I’d forgotten it was my birthday until the staff sang to me as I walked in. Even before my apt, Dr. Graham had called me at home on a weekend to check on a pre-existing medical condition he wanted to make sure wouldn’t impact my care. And he followed up with my doctor. I’ve never had a dentis that thorough. It feels like family everytime I go there. And on top of everthing else, he made the procedure painless!! I travel from NYC just to see him.

I have been a long term patient of Dr. Graham, and have had root canals, an implant, in addition to routine dental care. Dr Graham is excellent. In addition to doing excellent work, he is a genuinely nice man who makes you feel at ease while patiently answering your questions and explaining the procedures. He also goes above and beyond if there is an emergency. I had a tooth nerve that was dying and was in eye popping pain. He saw me right away, and rather than have me wait over the weekend, he came in the next day and opened early to do the procedure I needed. Who does that anymore? A really wonderful dentist. The entire staff, from the front desk to the hygienists, is professional, courteous, and competent. This is a wonderful practice.

I have been Dr. Graham’s patient for many years and I can say that I have never had better dental care anywhere. His team reflects him – highly professional, expert in current techniques, caring, and friendly. From cleanings to crowns, I have always been treated with respect and attention to my comfort. Now, during the pandemic, Dr. Graham’s office had taken every precaution. Patients are asked to call to be admitted to the office, which has been outfitted with hand sanitizer when you enter, plexiglass for the front desk, doors for each treatment room and every staff member who treats you is in full PPE. One thing that has not changed is the caring professional service that I receive. I highly recommend Dr. Graham’s practice to anyone looking for an outstanding patient experience.

I have been a patient of Dr. Graham and his staff members since I relocated to Connecticut in the mid-1980’s and his Doctor-patient relationship is the best I have ever experienced in 68 years. The office is happy, positive, friendly, warm and welcoming and Dr. Graham is a dedicated professional continually training and studying new developments in dentistry. I moved out of the Hartford area several years ago and have changed all of my medical providers since then except Dr. Graham…and will continue to drive 90 minutes each way to see him and his staff for as long as I can drive.

This is the best dentist office I have been too. I had an implant started and I was so scared from what I was being told by my friends but with the help of Molly and Kenvia making sure I was comfortable and okay the let me know I was in good hands. I trusted them and they stayed with me the entire time. Dr. Graham did a excellent job. I never felt any pain during the process. When I went home my mouth was very soar but the office check on me to make sure I was doing okay. I called the office and told them because of my experience I am ready for my next implant. Betsy and Rachel are also the best. Service is always done with a smile.

Going to Dr. Graham’s office is like visiting with old friends, always a smile and good word on the way in and the way out, and “Painless”! The entire staff is like family, warm and friendly, but also professional, making you feel at ease the moment you walk into the office. Each major procedure is explained in fine detail, and insurance estimates are made with accuracy prior to the work being started. I couldn’t be happier with all the dental services I have received over these many years, from Drs. Gerald Graham and Laura Holden and their entire staff. I actually started with these dental associates in 1974 with their predecessor and former associate, Dr. Peter Gassner, until he retired in 2004, and I’ve stayed with them through three office relocation moves, even though each one took them a little farther away from me in South Glastonbury, (19 miles). However, I can say with all confidence, I would never go anywhere else. They are well worth the travel. Give them a call and tell ’em I sent you.

Since moving to CT in 1985. saw the ad for the “smile team”. 35 years later I would not voluntarily go anywhere else. Do 2-3 cleanings per year, brush and floss regularly, and you’ll avoid big issues and the big bills and pain/suffering that go with fixing thing too late. If you have a Fidelco pup…they may allow it in.

I have been happily going to Dr. Graham for well over 25+ years! If I could give him 10 stars I would! I was referred to him by a coworker, back when I had been experiencing tooth pain for almost two weeks, that my previous dentist could not solve. They fit me in that day and l have been going to Dr. Graham ever since he quickly gave me the immediate relief I needed! I always feel extremely confident that he and his entire staff will provide excellent care of any of my dental needs. They all work together as an extremely professional, efficient, gentle, caring and friendly team that always are very informative whenever I need any work done. I also have to give a shout out to Eileen who has been my excellent dental hygentist. The office is always extremely clean and was updated to meet all the latest protocols needed during this pandemic.
