Have been going to Dr. Weider for over 20 years. He is the most meticulous, AMAZING!!! dentist ever and friendly too. Always asked about how the family is doing.  I just went for a root canal and being my first one, I was a little nervous as many of my friends said how painful it would be and make sure to ask for pain medicine but this is Dr.Weider, the no pain dentist. I did ask anyway and he said I will probably feel some discomfort and make sure to take Extra Strength Tylenol (can’t take Advil) before the numbness goes away. I did and did not feel any pain whatsoever. Just took one dose and did not need any after that. I always said he has magic hands. In all those years, it’s always been pain free. His staff is also so very nice and so friendly. All of them greets us with big smiles and are very caring. I recommend highly. You won’t regret going to his office.

My Husband and I have been patient’s of Dr. Weider for over 10 years. I had never liked going to the dentist in the first place and was always apprehensive and anxious. The entire staff from the receptionist, hygienist and dental technicians are so nice and they make you feel comfortable. I don’t know how he does it, but Dr. Weider performs painless dentistry like no other. He talks you through everything and you can listen to music or watch movies/t.v. while having your procedure. In 2014 I was at high risk of developing oral complications and possible losing my teeth due to aggressive radiation therapy. I moved to Aventura in 2005 from Denver Colorado where I had used the same dentist for 11 years. I absolutely hate searching for new dentists and wish I had someone to reccommend Aventura Dental Excellence to me. I tried these places that over booked customers and when the dentist did eventually get to your cubicle the time was rushed and I did not feel at all confidence about the quality of service I received. Anyway after some trial and error I came across Dr Gary Weider and his team and it is now 14 years later and I could not be happier. Since receiving his D.M.D. from the University of Florida in 1988, Dr. Weider has stayed up-to-date, on newest developments in his field through numerous hours of continuing education, including the Dawson Center for Advanced Dental Study Curriculum, Implant Training and courses in Advanced Cosmetic Dentistry. He is a member of the American Dental Association,Florida Dental Association and the South Florida District Dental Association and is a fellow in the Academy of General I Dentistry. Dr. Weider is also the past president elect of the Dade County Dental Research Clinic, current chairman of the Comprehensive reconstruction clinic, former Chairman of former Co-Chairman of the General Dentistry Section of the Dade County Dental Research Clinic, and assoc. fellow of the American Academy of IMPLANT Dentisrty.
