I have now had four visits with the new owners, and they – not only met – but exceeded my expectations. While I thought the old practice was modern and up to the latest technology, Dr. Narra and her staff take this (and patient service) to a new level. I like their in-house prepayment plan, which covers my semi-annual cleanings/checkups as well as 20% off any procedures, which has already saved me over $500 already. But the thing that “blew me away” was the fact that they can fabricate permanent crowns on site, with computer technology and a 3D printer! I have had two misfitting crowns replaced from a decade or more ago, and it was unbelievable to me that I walked out in about two hours with my new crown, rather than have to come back for multiple fittings and adjustments. Highly recommended.

I have had the extreme pleasure of being a patient of Dr. Narra and her staff for 3 years now. The staff is amazing inside and out. They know my name when I walk in the office and treat me like a family member. They couldn’t be happier to see me. With every phone call the seem truly happy to have me as a client. Then there is Dr. Narra, she is WONDERFUL!!! Dr. Narra make you feel like you are her only patient. She explains everything in terms that anyone can understand. She listens to you!!! It’s been 16 years since I visited a dentist… yeah I know that’s my bad. But I can say that place was amazing and very helpful. I was worried I was going to be a little looked down upon because I haven’t been in a while and my teeth are a mess. It was the exact opposite! Not only were they able to squeeze me in the day I called but they were very helpful in explain what all needs to be done and how it all works. No judgement from them at all if anything there encouraging and nice about helping understand what I need to do to get on the right track. The staff was crazy friendly right when I walked in the door. They helped me get all my paper work filled out before even got there by emailing it to me. They explained what all my dental insurance would cover. That insurance stuff can get a little confusing at times so huge thanks for that. Overall I’m glad I went and am looking forward to visit again to get a deep clean and whatever else is needed. Highly recommend and suggest to those that are a little nervous about dentist.

These Ladies Are Amazing! They helped my daughter out so much. She developed white spots on her gums that were extremely painful and caused swelling. I called them and they fit her right in. I’m so glad they not only know what they are doing but they are up to date on there technology. She was given laser treatment and instantly felt better. They even held her hand and told her she was doing great and she would be ok which for a child made her feel comforted. They called a few hours later to check on her, then again the next day.

I hadn’t been to a dentist in over 10 years due to bad experiences my last few trips to the dentist. I have a sensitive tooth and cavities so I figured it was time to take care of it. After doing research on yelp and google, I made the decision to give the AZ Cosmetic & Family Dental on Thunderbird a try after reading all the positive reviews and the satisfaction of patient care. I must say I am beyond satisfied with the Entire staff! All the way from initially setting up to be a patient the girls on the phone where most informative and very kind and patient. They answered all my questions to the fullest. And even emailed me all the paperwork ahead of time so I can fill it out and electronically send it back to them great way to save time. They followed up with me enrolling as a patient with a greeting call welcoming me to their office And asking if I had any more questions or concerns before my appointment ( also Reminding me of my appointment date) . Today I showed up for my appointment upon walking in the door the receptionist already knew who I was. She greeted me with a new patient package containing a new electrical toothbrush, toothpaste, Some Chapstick which is funny because of my daughter needed Chapstick at that moment. I also received a free whitening treatment through the Yelp app. She just required a few final signatures and the office had me seated in less than 10 minutes from walking in the door. The hygiene specialist that saw me it was top notch really caring and very informative. I received the best cleaning I have probably ever had in my life and the best personal care for my concerns. This was The most detailed First visit to a new dentist I have ever received. I will admit I had a little anxiety before walking into the office but once they sent me down in the chair and went over anything and I talked to The hygienist she sent me at ease and proceeded With my Appointment taking detailed x-rays and a top-notch cleaning and polishing. After the polishing the doctor came in and did her examination what is a hygienist and they documented results And the work that needs to be done. After my appointment I was lead back to the reception desk and given a full financial breakdown of all the work that needs to be done and they set me up with the next best date for an appointment. I’m a see if you have had a bad experience previously had other dentist give a Z cosmetic and family dentistry a try and you will not be disappointed. They have the finest staff I have ever had and top Notch equipment to get the job done professionally thank you again AZ cosmetic family dentistry. You have another Satisfied patient that will be coming back for all my dental needs.

I always have a wonderful experience when I come here and that says a lot when talking about going to a dentist. Dr. Narra has not only a very strong expertise in dentistry but the best chair side manner anyone could ask for. The staff is just out of this world. I never leave without laughing at least a dozen times and a smile on my face, and that’s without nitrous. Becky does my teeth cleaning and I do admit that I am not the best at brushing and flossing every day but she does not judge or scold me. The biggest thing I can’t say enough about this staff is they care. They care about their jobs and most importantly they care about their patients. And that is just amazing!!

