Dr. Bagley took over this practice after Dr. Temple’s retirement. I wasn’t sure how this would work out because through all the dentist I have seen in the past I was very fond of Dr. Temple. Well, it’s been a couple years now and I must say that Dr. Bagley has been a pleasant surprise. I would say he ranks at the top for dentist in Guilford County. Though I haven’t had anything major done aside from a cavity filling, redoing of a tooth that had an issueand a couple other minor things he has always done a superb job and never caused me pain. I recommend him for all your general needs. As for the staff, I have no complaints. Always happy and greeted with a smile. The hygienist here are awesome and they do a great job. Two thumbs up!!!

I love their 7 AM appointments! It allows me to get in, get done and get on my way to work without using up a bunch of my leave. There’s very little delay in scheduling an appointment or for procedures. The staff & Dr Bagley are so nice. And I really like the added space and design they added within the last year.

I’ve had numerous dental experiences throughout my life. I’ve been a Bagley customer for a few years. Without a doubt Bagely offers top notch services from all of their staff members. My hygienist, Angie, is wonderful. I used to travel from Cary, NC just to get my teeth cleaned by her. I’ve never had an issue, and if I did I’m positive they would be great about addressing my concerns. Here’s another example of their excellent service. I recently lost my crown and I was hesitant to text Dr. Bagley because it was a Sunday. I reached out to him to explain the situation and he immediately offered to see me that evening. Though I did not, he scheduled me the very next day without hesitation. After my procedure, he followed up with me directly to see how I was doing. I didn’t feel he was doing so just because, but rather he was generally concerned with my situation.

I’m a videographer, and I was shooting a TV commercial inside a 100 year old steam locomotive. At the end of the shoot, I slipped as I was getting my camera down off the back of the coal chute and slammed my mouth into one of the steel doors, breaking off parts of two of my teeth. Before the day was over, Dr. Bagley had my smile fixed, better than before. He’s a doctor and an artist, and one of the most caring, compassionate, and competent dentists I’ve ever met. I highly recommend that you don’t slam your face into a train. But if you do, or even if it’s something less bizarre, I strongly recommend you go see Dr. Thomas Bagley.

Dr. Bagley is a fantastic dentist. His dental skill and equipment are strong, precise and advanced. He fixed my crown pain in one visit. My previous dentist cannot fix my crown pain and I suffered for 4 months. Eventually I am glad I found the right dentist this time at Next Door Dental. I brought my 6 year old daughter in for her annual cleaning and exam and it was a great experience. I have been coming to Dr. Bagley for a few years now and have always had good experiences. I came in this morning for some dental work and my anxiety was through the roof – they did such a good job making me feel better – I was only partially conscious, but I think Dr. Bagley sang me a song at one point! But most importantly, they were so gentle and did such a great job numbing my mouth that I had no pain throughout the entire procedure. Dr Bagley and his team have afforded me the first and only Dentist’s office that I both did not dread visiting and made me feel at ease at the same time. That is no small feat for an environment that traditionally causes grown adults and children alike to experience feelings of anxiety and fear. I look forward to Dental checkups and cleanings now for the first time in my life. Regardless of personalities or friendliness, all previous Dentists in my life still left me feeling “bummed out “ on any day I knew I had an upcoming appointment. That is no longer the case. This was my third visit to Next Door Dental and I’m feeling very much at home there. Everyone is super courteous and sweet, and trust me, that’s important if going to the dentist isn’t your favorite thing to do. Lol! Dr. Bagley and Dr. Danielle are great…completely trust them both with my dental care. Angie is my favorite hygienist, but I’m a little biased because I had previous experience with her years ago at my former dentist’s office. Overall, the atmosphere at NDD is very inviting. Kelley was my hygienist and she put me right as ease, and checked with me often to make sure I was doing okay during the different procedures.
