Just started with this office a few months ago and I have been extremely pleased with their dental services. Everyone that I have interacted with at this office was very professional and pleasant. Dr Kern also took the time to explain what work he was about to do and why it was necessary. It is a very well run office and I would highly recommend.

I had to go in this morning and everybody was so sweet to me even though I had neglected my teeth for a while since I don’t have insurance at this time. The doctor and Vanessa and the front staff were just interested in me not hurting. And I so very much appreciate that!

I love their handheld X-ray. It’s less obtrusive and minimal radiation. I love new technology, particularly in science / medical fields. All staff are cordial. I appreciate professional staff who explain what they are going to do before they do it. Great experience. People who dread going to the dentist, have never been HERE!

Very friendly, and it it not rushed….. The front desk, the hygienists, and the dentist make routine teeth maintenance pleasant. This sounds weird, but they make dentistry not a dreaded event anymore. For those folks who are “hesitant” about routine dental work or already have know issues, do not procrastinate anymore. It doesn’t need to hurt any longer. for those of you, like me, who have been “too busy”, make time and make an appointment. Being new to the area, I feel fortunate to have this dental practice available.

The staff at Azalea City Dental are fantastic! As someone who doesn’t like going to the dentist it really helps that they make you feel so comfortable and really care about their patients! I called this morning in extreme pain and they had me in without an appointment in under 20 mins!

Our 1st visit at Azalea City was Great. Bridget our hygienist was Fabulous, Dr Kern was a super nice guy and the front staff Angie and Rose were super sweet. Before I left I booked my husband and my other daughter an appt. The office was extremely clean and a fresh feeling the moment we walked in. So happy to have found a Great place for my family!

First visit was excellent! All were friendly and professional. Hygienist was knowledgeable and thorough. The dentist took time to address my concerns, and we easily developed a plan of care that worked within my insurance coverage and budget needs. Scheduling my future appointments was easy, and I’ll finally be able to fix problems with previous dental work (from elsewhere). Cost is very reasonable. Highly recommend!

Best dentist I have ever been to! They will make you want to come back any chance you can get! Everyone is super nice, and Dr. Kern will keep you laughing the entire time! I’ve always had bad dental anxiety, but they pretty much cured me of that! They work with you and go out of their way to make you comfortable.

From the lobby to the exam room, the staff is friendly and professional, and all went out of their way to make me and my daughter, who is 3 years old, feel welcome and comfortable. Dr. Kern is knowledgeable and explains his findings with easy to understand terminology. Dr. Lovell and Susan were excellent with my 3-year-old’s FIRST DENTIST APPOINTMENT and left her begging to comeback again. The location is excellent, even if I-10/bayway is congested, as the alternative route via 90/98 is quicker. This is an exceptional dental office that welcomes and treats your entire family’s dental needs. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!

Such an amazing doctor and staff! I tend to get a bit of anxiety when it comes to the dentist, but everyone here was so nice and talked to me the whole time. I didn’t just feel like a number. It made my dental experience the best yet! 10/10 would definitely recommend!

Having just relocated from the East coast we needed to find a quality dental office. Azalea City Dental was a great find! Vanessa our hygienist was so welcoming, professional & did an excellent job cleaning our teeth. Her technique was painless & very thorough. We met with both dentists afterwards & were equally pleased.

Since I am a person with a few bad experiences with dentists I made my appointment with Dr. Kern filled with anxiety. For others of you with the same anxiety as I had let me assure you…..MY VISITS HAVE BEEN SO POSITIVE. He and his staff are thorough, professional and caring. I can’t say enough good things about these folks.

Great staff all around. We have recently moved to the area and needed a new dentist. The front desk ladies (especially Rose) are great. They have helped get my entire family into the dentist. We have had to change appointments a couple of times due to family schedule changes. They accommodated with no issues or long waits. Whenever we go, we never wait more 15 minuets before being seen. The waiting are is clean and inviting with cold water and keurig for coffee. The entire staff is great and friendly (dentist and hygienists). The entire place is clean and updated with a modern feel.

First visit. Had a crown problem over the weekend and couldn’t get a call back from my regular dentist. Azalea City was able to work me in Monday before my dentist could even return my call. The office was very nice and modern. Staff was all very friendly and informative. I was able to squeeze in my annual checkup and cleaning while I was there which saved me followup time. Dr. Kern was very friendly and explained things well. They were able to salvage my existing crown to save me some money. The hygienist was very thorough without being heavy-handed. A really great experience overall. I’m happy to say they’re my new dentist going forward.

I had a crown replacement done and I absolutely love my results. The color is a perfect match and it looks so natural. Also, I like to add how wonderfully my dentist novocaine injections were and I could not feel and discomfort or pain. Thank you Azalea City Dental. Sincerely,

Just had an incredible first experience here. Every single person I saw was so kind and personable, from the front desk person to my hygienist to Dr. Kern. They’re such nice people and my teeth were cleaned very thoroughly. My hygienist was very knowledgeable beyond what I would have expected as was Dr. Kern. 10/10 would recommend!
