Austin Family Dental is top notch in ranks among dental offices in the twin cities. Professional, clean, friendly and most importantly – the best quality dental work you will find in the metro area as far as I am concerned – and I have been to more than a few. Most recently they helped restore broken teeth from a scary bike accident on short notice. The results were phenomenal. Thank you Dr. Austin!

We’ve been going to Austin Family Dental for years, and after holding off on our regular check-ups during the pandemic, we finally returned this past week. What a pleasure to once again be in a place where everyone knows our family, puts our son at ease, answers all our questions, and generally makes us feel at home! They are flexible, patient, and so very good at their work. Austin Family Dental combines the comfort and familiarity of a truly “family” environment with professionalism and expertise. I can’t imagine trusting our family’s dental care to anyone else.

I was looking for a local dentist and came to austin family dental because they are located just a few miles away from me.  I am so happy to have found this clinic !!! Dr Austin and his staff made me feel welcomed and i felt so well taken care of after my appointment, the staff listened to all my concerns and questions and answered everything!

Because everyone is sooo friendly making you feel instantly comfortable. Then, you have their professionalism! I feel totally safe in Dr. Austin’s care! That’s why I keep going back! He takes the scare out of dentistry by explaining everything – all your options which I appreciate very much. Also the rest of the staff is great. I had been going to Austin Family Dental for nearly 20 years. I moved to Arizona for a few years, but when I moved back to Minnesota I wanted to make sure that Dr. Austin is still practicing. And he is. This is a good family dental practice. Dr. Austin and the staff listen to my needs, make recommendaitons and involve me in what needs to be done for my mouth. Highly recommend.

Great dental office.  All the staff go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable with the procedures.  Dr. Austin is very good.  Never tries to upsell procedures that you don’t need yet, gives you options, but then says whether it is really necessary now or can be watched. It is great to find a good dentist that you can trust.

I went to Dr. Austin as a first timer yesterday. Everybody was really friendly. Great atmosphere. I was concerned about the cost even though I have insurance. I need a root canal which they scheduled me for early next week. There were a few other things that need to be done. Dr Austin listed the things that needed to be done first and told me the rest could wait until the next cycle for my insurance {as my benefits were going to be maximized} I would recommend this place with 5 stars.

We have been seeing Dr Austin for ten years and have no plans of going anywhere else. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and caring. They gently led our children into healthy dental habits, always taking time to explain the process to them and support their anxiety. We appreciate the time they take to explain dental options and work with our schedule.

I had an awesome experience with Austin Family Dental ! My friend told me about Dr. Austin and recommended me to him when I had a toothache, I was able to get in the same day I called. Dr. Austin and his staff were very friendly and made me feel comfortable, in a dental office of all places. They spent quality time with me and I was not rushed in and out like bigger dental offices, they even called and checked on me the next day!

Just finished my first appt here and was very impressed. Helen was awesome and patient working around my schedule to get me in soon. Peg was very friendly and cleaned my teeth like a champ! Dr. Austin was very nice as well. I need to come back to have a filling fixed and they could fit me in next week already. It was a comfortable and friendly place to be.

I lost my previous dental provider which I was with over 30 plus years and I was very upset about finding a new home for my dental treatments. I was so nervous and apprehensive about a new clinic. I finally made the appointment and I am so very glad that it is with Austin Family Dental. Everyone one was so thoughtful, I came out of Austin Family Dental smiling. My husband asked me if everything went alright and when I finished telling him about my first visit he is going to make an appointment to be seen by Austin Family Dental.

Doc and his staff give you confidence that you are in good hands.  Solid, patient, skilled dentistry.  Great dental hygienist.  They’ve cared for my teeth for probably 25 years, and I’m 75 and happy.  After finally becoming Doc’s patient a few years ago, my wife, with her smaller Celtic mouth, has finally had the best dental care she has had since we met in 1978.  No more pain, no more infection.  Just moving on with her life.

I just had a second opinion done at Austin Family Dental. Dr. Austin explained to me in detail what needed to be done to resolve my toothache, he showed me on the xray a problem with some recent dental work I had done at another dental office and Dr. Austin suggested I should go back to this office to get the work redone at no charge. The office was clean, and I even got free samples!!!!!!!!

I haven’t been to a dentist in a while because of an untrusting relationship with my last one, but knew it was high time I found a regular office once I moved to Minnesota. I was not disappointed with Austin Family Dental. I was nervous for the first couple of minutes, and I’m sure they could probably tell, but quickly became comfortable because everyone was so nice! I expect I’ll probably come here for as long as I live in the Twin Cities.

Over the decades of my life I’ve had good dentists, bad dentists and everything in between. However, no one has ever blown me away in such a positive manner as Dr Austin and his carefully-attuned staff! He’s, as they say, good with his hands! He’s also allowed me to make my own choices when it comes to various options and it has always worked in my favor. I brought him a mouthful of poorly- repaired teeth, actually neglected teeth as my last dentist had somewhat soured me on dental care. They carefully rebuilt all my gumlines, replaced all my bad fillings with new white ones, and artfully installed a couple of much-needed crowns. Without their care and attention to detail, I’m sure I would be wearing many false teeth by now! As it stands, I’m the possessor of a full mouth of beautiful and healthy teeth! Can’t say enough good things about Austin Family Dental!

This dentist office is thee absolute best. I had to have a tooth extraction which I’ve never done so I was extremely nervous about the situation. They did EVERYTHING to make sure I knew what was going to happen before,during and after and they were patient and gentle with me and did the procedure to MY level of comfort which is rare these days! I HIGHLY recommend them especially if you have fears or reservations about going to the dentist.
