I was very satisfied with my one year of braces at Baker Orthodontics. While getting braces can be a very tough experience, they made it simple and friendly so I didn’t have to worry about any issues or get scared to go in for a checkup.. Whenever I came to the office I was greeted with smiles and warm welcomes, and if I had an issue they always made sure to help me fix it. I am both very satisfied with the service that was provided and how wonderfully my smile turned out. Thank you very much!

Dr. Baker and his staff are very professional, friendly and fun. Both of my teens are patients who have had palette expanders and braces. My daughter’s braces came off this week and she is delighted with the results. Their front office staff are friendly and helpful. We felt as if we understood the expectations of the process from start to finish. It was easy to make and change appointments. My daughter would recommend Dr. Baker to all of her friends.

It’s been a roller coaster ride the last year and a half and my braces are finally off. Half way through my treatment, I had an accident right before my jaw surgery that knocked out a few of my teeth. Had it not been for Dr. Baker, I would’ve been lost in the chaos with all the different specialists I needed to see and coordinate with. With this accident happening, my standard orthodontic treatment became a more complicated case and the amount of care and empathy really showed through with Dr. Baker and his team so I owe them the world. From my experience, Dr. Baker shows that he looks at every case individually and understands from a holistic point of view what would be the best outcome. His passion and knowledge shows that he really cares about the overall functionality of someone’s bite but also the overall balance between your jaw, teeth, and face. As far as the staff and office goes, all my appointments have been very timely and everyone I’ve interacted with are so kind and patient. If you’re looking for quality orthodontic treatment from a TRUE specialist, then look no further because I know that Dr. Baker is going to be the best.

I am very glad that my family chose Baker Orthodontics for my orthodontic treatment (an expander, braces, and corrective jaw surgery). Dr. Baker and his staff are amazing. Both our boys have been seeing him for the past two years. He is kind, calm and knowledgeable. The staff are warm and accommodating with scheduling. One of our sons just got out of braces and his teeth cannot be any more beautiful and straight. Our other son needed to go through braces and jaw surgery and back to braces, which we knew about before seeing Dr. Baker. Dr. Baker helped us with the referral and the selection of the surgeon. Dr. Baker has been treating my daughter and I for a few years now. We are SO incredibly grateful for him and his staff. In a way we have become family. My daughter and I came in for the same reasons, but our journeys were far from the same. Dr. Baker and his team have made our journeys seamless, and without any worry or hiccups. Dr. Baker and his team are just incredible. My smile will never be the same. I had my braces done here and the results were life changing! The environment was friendly and inviting and was enjoyable from the beginning. We have never experienced any problems, and always looked forward to being greeted with warm smiles. Confidence when smiling is a feeling everyone should have. Choosing my orthodontist Dr Baker to perfect my smile has been an excellent experience. As a child I never had braces but as an adult wanted to have a few teeth straightened out to make me confident in my smile once again. At Dr Baker’s office, I am always greeted by a friendly staff, followed by a quick check in. On my first visit my treatment plan was explain by Dr Baker including how long it would take, the significant health benefits (I had no idea it was not just cosmetic) and why he was recommending the specific treatment plan. Scheduling my follow up appointments is always easy which is important to me because I travel for work. His staff is also amazing. When I go in for check ups they are all easy to talk to which makes the appointment go by quickly and they all are excellent at explaining what there doing, which makes the appointment relaxing. I highly recommend going to Baker Orthodontics for your child or as an adult. As I mentioned in my original review I travel for work often, Dr Baker has two offices and was flexible and let me come to his office in Portland, OR for a visit because I had a meeting near his office. Consistently provides great customer service.
