We have been going to this practice since my oldest was in 5th grade. Through the years Dr. Badalamenti and his daughter, Ann Marie, have been taking care of my four children’s orthodontic needs! They have done a great job putting their fears to rest while at the same time, insuring that the Fowler clan was doing what they needed to do in regards to their oral health and the care of their braces! My experience at badalamenti was great, my teeth look amazing i just got my braces off and before i had them my teeth were very messed up. they are now so straight and perfect looking. they are quick with the appointments when you get there, you sign in and almost right away you are called back. they get things done quick and easy so you arent sitting there waiting in the chair forever. i would recommend going here!

When I first walked in, the environment was warm and welcoming. The staff was super nice and helpful, too! I was called back right on time and was taken care of promptly. I cannot remember everyone’s name, but the woman who took my x-rays and pictures was super friendly, knowledgeable and fun to talk with. The woman who inputted all of my information was also fun and informative. I had the doctor’s daughter come in to see me and she was very nice and honest. She very easily could have talked me into a very expensive treatment, but told me that was not the best route for me. I’m so happy with my experience that I will begin bringing my son there next month when you open your new location right by my house! 🙂

My family has been seeing Dr. Badalamenti for 4 years now and we couldn’t be happier with their services. From the first appointment to our most recent appointment (we just celebrated getting braces OFF!), they treat you like family. The kids like all the staff members and feel comfortable enough around them to ask questions about their treatment. Paying for braces isn’t the easiest but Dr. Badalamenti worked with my budget, especially since I have multiple kids under his care! This orthodontics has been such a nice and easy ride. I have been able to go in every 6-8 weeks and get my check up super easily. I go in swipe my card “Welcome Rafe Affas” pops up and i just wait. The staff was always very friendly and helped me make appointments that fit with my schedule. I was getting braces as an adult and sometimes wanted additional information and was given a better explanation of things when I asked. Everyone was very knowledgeable and always polite. You could see that they have a staff that is like a family as well as a highly efficient team, which is very great to see. The only differences I would have liked is getting more information about procedures and upcoming appointments / steps without having to dig for it and possibly having a more aggressive procedure done. I think everyone did their best to make sure having braces was not terribly uncomfortable which was nice but I would have rather have them be more painful and take less time (if that would have been possible). That being said, the people here are wonderful and I am grateful that I had such an excellent team of experts on my side through this experience.

Recently I brought my daughter in to see Dr. B, while we are both eager to get her actual braces on, her ortho plan is a two stage process, and right now we are in between stages. Dr. B was great!! He brought me back into the patient area and really took the time to show me what was going on with my daughters teeth, and what we should be watching and why we are waiting. With his high tech 3D xray that he took and the time he spent with us, I left with a perfect understanding of what was going on. It’s a great feeling when you can just your doctor!
