Seriously could this place be any more amazing for an orthodontist office. Not only does the coolest wooden door greet you as you walk up, but you walk in to a beautiful lobby with a castle like play area for the little kids, and beautiful sofa and chairs for the parents and older kids. To make this first visit even better my son had been very anxious about getting his braces process started and out walks a service dog. He walked right up to my son, sat for a minute smelled him then hopped right up to sit with him. My son was smiling ear to ear. This is no small feat my friends…he’s a teenager everything is usually grunts or eye rolls these days. The staff was wonderful and explained the process step by step. Dr Bailey was great and had my son talking and smiling. Glad we listened to friends and our primary dentist and chose Bailey Orthodontics.

Such a fantastic experience from beginning to end! Staff is very friendly, their office is totally streamlined and organized, and Dr. Bailey was wonderful! My daughter had braces put on by Dr. Bailey, and just had her last retainer check appointment yesterday. My son will need braces soon, and sees Dr. Bailey every six months (free of charge) to determine if he is ready yet, needs any treatment beforehand, and any needed xrays to determine how long he has to go until his adult teeth come in. Very customer service-oriented. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Also love the new therapy dog they have in-office to soothe any anxious patients.

My daughter is currently a patient at of Dr. Bailey. From my my experience, I can tell you that that the level of service he provides is five stars! (More if I could give them) We have had two situations in which my daughter was in pain caused by her wires and the office was closed (nothing from his workmanship, but due to movement of wires). Dr. Bailey came into his office to fix her discomfort! He truly goes above and beyond for his patients! Everyone knows that braces are not the most fun for anyone, but his office and staff definitely make the experience more pleasant! From the cheerful greetings, having a furry friend in the office, the rewards program, monthly quizzes to earn gift cards and the annual pool parties, Dr. Bailey and staff definitely help make braces more pleasant.

I am rarely blown away by a customer experience but WOW. Doing the right thing, being honest and advising your customers the best way to go even when it doesn’t benefit them. I had a consult with another orthodontist and it was quite opposite of the experience I had here. First the facility is very clean and very nice, the employees are friendly and professional. My son has been going here for one year now (approximately 6 months to go!). Customer service here is excellent!!!!! I have not had any issues with any staff members. As a matter of fact, I have felt they go above and beyone. For example, recently I left without making his next follow up appointment. The week before we were due for our next visit, they called me to schedule the appointment. I didn’t even have to call them! Those kinds of things make my life sooooo much easier! They offer many options to help you pay for the braces as well. Choices are always good! We have been pleased with the work so far and can’t wait to see the end result! They also have an annual pool party that they invite all of the patients to. They have a rewards program for the kiddos – the kids have a card that they bring in to each visit and they earn points that they can trade in for prizes (good ones, too!). I am the type of person that hates appointments of any kind especially doctors and dentists. I have never felt ill towards my son’s appointments here I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Bailey and his team.

Dr. BAILEY went above and beyond for us recently. Although my son is not a current patient, we called him on Labor Day in a panic. My son was going to be leaving the country for two years the next day and we realized we had forgotten to get a replacement retainer for him to take. He returned my message and met me at his office within 30 minutes! He made the impression and I picked up not one, but two retainers (just in case he lost one) that evening. He never once made us feel dumb or that we were an inconvenience to him. His sacrifice of time and his dedication to us was nothing short of a miracle in our situation. Seriously the best orthodontist in Arizona by far! When you walk up not only do you see the most beautiful wood door when you open it you walk right into an amazing awesome. Great decor, cozy chairs and even a castle like area for children. They also have an amazing emotional support dog Vader who is the most ovealbe dog ever. Four years ago we started an orthodontic journey. I was skeptical about starting so young (my boys were 8). One of the goals for their treatment was to decrease the amount of surgery that they would need in the future due to their cross bites. Today one of them finished his phase two of braces. Because of early intervention and amazing treatment he will most likely have NO SURGERY at all!! His twin brother still has a little while longer in braces, but we are hopeful for the same outcome. I went to Bailey Orthodontics for approximately two and a half years, and let me tell you, I’ve never had a bad experience with them. Quite frankly, everyone I know that has gone to Dr. Bailey’s office has said the same. The service is always stellar, both by Dr. Bailey and his assistants, as well as the front of the house. They have always been willing to book me an appointment if something goes awry with my braces, and they usually get me in immediately, whether it is later in the afternoon, the next morning, or right when I call. One time my wire bent on a Thursday afternoon after they had closed, but they called me back, and they even came in on a Friday when they aren’t even open in order to take care of that for me. If that doesn’t show how great of a clinic they are, I don’t know what will, other than the great atmosphere, the sincerity of the staff when they talk to you, the great incentives they create for their clients, or the quality of the treatment they provide. Even though I no longer have braces my girlfriend will go in for appointments, but when I go with they are still extremely friendly and ask how everything is with me, with school, my personal life as well as with my teeth. The atmosphere is great, and I recommend them to anyone that is in need of braces or other orthodontic work.

Located in Surprise, Arizona, we strive to help patients of all ages achieve beautiful, healthy, confident smiles! Dr. Spencer S. Bailey opened his orthodontic practice in Surprise, Arizona in February 2006 and treats patients from the Surprise, Waddell, Phoenix, Peoria, Glendale, El Mirage, Buckeye, Verrado, Wickenburg, Goodyear, Litchfield Park, Wittman and Avondale areas. He has been in the private practice of orthodontics since 2002. Dr. Bailey was born and raised in Utah where he earned a Bachelor's Degree in Medical Biology at the University of Utah. He then went on to earn a Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) Degree at Indiana University. Dr. Bailey furthered his educational training and expertise by obtaining a Master's Degree in Orthodontics at Indiana University. In order to provide his patients with the most up-to-date procedures in orthodontics, Dr. Bailey has served as the Speaker Chairman for the Arizona Orthodontic Study Group. He is an active member of the American Association of Orthodontists, Arizona Orthodontic Association, American Dental Association, Arizona Dental Association. I have been treating patients for over 10 years and have loved every moment. I come from a family of orthodontists, and knew from a young age that I wanted to make a positive difference in the lives of the people in my community. There's no better way to improve someone's confidence and self-esteem than with a smile! I feel very blessed to be in such a great profession. I was born and raised in Bountiful, Utah. I attended the University of Utah, earning my Bachelor of Science degree in Medical Biology and then continued on to Indiana University where I received both my Doctorate of Dental Surgery and my Master of Science degree in Dentistry. I am also board certified by the American Board of Orthodontics I provide my patients with the most up-to-date procedures in Orthodontics by attending multiple Continuing Education seminars each year.