It had been several years of neglected dental care in my part for personal reasons. I always had high anxiety with dental visits previously due to poor care or dislike of work given to me. I decided that I needed to halt my neglect and receive dental care and management so I decided to go to Az Cosmetic & Family Dentistry, which my husband recommended from his visit and care. From the first call I felt that my needs were going to be met. They stayed in contact with me up to the day of my appointment, which deescalated my anxiety. My daughter is a freshman at the ASU west campus. She had some fillings done at home in Oregon prior to leaving for school. Once at school she developed sharp pains in one of her filled teeth. Deciding that it couldn’t wait until winter break when she could come home to her regular dentist, I sought out one near her campus. By sheer fantastic luck, I happened to pick AZ Cosmetic and Family Dentistry. Within the first 15 seconds of the initial phone call, I knew my daughter was going to be on great hands. They were not only accommodating (they were able to get her in for an appointment the same afternoon), but very reassuring. Being so far away, I was obviously concerned about where I was sending her to receive dental care. After the appointment, Anne called me personally to explain their findings. She took the time to again reassure me, answer any questions and encourage me to let my daughter know that if she ever had any problems, to please call them immediatley… even after hours. It’s always difficult to find a dentist, figure out your benefits and keep your fingers crossed that it’s not going to be an arm and a leg. I did some research, saw the very good reviews and called to make an appointment. I was not initially able to make the appointment due to lack of coverage, which I thought I had, but they went above and beyond to investigate and make me at ease. When I did have coverage, I made an appointment and the entire staff could not have been nicer. The dentist is not my favorite thing to do (is it anyone’s?), but I was felt very much at ease through the cleaning, x-rays, etc. Dr. Narra went through what work I needed in detail; I was not made to feel as if I was being taken for a ride. She shows you what the issue is and how it can be handled. I ended up having to have subsequent fillings and needed a cap. All handled very professionally. My boyfriend needed a dentist and I referred him to Dr. Narra. He has been very, very happy with his experience, and he is a tough cookie when it comes to dealing with doctors! We highly recommend Dr. Narra and her wonderful staff.

Oh my goodness, I love this office so much! From the moment you walk into the office you are greeted by the most amazing front desk staff ever! They make you feel comfortable and at ease, like you are hanging out with your own friends. Make your way to the back and you have an amazing team there as well that eases your obvious nervousness (duh, dentists unfairly have a bad wrap) they also make you feel like you are a part of their family and take care of you through all the steps: from the procedure, to post op to financial assistance. I had an appointment for a regular cleaning a few months ago and was reminded about a crown that Dr Narra had recommended I take care of. My hubby and I are planning to do some traveling in the next couple of months, so I didn’t want to have any emergencies arise while on our trips. What a terrible thought of having a dental emergency when you’re traveling out of town! My mind raced…..Who do I call? Who do I trust? Do they take my insurance? So well before our first trip, I decided to make an appointment and just get this crown done. Not only did I get this crown done, but I was 1 and done. Meaning, Dr Narra and her team does 1 day crowns, Y’all! I didn’t have to deal with the usual issues of having a temporary crown or waiting a couple weeks to get the permanent crown return from the lab. Jamie and Lety (who assisted Dr Narra) really took care of me, making sure I was comfortable at all times, not drowning, and playing my favorite 70’s light rock on Pandora Radio in my treatment room. They even showed me my crown being milled right there in their lab. Amazeballs! My crown was cemented and adjusted to my liking, and I was back to my routine in no time. This Family Dentistry is the best! Dr. Narra and her team are well versed in their respective areas. They are educational towards your individual needs, kind, caring & want to make sure every patient is treated like a close friend. When I had to get the dreaded “Novacane Shot”, I was assured by the dental hygienist that Dr. Narra is the best at administering the procedure and I would not feel it. Of course we all know that is impossible however now I know it’s possible since I didn’t feel it! After sharing this great news with my husband (which of course he couldn’t believe) he needed to visit Dr. Narra for some major dental work that required the dreaded needle and guess what he came home saying? “It didn’t hurt!” It is wonderful having a dentistry where you love the dentist & every staff member!

