taking care of that day. To Kim and Ngoh thank you from the bottom of my heart. You both get a 10!!!

I was very satisfied with the way that I was treated by everyone at this office. It is a very clean and calming environment. They make sure that you are aware of the procedure that you are having and if not it is explained to you. After the numbing process, I didn’t experience any pain during my root canal. I had a second root canal with Dr. Ngo and his assistant, Kim, today. I cannot adequately express just how perfect my experience was. Quite literally from the moment a patient walks in the door to the moment he/she leaves, the compassion, nurture, and patience abound. Dr. Ngo’s staff in reception are among the most friendly and professional with which I’ve ever had the pleasure of encountering. His dental assistants simply radiate compassion as they meet you with a smile, hold your hand through the procedure, and consistently reassure you. I’ve only had the pleasure of having to go twice, and every second of each experience has been absolutely perfect. The folks in this practice treat patients like family. If you have to have a root canal, do not think twice. Call Dr Ngo’s superior staff and schedule your appointment with him. It will be something you never regret. I trust Dr. Ngo with absolutely anything now. He is straight out of heaven, and I pray God continues to bless him as he touches the lives of others.

Wow, is an understatement for Augusta Endodontic Center. The facility was leading edge of technology, and Dr. Ngoh and his staff were definitely the leading edge of Dentistry. I have genetically bad teeth. I have had 4 root canals in 2 years and have had an amazing experience each time. Dr Ngoh and his staff are are a Christian based business with a polite staff that greet you by name when you come in. The office is beautiful and always clean and well stocked. From the beauty and comfort of the office (including gourmet coffees!) to the neck pillow and warm blanket i was offered to the FABULOUS fact that they worked me in as an emergency….every aspect of their office speaks kindness and hospitality! The root canal was virtually pain free. What I appreciated particularly was that my mouth was not stretched open painfully far. (Actually, my mouth is small and I don’t know HOW Dr Ngoh got his tools in there!) The office texted me the next day to make sure all is well! Again, so thoughtful! Beautiful place, I felt as if I had entered a Spa. Perfect lighting, welcoming attitude. Very professional and personable. I went in for a root canal but it was really nice. Everything explained, and a very pleasant surprise at the end. The rinse that you are given at the end was served on a platter with water and a small gift from their facility. Dr.Ngoh took me in fast because he knew I was in pain, but didn’t rush explaining what was wrong with my tooth. The staff also helped with any questions. The office is well staffed and friendly and willing to help with great attitude. The office is clean, state of the art and very comfortable. And they love to spoil you! I have very high anxiety and the were able to help me through it. I had started having sinus issues and he was able to get me on the right meds also. I was referred by my dentist and told that he is the best. Dr. Ngoh and his staff are absolutely amazing! I was worried about getting a root canal without a sedative, but he assured me that he could make me comfortable. He delivered!!!! Plus his staff was extremely nice. They called to check on me later that day and early the next week. Two weeks afterwards, I received a card from them in the mail with specifics about my family, thanking us for our business. I have to say that I have never experienced dental care like this. If you are in need of a root canal (God forbid, lol) please go see them, it will be worth it!

I would definitely recommend this center to anyone requiring a root canal, as I was. The center is very clean. The staff make you feel like a member of their family, they are so inviting. Dr. Ngoh, there isn’t enough space to put all that I think about him. He takes the time to tell you exactly what the procedure will entail. If you have doubts or worries he puts your mind at ease that you are in good hands. The only pain I felt was from the injection of the Novocain, after that I could have went to sleep. This was my second root canal with Dr. Ngoh. When I was told I would need another one I told my regular dentist that he was the only one I trusted to do the procedure. I would encourage anyone who needs dental procedures done to visit the Augusta Endodontic Center before going anywhere else. You will not be disappointed.

In the previous root canals I’ve had I had to sit through them feeling all the pain. Like chewing on a live wire for a few hours. My teeth are weird and the dentists and a different specialist have had such a hard time numbing me. The Doc at Augusta Endodontics was able to see the strange root problems I have and fix the partial root canal another doctor started-pain free! I would never even consider going anywhere else. I came in with pain in my tooth, they squeezed me in and took x-rays and payment then sent me home. I had to call the emergency line the next morning due to the pain. Great experience! Root canals are never something you look forward to. You expect discomfort and some anxiety. Dr. Ngoh and his staff were absolutely amazing. They got me in quickly, procedure was done in less than a week from my initial appointment. They made sure I was comfortable and walked me through each step of the process. The spa of root canals! This place is awesome! Seriously. If you have to get a root canal, do yourself a favor and make an appointment. You won’t regret it. They have an online new patient process. They have coffee and other beverages available while you wait. The offices and restrooms are spotless. My procedure was quick and painless. Well there was some discomfort, with those x-ray bite wings, I swear those things feel like there going through the roof of my mouth. I had a root canal done on 27 April 2021, I was a little apprehensive about getting the root canal done, because I just knew it was going to hurt. The building was emasculate! The personnel were very friendly and answers all of my questions. The dental assistant came into the waiting room and escorted me back to the room where the procedure would be preformed. Next the dentist came in and explained everything that he was going do to me. Once he was done the dentist ask me if I had any question and I replied no let get started. To my surprise there was no pain in fact I fell asleep during part of the procedure. Wow no pain and I was treated very well by both the staff and the doctor. I would recommend Augusta Endodontic Center.
