I had Dr. Parker and Barb put a crown on a tooth Tuesday afternoon.  First I was surprised that they could fit me in at 4:00 PM–made my work schedule easier for sure.  After just two hours and very little discomfort I had a perfectly fitting permanent crown in place–no waiting for a lab to make the crown, it was done with high tech equipment on site.  Dr. Parker apologized a bit for being a “perfectionist” while I was in the chair, but it paid off. Wednesday morning my mouth, my bite, everything felt perfectly normal, I was chomping almonds for lunch.  AZ Family Dental is great from Dr Parker to the Hygienists and assistants to Peggy and Marcie at the front desk.  Highly recommend them to everyone who wants their dental work done right the first time with very little discomfort and terrific convenience!

I have been to AZ Family Dental for three different issues, two of which were emergencies. I cannot say enough about Dr. Parker and his staff. Not only did they fit me in for both emergencies, but the work Dr. Parker does is fantastic. He and his staff treat patients with such kindness and professionalism. They explain everything they need to do and the resulting work is without fault. It is one of the few medical offices that you can call and actually get a real person to answer the phone. Marcy is fantastic and somehow always manages to get you in when you need to be seen. The office also has modern, top of the line equipment and procedures. I cannot say enough about AZ Family Dental! Thank you Dr. Parker and your staff once again for a great job!

I’ve been going to this office for years (even before the practice changed hands) and every time I am met with a smile, kindness and gentleness that you would not expect from a dentist and his staff.  I go into an appointment with a confidence that I didn’t normally have with any other dental visit before. For the first time in my life I am not afraid to go to the dentist. Even after my first root canal, I can still say that is true.  I feel assured that I am in safe hands not only in the office but when an emergency arises. After trying to stick it out over the weekend, I broke down and called the doctor at 5 o’clock in the morning on a Sunday to which I was helped with genuine concern. Another nice aspect about this practice is that they remember you. They aren’t so big that they forget their case or forget to call you when you’ve had a procedure earlier that day. It’s nice to be considered a person and not just a paying patient. I highly recommend them to anyone especially those who are skeptical about dentists.

Very good experience at AZ Family Dental!    Office staff is very professional and friendly. Dental assistant is friendly and very knowledgeable. Dental chair looks out on a fountain.   Big screen TV to view, while dental work being done. Dr Parker spends time going over your health history and X-rays.  He shows in detail what may be wrong with your teeth.    His dental work is painless and exceeds the standards of other dentists. This is a dental office that I would recommend. I have been to many dentists, but not one as caring as this one.   This office genuinely cares about the patients that come to their office.

I must say I have found the BEST west coast dentist practice – I’m home.  Having quite a bit of dental experience in my background since I’ve had major work in my mouth for years – I must say the Dr. Parker is at the top of his game.  He’s personable, gentle, extremely skilled and has great staff and assistants that fluently orchestrate the patient experience from beginning to end. Never have I waited for more than 5 minutes for an appointment, even when I’m the one disrtupting the schedule with an emergency.  Never have I experienced ANY pain in ANY procedure, the whole team has been trained to make sure the patient is always comfortable and is treated with the utmost care and respect.  I love my dentist practice and tell anyone that will listen how great this team is.  Thank you for having me as a patient, I’m so grateful.

LOVE this place! I relocated from CA to AZ and we needed a new dentist – this location is very nice, neat and clean – everyone is cleaning and very well maintained. The front office staff is great!   I saw both Doctors – they are patient, efficient, and explain all – their assistants are wonderful!  So helpful and take time to explain all and your comfort is the best.   EXCELLENT care to my husband and I – I give it 5 stars! The ONLY SLIGHT and i mean SLIGHT “ding” – is the dentist that does the cleaning the lady – she is a little messy – I don’t feel she takes the time on each tooth – and the polishing either- she seems to be all over the place – she did “OK” – but it wasn’t the best. She could use some retraining – the Dentist need her to do the cleaning on them! But don’t let that stop you – you may experience something different than we did –  this place is AMAZING!

A-Z Family Dental, to start with the name says it all. But from the beginning, when first coming to Arizona out 3 years ago I first went to my fathers’ dentist, “wrong move” after being almost drowned when they cleaned my teeth and then having the dentist continually tell me that I would ned to come every 3 months for a check-up that was his rule. I then made a definite statement saying: ‘I am out of here’! Luckily it was very soon that I found A-Z Family Dental. What a great find for sure. Walk through the door and a smile and ready to take care of business, Marcy gets things done and makes a definite impression of professionalism and a very friendly atmosphere. Cannot say enough about the staff, a smile, courteous, professional. Mondi who takes care of cleaning is an expert and an experience of pleasure in getting your teeth clean and feeling good. Then you get to see Dr. Parker, a smile, professional and let me tell you a no kidding let’s do the best thing for you and your teeth. No wasted recommendations. If he can save a tooth he will, if he has to get something done on it, then it is a good idea to follow his advice. His interest is for the patient. Now I am not a great lover of dentistry, however A-Z Family Dental makes it rewarding in the long run. The name says it all you will feel like family. No frills at the patients cost, reasonable (at least in my experience) cost. Works with the patient for the patient. You are going to feel like family.

I had my teeth cleaned and it was an absolutely flawless experience. Susie, the hygienist was skilled in her procedures, and pleasant to talk with. People sometimes abhor going to the dentist, but I can truthfully say that I actually enjoyed having my teeth cleaned! I am also relieved that I regularly brush and floss under the recommendations of Dr. Parker. Wise advice for anyone.