Just WOW! Another treasure found through Yelp and I am forever grateful. “A dentist office a treasure?” you say? Once you experience this place, you will agree. I’m not proud to admit this but after years of finding excuses to not see a dentist, I decided that enough was enough and pushed myself to make an appointment here. When I first entered the office, I was immediately greeted by the front staff. I was able to check in right away and start on filling out the patient forms. I found the waiting area to be clean, comfortable, and organized. The overall office is very modern and some aspects quite high tech. It was very clear to me that the staff is committed to providing the best possible service and I was reminded of that throughout my time spent here. I did have to make some follow up calls a few days after my first visit and the ladies who answered were incredibly warm and friendly. On vacation this week I had a dental emergency and was SO lucky to find a dentist nearby to fill a front tooth cavity. Not many people can say they live going to the dentist, but I love coming here. My hygienist, Amanda, is one of the kindest, gentlest people I have ever met. She always makes me laugh and doesn’t make me feel horrible for the things I don’t do regularly that I probably should. Dr. Narra and all the other doctors are super nice. I recently had to go in for 2 crowns and was seen by Dr. Sadykov. She was so nice and did everything she could to make sure I was comfortable. Having your mouth open for that long while they prep for 2 crowns tends to make your jaw very sore. She made sure I was comfortable at all times and then took a little extra time, once the crowns we’re seated, to make sure my bite was perfect. One of the crowns they were able to make in office and the other had to be sent out to a lab. The one they made in office fits perfectly. I used to have a little pocket between my teeth that always caught food and they were able to adjust the new crown so I no longer have that issue. My 2nd crown that was sent out fits like a glove. I had some issues with the temp crown as I wear a night guard, also made at the office, and it popped off the temp. Crystal was so nice in helping me get it fixed and also gave me a little care package for at home maintenance if it were to happen again while I was waiting for the permanent crown. Good thing she did, as I needed it again because I don’t follow directions very well. Hahaha The front office is always happy and nice and nobody is better at getting you the best bang for your buck than Anne. I swear she is all knowing. I have 2 more crowns that need to be replaced and I can honestly say I can’t wait to go back in.

I recently went in for a long overdue cleaning and x-rays and exam, Initially I was hesitant to go in because of my concerns regarding the pandemic, Fortunately my concerns were put at ease very quickly as I entered the building. They had plenty of signage encouraging social distancing as well as proper sanitary precautions, the receptionists had individual sneeze guards at their desks and they took my temperature right away upon entering the building. It felt pretty cool that the receptionists remembered me from my last visit. I really appreciated that they laid out my treatment plan in a way that did not require my mouth to be completely numb all at once and not as costly all at once. When I was done getting my teeth cleaned, on my way out they gave me a really great electric toothbrush. This is my husband’s family dentist and I am grateful to keep that tradition going.

First off, let me start this review to just say I had never been a fan of going to the dentist, but now I weirdly love it. The staff here is unparalleled in kindness and courtesy. They are genuine and know who I am. When I first came to them I had not been to any dentist in about 5 or 6 years… I had a few cavities but they were quick and kind in addressing the issues. After all my cavities had been fixed I opted into the Kor whitening treatment they offer. My teeth were a bit yellow but my main concern were individual spots of discoloration. After the 2 weeks at home I could already see a slight difference and after the in office treatment my teeth looked so much whiter (picture attached). I have nothing but great things to say about this office and there incredible staff!

What a great dentist experience. I was way more nervous than I cared to admit because I have not gone to the dentist in roughly 3 years. The front staff was nothing short of amazing, super friendly. They also let you know the cost of everything BEFORE hand so it’s not a surprise at the end which I truly appreciated. The dental hygienist was so great I thought she was the actual dentist! She even played music that I liked while cleaning my teeth, such a small detail but for people with anxiety something so small could help significantly. I felt like she was way more gentle on my teeth but somehow got them so much more clean than previous dentists I’ve seen. Both the hygienist and dentist were so thorough and made a plan that made sense to me both financially and health-wise. Over-all this was the easiest and best dental experience I have ever had. I won’t be able to write enough superlatives about Dr Narra and her entire staff. I’m here from out of town and of course had a dental issue. Called on Sat and Anna (I think that was her name) apologized bc no dentist was on site. Within 10 minutes Dr Narra called me back from a conference she was attending. Talked through symptoms and temporary pain relief. I immediately liked her style and compassion. Made an appt for today at 10 am. Was greeted warmly by the front office staff. Say bye bye to loads of paperwork as a new patient. All info loaded on an iPad. Barely sat down when Becky the hygienist came and warmly greeted me and took me back. She went over all the issues I was experiencing. Talked me through every step of X-rays, her exam and what her findings were and possible issues. She was more thorough then some dentists. She was quite qualified, professional, informed and considerate. Asking during her probing was i ok. Has a great style and personality. After her exam she summoned Dr Narrar. Not by yelling for her. They have a radio system similar to Secret Service. Very quietly communicated she was ready for her and what room. In comes the smiling and warm Dr Narrar. Remembered our conversation on Saturday. She and Becky together discussed findings and options for treatment. And was so kind to ask and extend her care about my Dad whose battling pancreatic cancer. That’s why I’m here in Phx from CA. They both shared many reasons why i was having the issues I am. They are both experienced and highly educated with technical info as well as human compassion. I decided to have some laser treatment of the troubled area. Full disclosure, like most I don’t like dental procedures and shots. Who does. I NEVER felt the novacaine shot Becky gave me. Not even a pinch. She did numb me with some topical ointment first. Have had that previously but always felt the injections. Not this time, not even a pinch. Dr Narra came back in. Scheduled a follow up for Thursday with Becky. I shook Dr Narra’s hand she offered a hug with all my family and I r facing. Same for the front office when I left. I’m leaving out lots of informative info they provided. Here’s my point of u need a dentist u MUST run, not walk to 5757 W 57th Ave. She and her staff are the exception not the rule of dentistry. If I lived here this practice would b my dentist. They are all amazing. Hope this helps whoever reads this.

Update May 14th. Finally got in to see Dr. Narra, she was awesome, as was Leti. I want to mention that the appointment was delayed on my end, not the practice. I had no wiggle room at work, they did try to get me in sooner. This was a great overall experience and the reason that I continued to come back to this place prior to my bad experience. I will be getting a new crown in a couple weeks and hopefully a mouth guard to protect my teeth at night. Dr. Narra was not my previous dentist, but will continue to see her if possible. She asks questions and really tries to get to know her patients and find the root of the problem, not just slapping a temp fix on it until the next time. Perhaps if there were more like her that took the time to ask and listen, people wouldn’t hate going.

Several years ago, my wife found Dr. Narra’s practice near where she works in Glendale. We live in Desert Ridge so I wasn’t thrilled about driving across town to go to a dentist. However, I can say now I don’t want to go anywhere else. The quality and customer service we see from her practice is amazing. My most recent experience is having a crown installed. After having the temporary crown installed a few weeks ago, the permanent crown was ready for install. During the visit, Dr. Narra and her assistant, Crystal, were not happy with how the crown fit my tooth so they took new impressions and re-installed the temporary crown. About 10 days later, they installed the new crown and after taking an x-ray, it was a perfect fit…you could barely tell it was a crown as it looked almost identical to the adjacent tooth without a crown. I had zero pain following the installation of the permanent crown…Thanks to Dr. Narra and her staff for taking such good care of me and making sure the job was done right and to perfection! Don’t hesitate to use this practice if you are looking for a Dentist….they are amazing!

I have been with Dr Narra since she took over my previous dentist’s practice. She and her staff take excellent care of me, I am not an easy patient. They make going to the dentist as enjoyable as possible! Since my last review I have developed kidney failure. Now when I have dental procedures I need to be pre-medicated. Because I need to pre-medicate for procedures, if I need additional procedures they try to do them the same day for me. They try not to make me schedule for another day if they can squeeze me in without disrupting their schedule.

AZ Cosmetic & Family Dentistry made my visit so easy and seamless. scheduling was super fast and easy. I had to reschedule my appointment at some point and called to notify them outside of their business hours and they literally text me the same day to tell me they were sorry I had to miss my appointment and I was able to reschedule with them all through text. Super convenient! The day of my appointment I was taken back almost as soon as I got there and I was in and out in no time. Everyone was super nice and friendly and were very thorough. I’ll definitely be coming and I would recommend this place to all my friends and family.

I recently went in for a long overdue cleaning and x-rays and exam, Initially I was hesitant to go in because of my concerns regarding the pandemic, Fortunately my concerns were put at ease very quickly as I entered the building. They had plenty of signage encouraging social distancing as well as proper sanitary precautions, the receptionists had individual sneeze guards at their desks and they took my temperature right away upon entering the building. It felt pretty cool that the receptionists remembered me from my last visit. I really appreciated that they laid out my treatment plan in a way that did not require my mouth to be completely numb all at once and not as costly all at once. When I was done getting my teeth cleaned, on my way out they gave me a really great electric toothbrush. This is my husband’s family dentist and I am grateful to keep that tradition going.

AMAZING!! Went here for the first time last week namely because I was curious about the cute new dental clinic down the street and also because it had been a year and a half since my last cleaning. I had been planning to find a new dentist over the summer because my last one stopped carrying my insurance but with COVID that got derailed, but I’m glad I had to wait because that gave me an excuse to wait for this location to open up! You can book online which is something I appreciate and you can save a lot of time by uploading your insurance info then. The waiting room is super cute and chic and all the front desk staff were very friendly. I got my temperature taken right away (I’m grateful they’re taking steps to ensure patient and staff safety) and it took less than 10 min to fill out the initial new patient intake paperwork. The real star of the show was my dental hygienist Becky. She is THE BEST hygienist I’ve ever had and I say that as someone who has never had a bad hygienist. She really took the time to explain all of my radiographs and pictures of my teeth and what areas she was concerned about and why. My meeting with the dentist was quick, she seemed nice but luckily I didn’t have any carries or other issues so it was brief. Becky then did the most thorough and thoughtful cleaning I’ve ever had and got rid of every coffee stain. I couldn’t believe the before and after pictures (which is something I’ve never gotten before with a dentist!). I can’t recommend this place enough. 15/10
